I can't wait for it to be finished because we definitely need a brand new ShopRite in East Orange New Jersey we need it to be bigger and better because I don't know the last time that ShopRite had an update in East Orange New Jersey plus they need to do this to other parts of East Orange too
I can definitely tell they're going to have to do the parking lot over I can't wait till they close the ShopRite so they can do what they got to do on the ShopRite in East Orange
Where is already expensive hopefully rent go back down to how it used to be in East Orange because you should be able to get a 2 for under $1,000 but it's so expensive now the same thing with a three-bedroom apartment it should not be expensive
When showing a house in East Orange or Newark, please walk the entire block or area to better understand the community. Simply showing the home does not provide a good idea.
Thanks for the comment @shodges31! This is a very good point! The road footage that I provide in this episode is a very good representation of the area of East Orange where I recorded. The northwest section that neighbors with Glen Ridge is a very solid neighborhood.
Thanks for the comment @Peachy. I agree that this can be a detracting factor, however, there is often space to add another bathroom. For the bargain prices that you can find in East Orange, it is worth considering a renovation to a larger home to add a bathroom (or 2) if you find the right location.

@@newjerseylivinggroup I don't live there now. I lived there from1959 to1962 at Upsala College. Upsala was the best part of living there.
