Love all your work, but this video is the cream of the crop…I could have watched it for hours and hours…so beautifully filmed, the constant sound of running water, the gentle music…nature…excitement over finds….10/10 girls….
Thank you for taking me along on your visit. You two are special people. If I am feeling down, I can always come see what you have been up, and it usually makes life better. ❤ deb
Those white flowers was beutiful. And that little waterfall, so lovely to listen to and watch. A nice day out in the wood.you digged over a small piece of blue pottery in the river
Down here is Wiltshire we are also very lucky to have an abundance of wild garlic...it's a beautiful herb, we make roast parsnip and wild garlic soup with it 😋😋😋
Watching the water bubbling and flowing is so soothing..you are fabulous at photography.. what an interesting place! It gifted you 2 lovely ridged bottles..nice eye! Hope you have a happy Easter holiday thank you for every trip you take for us
We have similar streams and springs in the foothills of the Alps on the Italian side: they deposit minerals so quickly - even on the grass and nettles and brambles that live beside the water - that within a season they can make about 5 cm or more depth of mineral deposit. The locals used to use it as lightweight stone to build the upper floors of their homes (it's very light because once the vegetable matter has rotted, it leaves kind of air-tubes or worm-holes in the stone). It can be cut with a saw, but once it has "matured", it is strong enough to hold up other stones. Thank you for sharing another wonderful video. I would very much like to mudlark next to our local spring... but I'm scared of snakes and scorpions! But when they were digging the road that leads up to the spring, I did find a few little 19th century medicine bottles and lovely shards, so I can only imagine (thanks to you) what other treasures there must be down there!!!!
The final bottle with the bubbly liquid inside, have you ever taken something like that to a local chemist to see if they could figure out what it was? That would be interesting!
Happy Easter to you both, and all the rest of the family (including Sunny Cat!). What a lovely day you had to ramble in the woods and wade in the stream. You needn"t worry about whether your videos are short or long. Whatever you post is "practically perfect", as Mary Poppins might say. 😉😁😍 See you again soon. 😘🤗💖👍
If the deposits covering the items you are finding are calcium-based, soaking the items in vinegar should dissolve the coating off, I believe. Feel free to scold me if that doesn't work.
Oh thank you so much. We have a few weeks until Spring breaks through here and these last weeks waiting are the hardest. I loved the spring bulbs and running brook. Loved it all thanks so much!! Hugs Nola from western Canada
Happy Easter to you two ladies and your family, including Sony cat. That was an interesting lark. I tell you what, didn't those tins turn out looking just like stoneware jam pots. I liked that piece of glass with the letters which had been covered in minerals. Such a weird effect. I absolutely loved the full pale green poison bottle. That was just perfect. A bit of a dream find. I was, i must admit, saddened that such a pretty waterfall and stream was so full of rubbish. But you did at least take some home with you...not rubbish...treasure. 😊
Thanks for letting us join you on this gorgeous stream stroll, certainly is a lovely location. The little green coloured poison bottle was a beauty along with the amber bottle. Liked your peach bead Kate, well spotted. Those plates of yours Fleur are wonderful, loved the decorative designs. Hope the two of you and your family have a pleasant Easter and some tasty chocolates.
I love these little walks with you in nature so much!😊❤ (Especially since I can't leave my bed and go myself) You edit the videos so wonderfully, magnificent!🎉
What a beautiful place,so pretty a waterfall too .,it’s so lovely to see all the new growth coming up now, still cold some nights though. Thanks for taking us along ..Love n Light 🥰
So nice to see budding plants, greenery, and flowers. Here in Minnesota, in the U. S., it feels as though spring will never come. We still have snow on the ground!
That beautiful skinny poision bottle should glow undwr a black light. You girls are awesome. There is alot of minerals in that water. Yall stay safe and God bless🥰
So, what was under all the limestone with the find at the end? Great poison bottles finds, the small round one is quite unusual. Good to see you even for a short video.
Happy Easter to you lovely ladies! I love watching you and look forward each week to your videos! Thank you so much! Please be careful and stay safe! ❤❤
Lovely film - the sound of the water was soothing. Can you share what the words on the crockery and the amber said - I didn't quite catch them. Thanks!

What a beautiful spot. My goodness. With water falls. I never seen a waterfall. Or spent time in a stream that flows. That's key, a moving stream!!

Of something more amusing ,
