Hi @ricomunizalvarado2698 That's great to hear! Both cities have their own unique vibes and plenty to offer. What are some of your favorite things to do in Hoboken and Jersey City?
Parking is wretched in both….family?…..go south 25 city minutes to nice parking Bayonne….and the Light Rail will take you to the Manhattan train for work.
Hi @oceanscaper That’s a great tip! Parking can definitely be a nightmare in those areas, so Bayonne sounds like a solid alternative. The convenience of the Light Rail connection to Manhattan for work makes it even better. Have you found parking and commuting easier since making that move?
Idk what it is but I lived in Hoboken, rent was $2400 and I hated it because there was a roach problem. Moved to another apartment in uptown Hoboken and it was also infested with roaches. I never thought I would have this issue but everybody tells me that’s NYC, NJ as a whole have pests problems no matter how much you pay for rent. Is there any place where I don’t have to worry about roaches and rats ? I’m losing hope
Hi @DaniUnfiltered That sounds really frustrating! Unfortunately, pests can be an issue in many densely populated areas, especially in older buildings. But don't lose hope! There are plenty of places where pest control is well-managed, even in bigger cities. Have you thought about moving somewhere with newer housing or even considering a smaller town or suburban area?
@@newjerseylivinggroup yes I have found several new buildings in the city and your definitely right about old buildings, been there done that so I can’t wait to move to a newer building. I love Jersey in general, unfortunately I don’t see myself living anywhere else I’m just a typical Jersey girl lol. However I would love to get a house one day in New Jersey.

@@cetriyasArtnComicsChannel I can provide you with a list of inventory in that range. Email me when you get a chance. Corey@newjerseyliving.net
