I know this is an old video but I have to comment.I was diagnosed with eustachian tube disorder last year after years of ear and sinus problems. This is the only thing that has worked for me and I am so grateful for this video.Took about 4 days of doing this twice a day but my ear is now unclogged.I will be doing this exercise regularly from now on.Thank you so much Heather.

@@nilatasoy8866 I now have a prescribed steroid nasal spray which I use every day and it has helped, I recently had covid which left me with a blocked nose but didn't block my eustachian tube as it normally would have done. I do these exercises occasionally if I feel a bit 'blocked up' and I still find them helpful.

Usually I suggest people do this 2-4 times a day for about a week to get everything moving. If there's an underlying cause generating the fluid accumulating in the ears, you'll want to check with your doctor to get it completely resolved. This will move out the fluid that accumulates, but won't stop it from being created by the body!

I am thankful I discovered this video. In 2011 I was diagnosed with an inop brain tumor. Over the past year I developed a constant buzzing/ringing in my left ear. I cannot hold a phone against that ear - it sounds like a swarm of bees in my ear. Reverberation is annoying to the point my left eye sheds tears. It also causes chills and occasionally nausea and other gastro issues. My Neurosurgeon scheduled MRIs with and without contrast. I also developed vertigo. I will be trying these techniques starting today. I prefer not to take medications. These simple techniques make sense to me, definitely more appealing than the pain RX that I never picked up from the pharmacy. Thank you for sharing your expertise via RUclips. It works! I can feel the fluid draining down the back throat. Pressure is much less in my inner ear. I will need to repeat a couple more times to really get the fluid out. This is amazing.

This was tremendously helpful to me as I’d arrived at a group vacation with both ears blocked from a recent cold, and could not hear a word anyone else said. After one round of this exercise, I got about 50% of my hearing back, and I could hear and contribute to conversations again! I’m MOST grateful!

I saw a doctor today to check out my ears, and he said that my ear canal was fine that I didn’t eat antibiotics because I had a tiny scratch in my ear. That’s what was causing my discomfort as it was healing. I realize how little sense this made. It’s like a blocked feeling in my ears.I just happened to run into a friend who forwarded to me this video. I think this will be the answer for me. Thank you so much for providing this video. It will help so many people.

Thanks a lot for curing me with your massage for my clogged ears. I was suffering with fluid in the ear for 2 months been to ENT was scheduled for drainage procedure. Saw your video on lymphatic drainage followed it diligently for 4 days , doing it 2 to 3 times a day. On the 4 day after doing the massage and did the steam and then tried the Eustachi device to blow some air in the ear boom my both ear popped open wow what a great feeling. Thank you saving me for not having the hole in my ear. Everybody is amazed. ❤

I've done similar techniques this whole time but not 25-50 times like you suggest. I thought it would be excessive at first, but it really does take that long to get most of that slow moving mucous out. Thanks for this! I feel like I got a good amount drained! :)

OH MY GOSH!!! MY EAR HAS BEEN KILLING ME FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS! I've been laying on hot rags and i took ibuprofen. And then i put a few drops of colloidal silver in my ear. No joke... About 15 pulls with the "live long and proper" move my ear pain literally vanished! I could feel some coolness in the back of my throat. I'm assuming that was some drainage.... But im NOT IN ANYMORE PAIN!! i can hear a little fluid moving around in there but again NO PAIN! I've been miserable for 3 weeks. It started as a simple cold... Turned into bronchitits, turned into sinus pressure and migraine headache for 2 days... Now ear infection today.... I just can't seem to catch a break :( till just now lol thankyou!

AHHHHH HOW DO I KEEP FINDING YOUR VIDEOS WHEN I NEED THEM 😅 I don't even go out of my way to search them out, they just show up in my searches when I'm not feeling well and even though this video is 13 years old and has been here this entire time, here I am watching and doing the exercises. And they're helping a bit with some ear pressure that occurred after a dentist appointment.
I've been doing your lymphatic drainage massage for well over 10 years now and have shared it so many times, and this one is the next level that I didn't know existed.
The lymphatic drainage massage, as I mentored in y ray video, made me cry the first time I food it because there was such a sudden rush of relief and I'll always be grateful.
I suppose I should just go ahead and watch all the videos, right? lol where's the excitement in that? 😂
    Really though, I should 🤦🏽‍♀️

Had a super bad ear infection (and super bad head cold + sinusitis). Did this video 2x before going to the drs. When I got to the doctors, she asked me why I wasn't screaming in pain as I had on a scale of 1 - 10 a 10 of an ear infection with the ear about to burst. I said I had just done lymphatic drain and it felt better. Juiced an onion, heated to body temp, and poured it in. Later did the lymphatic drain one more time. DH says that the ear looks about 50 % better, it didn't rupture, and the drain helped me later with a sinus headache. This technique worked for me. THANK YOU FOR POSTING, so I had something to do at 5:00 AM when the drs. weren't open yet.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all your lymphatic guidance, but especially this one. I had a vax 'injury' from booster and for two months, nearly every lymph node in my body was swelled and in attack mode. Especially my head, ears, nasal passage and neck. I am wondering if you have one for the eyes. As a result, dark puffy circles under my eyes which is totally bumming me out. I have tried everything including many other vids for this purpose. Perhaps this one above will cause drainage in the eyes as well? Any advice on that would be amazing. Love all your vids and appreciate so much how much they are helping me. You are so generous with your gift!

My ear was totally blocked and so bad that I didn't even have feeling in my ear for around 5-6 days. I watched 3 different videos online about unclogging ears and did what they all said to do. Later in the evening, my ear began to hear again and 12 hours later it is almost back to normal. I thought it was wax build up but I now am convinced that my drainage tube was clogged. I do not know if it was because of this video or a combination of all 3 but I am saving this video for future reference. The techniques on this video were the most extensive. Thank you, hearing is not overated :).

thanks so much for this. it is clear, concise, and easy to follow. After bad spring allergies this year my ears were a mess. I thought it had cleared up, but it came back... and my sense was that I needed to deal with lymph drainage issues. I did the full routine (all the videos) two days in a row, then am continuing with just the ear drainage. Along with other natural treatments, I am seeing steady progress of my ears healing up, and can feel the drainage as it occurs. Thanks for sharing such a great self-healing tool.
