  • Join in for a 10 minute EXPRESS LOWER BODY WORKOUT that is all standing (meaning no floor work). Today I'll be using two 15LB dumbbells. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We also have a super quick warm up and cool down. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

    10 minute standing workouts are the best. I am often in places where I just don’t trust the floor but I want to workout.

    I’m 79. Standing workouts are WONDERFUL. Had both knees replaced and 4 level back fusion so going from standing to lying and back up takes me too long. Thank you for all the standing workouts you have. Thank you.

    Just started your 10 lower body and 15 minute arm standing dumbbell workouts and love them! Great, clear instructions and a solid workout. Would love some additional mini dumb-bell workouts to target chest and a 15 minute lower body one.

    Absolutely loved this one!! I would definitely enjoy more standing up ones - thank you for sharing these great, sweaty, fun workouts! I work remote so I enjoy doing these workouts for mini breaks - 10-15 min here and there and I eventually end up with about 45 min of workouts in a day. Love them!!

    I’m was doing your 20-30 minute exercises and I was in love with them😍 They helped me to lose weight
    Unfortunately, in November I got many unpleasant health issues 🥺 I’m recovering now but I can’t do 20-30 minute workouts for now
    Your 10 and 15 minute workouts will be my new love till I can return to 20-30 minute workouts. ❤️

    Good moderate level! I am 8 weeks postpartum and had to change some of the ab moves to be more geared towards healing rather than strengthening, but great workout! This is my first full workout since birth (mostly because it’s hard to get my baby down for a nap for more than 30 minutes 😂). Thanks! I look forward to continue on the September challenge.

    I have been doing your workouts since this past spring.
    I do it at my gym,in addition to weigh and cardio machines.I prefer your standing workouts,because it's more practical for me...Your a great instructor,very motivating and your calming voice is likeable. PLease more standing videos, abs,upper,
    lower,looking forward to trying this one tomorrow at my gym .I'm Due for a change..🏋‍♀️
