- Lunch at Manchester's only Michelin Starred restaurant, Mana. It's been two years since I've been here and, at the time, said that they deserve a second star. After having this lunch, they even more so deserve it. Helmed by Chef Simon Martin, the team at Mana have developed and grown their menu extensively such that this restaurant is a power-household name in flavour. A HUGE thank you to everyone at Mana for an amazing lunch.

The food looked amazing! Thanks for your video. I would have liked to hear about what you were drinking because they looked pretty good, too!
Thanks for all the videos! Just subscribed; I love the informal approach you take to filming these. What has been your favourite UK fine dining experience so far? With your experience I'd love to hear (or read) some analysis of what you thought about the food. I'm selfishly interested as for our next cross England road trip, both L'Enclume and Mana are in the running (unfortunately our budgets won't stretch to both). Thanks again and please keep documenting your food adventures! I've really enjoyed watching.
Music is too loud at Mana. Superb food and service though.
You do know there`s a few places where the sound drops out completely?
I guess to avoid copyright violation because of the songs in the background
Better than the first time?

No bill ? How do we know how much it's going to cost to eat there.
Music seemed far too loud in the restaurant. Could you hold a conversation ?
Food looked great at a comfortable 1 star level.
@cumbriafoodie2259 I don't live in the UK, but in my experience it seems a lot of restaurants, especially in London, blast music to the point where it's impossible to have a conversation. I'm happy to read that I'm not the only one annoyed by that!
More rubbish that I wouldn't feed to my cat
