- Join in for a 10 minute EXPRESS LOWER BODY WORKOUT that is all standing (meaning no floor work). Today I'll be using two 15LB dumbbells. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We also have a super quick warm up and cool down. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I’m 79. Standing workouts are WONDERFUL. Had both knees replaced and 4 level back fusion so going from standing to lying and back up takes me too long. Thank you for all the standing workouts you have. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this one!! I would definitely enjoy more standing up ones - thank you for sharing these great, sweaty, fun workouts! I work remote so I enjoy doing these workouts for mini breaks - 10-15 min here and there and I eventually end up with about 45 min of workouts in a day. Love them!!
Love this one!! Most short workouts use light weights, so this one with normal weights is perfect!!

Good moderate level! I am 8 weeks postpartum and had to change some of the ab moves to be more geared towards healing rather than strengthening, but great workout! This is my first full workout since birth (mostly because it’s hard to get my baby down for a nap for more than 30 minutes 😂). Thanks! I look forward to continue on the September challenge.
