It’s easy to be a “consumer” of videos on RUclips and forget how much effort it takes for people to create the videos. And to make a point to turn the camera on EVERY SINGLE DAY when you’re making art, and then to have to edit it on top of that…wowza. Thank you as always for the time you take to share your creativity.
It’s definitely a ton of work. I can’t do it. I’ve tried and it just eats into my creativity so much so that it harmed my art making. I’m not an editor and the actual editing is so time consuming and so much that I just gave up. I’m going to try something simpler, an editing program that may be simpler….yet the video making is also so time consuming. Sandi you are amazing and my hero. I do not know how you find the time. Do you have extra days in your week that the rest of us don’t? Lol?
@@kymcrowart7876 honestly I don’t know how I do it either. I do work 11 hour days. Most people have no idea the amount of time I spend on the videos. But it’s worth it and I still enjoy it
I love how you said the rabbit face came out a little weird and I sat there thinking to myself all your figures are a little "weird". Just cracked me up that you as the artist said that the rabbit face wasn't right! LOL Your art is beautiful. It's so fresh and has lots of good energy.
I have no idea how you don’t have 1 million followers. This is one of my favorite channels! I’ve been watching for a long time and I’m always inspired to paint after watching. 🎨
I really enjoyed this Sandi. It gave us a chance to see more of your work and the variety of your subjects. I'd appreciate more videos like this along with your instruction or explanation of your process videos. Thank You so much for all of the work that you put in to create these videos to share with us. I was really excited to hear that you were painting one of the Psalms! Your duck painting was phenomenal, and I really enjoyed all of the colorful and delightful scenes that you painted. Your painting of your backyard during the snow really looked like a snowy scene despite there not being much white in the painting at all! Amazing!!! See you in two weeks with great and joyful anticipation 🎉❤!!!!
Your ducks are always my fav, Sandi! So much fun to see the whole month of inspiration! That landscape painting on the 27th is beautiful. I hope that one will be in your published sketchbooks someday!!
Thank you for your nice video. I loved the „flowers for you paintings“ , especially the one with the bird. Your art touches me very much. Don’t stop to share it.
I really enjoy seeing your daily paintings. You make my day brighter each time I watch! Thank you for being real and thank you for all the wonderful tips!!!
Sandi, I loved this weeks video. Okay to be honest I have watched every single video since spring of 2020. I love love love all your videos. You have inspired me more than I can ever convey, so thank you!!!!! I find myself rewatching a few of the videos you have done in the past few months, " A Week in an Artist's Life" and " Making time for Art During a Busy Week." I love these kinds of videos where I feel like I am hanging out with you in your studio while you're working. Thank you again you amazing lady!
Your happiness makes me happy. You're paintings are lovely. They are so rustic, and impressionistic. I especially liked your flower paintings. Your sweet personality shows through.
Had to pause and get Psalm 148 out 😊 wow, that’s one big psalm to paint, but you got it all in there. Love love love your flowers for you cards. Love the portraits more, though. Love videos like this. Keep painting every day.
Thoroughly enjoyed this , it was also inspirational. I, too, often “see” something I could paint while reading scripture but have yet to capture something that reproduces the “vibe” I was feeling. Your psalm is both inspired and inspiring.
Hi Sandi! I only recently found your channel and I cannot get enough! I love your art and your vibe. Your videos help me to keep in mind that being creative is as much about the process and how it makes you feel as it is about the end result! I live in rural Kentucky which is of course scenically very similar to Tennessee… your landscapes have provided so much inspiration to get out and paint my own surroundings! Thank you!!
I just loved this Sandi. I could watch this every month. Haha. It's so inspiring and I love seeing all the methods and variations to your work. It makes me want to paint! I've picked out my favorite piece. I told myself I'm not allowed to buy art art the moment but if it's still available when I'm ready ... IT'S MINE! Haha. Have a great two weeks!
You’re so funny Michael!!! Text me which piece because I’m dying to know! I’ll definitely be doing this again - maybe every other month or something like that
I finally found out why I love your artwork so much! It’s because your artwork is alive! It’s almost like I can hear each piece of artwork breathing. Vibrating of energy and vitality. 🏞️🌌
I always enjoy your videos but I’m always curious how you manage to create so many great art pieces. This video really emphasized for me, the power of daily/regular practice to improve my own art work.
Hi Sandi🤗 I loved seeing your daily paintings! I feel inspired after watching. .. I’ve been in a slump, but it got some juices flowing in my head. Daily painting is really where it’s at. Motivation & time are the obstacles. Love your work!💖
Hi Sandi! Can't wait to hear your interview on Learn To Paint Podcast....it's one of my favorites! Love all your videos and love your approach to all things art!❤
The ducks in the sketchbook are magnificent. The background is incredible, so much gesture and movement, chef's kiss! Can't wait to hear you on the Learn to Paint podcast. Ever since you mentioned it I've had it on in the studio. I can't believe I've already listened to about 40 episodes!
Sandi, this video was such a joyful gift,I love how prolific you are and that you have that creative momentum and drive to paint and draw every day,I'm the same,I can't not create every day.Not sure which artist said it but the quote "painting is life" is so true for me and I sense it is the same for you. This video was a great insight into what inspired you and your love of the process and the flow state as you brilliantly call it.I love the cards and the reason you created them too.(Matt)
Sandi dear I've yet to see one of your videos I didn't like. I sincerely mean that. However this mixed your form at up a bit which might be. A good add for your channel. Do again I'll watch! Thanks for this labor of love… it matters, and is appreciated.
oh my..., you are so productive! i basically just held onto my notebook und kept saying and whispering: wow! that's so beautiful! wow! that's so beautiful! wow! that's so beautiful! ... your landscapes, your still life pictures, your wonderful portraits...i will definitely watch this again and pause several times in order to soak in the pictures. you paint so loosely and still your pictures make so much sense. your palettes are beautiful, your compositions are flawless and the results go through my eyes straight to my heart where they create little joy explosions. i feel so gifted by you! thank you for so much insight! and what a good friend you are. i am sure that anyone who gets such a joyful card will feel good things even when life is challenging right now (i hope your friends will get well soon!).
I love the colours that you're managing to put in all your paintings! The reds are so red, the purples so soft! This is exactly the kind of palette that I love.

I HAVE to say your progress is amazing the paintings in this video is STUNNING your hard work is really paying off it seems :) In particular i liked the portrait at 14.54 and the sill-life at 6.45, and the panda at 11.49 Inspired now i have to grab a paintbrush! happy saturday from Stockholm
I loved this. Your January 11 sketchbook painting was my absolute favorite! Please do that as a painting on canvas. Loved the cards too. So sweet! And the snowfall one.
Amazing video!! Thanks for all your effort! I am recovering from a creative block I hit late November and your videos really help me to get back to painting, it's all so inspiring, thank you A LOT! And I am super excited for your interview on Learn to Paint, I absolutely love this podcast!
Loved this video!!!.Would like to see more daily painting..Also. it would be interesting to watch the drawing and painting studies you do with Emily P. As always, your YTUBE videos never fail to inspire me. 😊❤😊
I think the trees (1/12-13) were so fantastic. I also liked the women portraits with blocks of colors for the shadows. So interesting to see how much you get done in a month! Wow!
Yes I loved it, so beautiful and inspiring to see your daily art work and how you put things together. Have been completely enjoying and relaxing watching this and now getting my supplies ready to draw :)
I found this very enjoyable. I had to go read Psalm 148 since I;m not that familiar with that particular Psalm and I think you did a very good job making it into something visual. I am going to have to come back to that Psalm more often. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm for art making!
I loooooveeeedddd this type of video so much! You are the best inspirational artist on the galaxy! I love your art and the journey you go through, and I'm so grateful that you share it with us, is such a gift! Thank you so much Sandi!
Loved this video Sandi. I like all the action. You always share your thoughts and how you go about forming your ideas and doing the painting. Good and not so good you share it all. Actually there is always something redeeming in the works you aren’t happy with. It’s all very inspirational. I’m recuperating from an illness and I can’t wait to get back to my art. I’m doing small sketches and color blocks just to keep me going. Thanks to you I’m very excited about getting back in the groove. You are a gem.😊❤️
I loved this, it helps to see that it doesn’t always work out creatively but you persevere, it really speaks to the idea of producing more work and not getting knotted up in one piece, as I am wont to do. In fact I think you came away with far more beauties than not and it’s a gift to share your process so generously with everyone. I’d love to see more like this, I’d also like to see paintings from start to finish. Thank you 😊
Enjoyed the month of paintings. I would love to see another one. What a great idea with the flower paintings as cards to make someone smile. Love that idea! 😊
Love to see how much art you create within one month. I find it super hard to find the time and motivation to do art everyday. Love the freeing feeling it brings but my space ends up a mess when I work on stuff.
Yes. Love the daily check in. Its great to have as a daily diary ref for yourself. You are so productive! I miss the process videos, you seem to do allot of gathering and packing now. Im not saying no supplies, briefer is better, id rather watch you paint. Love the flower card idea something they can keep and hang on their wall.. Def keep the pink vase with flowers to sell its beautiful. I do appreciate very much how much time you put into these videos and ty for sharing that with us. 😊
Really loved this video. Loved seeing how much fun you had during January. The animals on the 20th are so cute, fun to see what you painted on my birthday then :)
Hi Sandi. I so enjoy your enthusiasm. It encourages me to keep painting and being creative. I love your description of a snow slow day! Here in Australia we have had a hot humid summer so I guess my paintings at the moment depict that. Thanks for your ideas.
Thanks for this inspiring video, i absolutely love your intuitive way to paint, it's what i make myself with my own drawings, but yours are even more spontaneous. I LOVE the paintings with ducks (i love ducks), but everything is so wonderful. I would love to live like you (to have my own artistic studio with a huge windows and to go to nature). For the moment i still live by my mother and i don't have nature next to me. But i try to draw or paint as much as i can.
Oh I just loved this type of video! I love your sketchbooks so much but seeing everything is really so interesting. This just made me want to paint so bad! It was just inspiring to also see the quantity of stuff you make!
Sandi!! I really love the palette-inspired flowers (at 22:00 mins.) the one you said you'd scrap! 🤩I would be interested in purchasing :) Love your work so much by the way. It's always such a pleasure hearing you share your creative journey! You brighten up my day!
I’m always sooooo excited for an interview or podcast with you. BECAUSE.... once every two weeks, having the pleasure of seeing your smiling face, fascinating process, and AMAZING paintings is NOT nearly enough for me. 😉 Super enjoyed this day by day peek into your month. YES, more please. 💞
Hi Sandi, thats alot of work! Some absolute beauties in there! I would love to see a video like this again, but only if it's something you're happy to do. Off to watch the podcast, and looking forward to the one later in Feb! x Nell.
Loved seeing your daily paintings for an entire month! Such a treat! I am always amazed at how you can be so good at painting such a variety of subjects! I simply cannot pick a favorite, but I am really enjoying your florals lately.

So inspiring ! Rarely comment on RUclips but I really admire your work and the way you make it ! 💗
Well thank you! Many of you like it!!! If you do want to purchase it you can email me through my website. I haven’t painted over it yet 😂
I love your energy Sandi and I appreciate you showing us your art every day🥰
I hope you are well with a 3 hour doctors appt😬🙏🙏
Take care!
I’m always sooooo excited for an interview or podcast with you. BECAUSE.... once every two weeks, having the pleasure of seeing your smiling face, fascinating process, and AMAZING paintings is NOT nearly enough for me. 😉
Super enjoyed this day by day peek into your month. YES, more please. 💞
Just watched this in the middle of the night and now I will never get to sleep! So much creative energy and brilliance to take in.

Loved seeing your daily paintings for an entire month! Such a treat! I am always amazed at how you can be so good at painting such a variety of subjects! I simply cannot pick a favorite, but I am really enjoying your florals lately.
