Pro tip- you can load two+ different RUclips tabs and mix the sounds to your liking (using the video's sound bars and then your device controls). My favorite mix: Full volume on green noise, about 65-70 percent on grey noise and 50 percent on "Super Deep Red Noise". It sounds like a late night thunderstorm with a little tv static to me, very balanced and organic sounding.
Very good, I like it. Thanks Also, I highly suggest putting on minecraft music in the background of this too. To where you can only kinda sorta hear it occasionally. It’s nice

Great story and your comment is appreciated. I have been revisiting Green Noise 2 overnight recently and find it grounding. I did not know about any correlation with ADHD, but I definitely have a short and long attention spans depending on the moment.

Thanks Blvd! Sounds like a great subject for a blog post. It is fascinating to see the many uses for these creations I never dreamed of. . Feel free to drop a link.
Es la primera vez que escucho ésto, estaba acostumbrado al ruido generado artificialmente. Se nota una diferencia marcada a mi parecer! Y en parte me puedo imaginar que por eso lo has creado, saludos y gracias.
Well done. I do think you want it as steady and and seamless as possible though. Even the wave can't be distinct. Like problem with crowd noise samples, sometimes there'll be distinct speaker, but you just want hum looped for this purpose.
There is some kind of issue in the RUclips ad system for the past couple months. No mid-roll ads are selected on the channel. This is preference is selected for every single video, yet lately they are popping in after YT revamped the system. I hope the issue is resolved soon. My promise to viewers has always been no mid-roll ads for overnight listening. One thing than may trigger ads is browser or system updates automatically, so it those can be disabled, it may help.
hellll yeah Dale, love seeing the increased frequency of uploads from you, and to see the different, interesting ideas you're working out. best to you & yours, brotha!
While listening to this and having a small fan on in my bedroom, the combination sounds like distorted voices on a 2way radio, very faint though...trippy
Blocking out ambient sounds/noise, like people talking or walking around, construction noise, like jackhammers or angle grinders, etc. This "green" stuff is less distracting.
I personally find noise to be captivating in a very unique way. Sure, the element of blocking the outside sounds is relevant, but there is more to the sound itself: it's kind of like looking at cosmic space, it is very much hypnotising in its persistent nature. The pink noise is actually my favourite one, it has a lower, very warm tone to it, the range of the frequencies is just perfect in every way.
Correct, The colors are actually terms to define these noise sounds (originally created for broadcast in the 20th Century). There is no association of the sound to the color. That said and unrelated to noise color terms, some listeners have synesthesia, a rare phenomenon where audio musical tones (not noise) do create colors in the mind due to how their brain is 'wired'.

All those elements and more are included in Green Noise 2. Thanks for listening

My Favorite color sound
Hello, I'm new to various noise sounds. What would you suggest the benefits of listening to these sounds are?
Blocking out ambient sounds/noise, like people talking or walking around, construction noise, like jackhammers or angle grinders, etc. This "green" stuff is less distracting.
I personally find noise to be captivating in a very unique way. Sure, the element of blocking the outside sounds is relevant, but there is more to the sound itself: it's kind of like looking at cosmic space, it is very much hypnotising in its persistent nature.
The pink noise is actually my favourite one, it has a lower, very warm tone to it, the range of the frequencies is just perfect in every way.
Oh this one I like
💯
"bird and animal sounds removed" ... full of birds. Absolutely full of birds.
Angry birds. Sorry.
😂
Is green noise good for migraines?
person: you cant hear colors!
me:
Correct, The colors are actually terms to define these noise sounds (originally created for broadcast in the 20th Century). There is no association of the sound to the color. That said and unrelated to noise color terms, some listeners have synesthesia, a rare phenomenon where audio musical tones (not noise) do create colors in the mind due to how their brain is 'wired'.
For anyone, please tell me the best way to negate the tinnitus sound prior to trying to go to sleep. That is the worse part of the Big T.
Why is the bit around 6 hours replayed so much??
That sounds like my notebook runninhg than the sounds of nature
Green noise. Oh dear
Anyone else hear a duck? Distracts me from sleep...
the background video is what i see when i rub my eyes
That fascinated me too back in the day.
me too. it's still fucking weird. looks too pixelated to be real
Day 451. The beat still hasn't dropped.
8 bar drops are so formulaic. :)
I'll bet this is close to what it sounds like in the womb, only fainter and with tummy growls 😂
Great idea! Wonderfully destressing natural sound, but horrible visual display. Why not natural scenery? Stress R Us
The next version has that plan. This release has sound elements that were not captured with video. I appreciate your input.
@@dalesnale What probably only a stress researcher sees is the contradiction between a stressful visual versus a destressing audio. Just a calming still of a water scene would be congruent. Stress R Us

.(..my favorite Clash song. ) Some folks were off put by the birds in V.1.

There should be no mid roll ads on the channel. This is checked and rechecked periodically.
glad you got rid of all the animal and 'human' made noises.
Cricket noise

Not good if you want to calm yourself. There is dog barking in the sound.
Oh man, I spend days combing through the audio to eliminate sounds such as dogs, planes bids. There is always a possibility I missed one, but where?

,,man made, bird and animal sounds removed''........ because birds are not animals. right.
