Well in a stickler for colour coding if it was me if paint the centre's same as the body colour and leave the subtle colour accents to the yellow orange red decal stripes on the side panels

Wheels look ace 👌🏽 think you should paint them in a cross with the same colours as the stripes.
What paint stripper did you use, hard trying to find stuff that does the job.

I use industrial stuff we used to get from our paint supplier at work , Unova. but i have used nitromorse in the past with good results.

They are Schmidt wheels. Basically a copy of the old compomotive turbo wheel from back in the day.
