I can't wait to try these yummy recipes! How do they not spoil in the kids' backpacks by the time it's lunchtime? It's a 4 hour window by the time they eat at school. That's what I'm always afraid of with ideas like these. How to keep the cold cold but the warm warm? Lol. Thank you for the amazing recipes!

I recently discovered your channel...love your content! It's been important to me for many years to provide yummy healthy food for my family. I also bake sourdough, so I love when you share your different sourdough recipes. My brain was thinking of different fillings for your sourdough pockets, like a hot chicken salad filling. Do you mind sharing what brand you used for your rollups? They looked way better than flour tortillas. I've made roti with cassava flour, but they end up more like pita. Not sure I can get them as big and flat like a tortilla. Thanks again for sharing your wealth of knowledge and just having such a pleasant positive presence. I need to get my daughter's watching your channel so they can start making healthy options for their own children when the time comes!

We used to but then mold issues with the filters became a problem! Been using aquasana for a couple months before I shared them and we all love it so much more! ❤️

My kiddo hates nuts and oats. Can oats be swapped out for flour? I guess oat flour may fine if it doesnt have the texture of oats.

We got rid of our microwave almost 8 years ago because of the cancer risks and overall not good for health. Not sure if that true though. But haven’t missed it since.

Is 400 gms of starter right to make the sour dough? More starter than water? It seemed like a lot of starter.
Yes 400 is correct! You can use less if you like but it’s perfect as is. The dough also makes amazing pizza crust
Do you still use a Berkey? I just invested in one
I used to for years but then when they switched over filter brands mine became covered in mold no matter what I did! Never happened to me before they switched :/
