If you are looking into buying in Bloomfield try to look at the Brookdale section. It is on the Decamp bus line and about a 5 min drive to Allwood Park and Ride.
Or or you can move to Connecticut, 50 miles east, and have 10 to 30 acres with a main house , a stable for horses,a garage, and shoot your guns in your back yard... for $300,000 and property taxes are $3,100 , you could just simply take the PATH train into Manhattan, I used to live at 27 Benson Street Bloomfield, shortly after that 34 Forest Avenue Glen Ridge, nice video...
Bloomfield is a 25 minute train ride into NYC. Connecticut is like 3 times the commute. Also places like New Haven are a complete dump and the school systems are horrible. The type of property you described doesn’t exist in conn at that price point. Lastly, the pizza in NJ is much much better 😂
@@danielkosciuszko9788 you can take the train into New York ,it's about 1 hour, it's like living in South Jersey TimeWise, the property taxes are 1/10 of New Jersey, there are acres of forests full of land out here I'm on one of them,, even have a coyote and a fox I would rather have massive amounts of land for the same price as a 1/3 of an acre... and there is a lot more than New London out here, absolutely correct about the pizza.
