- I am very happy that our channel keeps getting more new fans. One of them wrote to me asking if I would restore his father's racing bike. He sent photos of Colnago Master and Campagnolo Chorus 1st generation/ What a beautiful bike from the late 80s. Who wouldn't want to clean it, fix it, adjust it and most of all, cuddle it?! In addition, for the very first time I experimented with material thermal expansion. Hair dryer and frozen vegetables on a grown in dust cap...it really worked! I packed the 16+ hours of work into 16 minutes of this video. We have the frame, fork and set in like a new condition ready for final assembly which you will see in the next video. Jsem velmi rád, že si náš kanál získává další nové fanoušky. Jeden z nich mně napsal, jestli bych mu zrestauroval závodní kolo po otci. Poslal fotky Colnago Master s Campagnolo Chorus první generace, no krásné kolo z konce 80. let. Kdo by ho nechtěl očistit , opravit, seřídit a hlavně se sním pomazlit?! Navíc zcela poprvé jsem vyzkoušel teplotní roztažnost materiálů v praxi. Fén a mražená zelenina na zarostlou prachovku …ono to fakt klaplo! Takže 16+ hodin práce jsem nacpal do 16 minut tohoto videa. Máme připravený rám, vidlici a sadu ve stavu jako nové k finální montáži, kterou uvidíte v dalším videu. Prosím klikněte na odebírat ať vám to neuteče.

I love the look of those MonoPlanar brakes and had a set in the 90's. Not the best at stopping you but lovely to look at!
I've already completed the tool kit with it. I think Chorus brakes brake a little better than deltas? Thank you for watching.

I remember chasing the bunch after a puncture in a road race once, and flying down a hill way too fast to take the bend at the bottom, squeezing on the MonoPlanars and…nothing. I made it around the bend somehow - no idea how though!!
I had the same Colnago Master frame in the 80's. The only difference was the rear brake cable was internally routed. I had a first generation C-record gruppo on it. I'll always regret selling it in the 90's ! You do great work ( truly masterful ! ) Love your videos ! 🙌

That is coming along beautifully. Great frame looks in good condition. Pleased to see the addition of frozen beans to your tool kit, worked well 😁 ! I’ve sweated in the past with heat then instant freeze (you can get it aerosol form) but no-go on a corroded in BB, (also tried penetrating oil, vinegar , lots of time, patience ). Still in there hanging on the wall 🙄. Congratulations on your first international customer. Look forward to part 2 👍

Ахидж, спасибо за просмотр видео. Мы не можем сделать это по-русски, мы не знаем этого хорошо, особенно технические термины вокруг гоночных велосипедов.
Я не ставлю цепочку на УЗИ, щетка и обезжириватель, наверное, лучше.
