Also take a big gulp of water hold your breathe plug one nostril and put the Eustachi in the other until you have to breath then swallow while it’s running omg this is amazing

Ear was clogged for a good week after a flight. Got this after a last resort, and got 70% of my hearing back, I think in the next few weeks it will return to normal. Nasty sore throat for a few days if you use too much air and swallow, so dont hold too long.
I have menieres disease. I'm giving this a try because we are exhausting everything we can before surgery as a last resort. I'll update here after I've tested it out.
If the eardrum is thin, will it cause damage? Also, does the device continue to blow after the eustachian tube is opened and equalized? Is it possible to cause harm? In Valsalva, we have control, but does uncontrolled pressure occur in the device?

Well Eustachi really works to open your ears, however the dizziness for me came from lack of Vitamins B12........I will take a concentrate vitamin complex B12, B6 💊💊💊💥etc that it will stop your dizziness, hopefully. Great question: The Valsalva may work for many people and that is great. But that exercise actually works against your bodies normal mechanism for opening your Eustachian Tubes. With the Valsalva you are using lung pressure to "force open" your Eustachian tubes without any swallowing. The Eustachi works with your body and helps exercise and open your Eustachian Tubes during the swallow, which is your body's NATURAL way it opens the Eustachian tubes. I hope that makes sense.
Does this product help with Tinnitus. Is there anybody out there going through the same suffering that I’m having for years. Don’t want to make my ears worse because I don’t think I could take it.
I have tinnitus as well in both ears (started up about 3.5 months ago due to poor ear protection at a gun range) I heard that T can be caused by barotrauma due to ETD and from pressure built up in the ear. I am currently testing out this product now, first day using it and although it relieved some pressure, I can tell the block is still there. The ringing however did get a little lower! Which I'm very happy about! I'm going to keep using it 3x a day for a couple weeks and see what happens.
