I am a Cowboys fan and I agree. Any player or coach would be wise to play for other organizations. Jerry Jones doesn’t care about winning. As long as he is at the helm we are going to be a bad football team.

@kenxclout I think we can all agree real change will happen when JJ steps aside. I hate watching the Cowboys eat other as the organization self implodes. Continuing to do the same thing expecting different results is the definition of insanity. I don't understand why the organization believes Prescott and Elliot were the answer to a winning season. The organization needs a re-alignment.

Deion knows he's not good enough to win in the NFL where every team has at least one superstar, and there's a greater degree of parity. He needs to play against Houston, UCF, Colorado State, and Cincinnati type teams to win games. Every time he's had to coach a game when the other team has had equal or greater talent, he's gotten blown out. Jerry Jones will hire Belichick.

McCarthy won 1 Super Bowl, and he isn't John Madden. Its instances where the coach makes the player, and or the player makes the coach. Look at what happened when Tom Brady left New England, that team started looking bad with Bill Belichick. But at the same time a coach can't be a coach with Jerry Jones being the owner. Jimmy Johnson would literally bench you or kick you off the team if you didn't get your act together. Start firing people for playing bad and Dallas will get that crook out of their back. The Cowboys know who their coach is and it's not McCarthy. Get rid of the free and strong safety because they play the pass worse than Roy Williams but at least he could tackle and make plays to stop the run. Die-hard Cowboy fan here!😭

@@LdyVderYou think Tom Brady is winning 6 Super bowls without Belichick, if your answer is yes - you delusional buddy. Brady doesn’t develop to what he became without the culture Belichick built in NE, on the same token Belichick doesn’t became top 2 of the greatest coaches without Brady.

Here's a combined stat line for Micah Parsons in two games where the Dallas D gave up 48 and 44 points. The Wildcard game vs Green Bay and Week 2 vs New Orleans.
Dallas D gave up 92 points in those two games. Parsons stats for both games are five total tackles(3 solo, 2 assist) 1 QB hit. No sacks, no tackles for loss, nothing of substance. Especially when the offensive players are also getting tackles like CeeDee Lamb. He wants to get paid next as a top edge rusher.

The entitlement is crazy, but the media is half to blame for creating this behavior. showering him with comments like he was the next LT when wasn’t even close to being as good as LT. Micah needs to learn accountability but it might be to late for that at this point. Leaders pointing fingers at head coaches is nasty work when you haven’t done anything to deserve that right and even if u do that’s not the way to go about it.

As a lifelong Cowboys fan, I have NEVER been sold on Parsons. He is, in fact, a freak talent. His character has never screamed "team" or "selfless" to me. Quite frankly I'm pretty sick and tired of hearing his name, unless it's attached to the words "QB sack".

I'm a Dolphins fan, so I've never cared about the Cowboys or their drama and Mike McCarthy seems useless. However, you have a player just publicly trashing his head coach and saying he only wants to win for the assistants and that McCarthy doesn't work hard. Everyone is going to say McCarthy has "lost the locker room" and all that BS. But before you fire McCarthy, you CUT Micah Parsons! I don't care who you bring in as a coach, you can't have a cancerous slimebag like Parsons in the locker room and expect to win.
