When you were done at the end, with the sweater and all, the look was so “private elementary school teacher with a no-nonsense approach but a kind heart”
Ere Perez arnica concealer is cone-free, and is worth considering, IMO. It has a lot of soothing ingredients for the skin, has more coverage upon first application, and it’s buildable. I’ve used Ere Perez alongside glossier stretch, for comparison, and I prefer Ere Perez under my eyes more, but still use and enjoy glossier, which is also cone-free. Ere Perez has a limited color range, like typology, whereas Glossier has a better shade range than either, but also might be less clean. Where typology has these both beat is the amount and price point. If I could get a sample of typology, I’d eventually try it, just to see how it compares to my staples.
I’m also currently into a “none and done” eyeshadow look. I have been doing minimal makeup + the bushiest blush or minimal makeup + a warm red lip. It’s a whole...thing.
i think typology repriced the tinted serum! i emailed them and got a very customer service-y vague response that said after years they "took a step back to be able to afford costs long term", which I think means...they changed it.
Thank you for this video!!! I was impatient and purchased the typology before you reviewed it. Light in the concealer is definitely medium. I purchased the concealer and serum tint knowing that I couldn’t exchange once opened but the shade description on the concealers is way off. I emailed them for support and I know their return policy so I wasn’t expecting much.. I would have appreciated a simple thank you for your feedback but I got nothing in return. Made me feel less valued as a consumer and I probably won’t be buying from them again… which is a bummer cause I like the serum tint. Moving to the thrive concealer. Omg this is everything I wanted the typology concealer to be and I wouldn’t have even thought that they were the similar in so many ways. Also the thrive offers so many more shades. It’s the concealer I’ve been searching for and never quite finding. 😍 Again you just killed it with product reviews!
Love this makeup look! I also have small (mine are very hooded) eyes, and I never wear eye makeup, I just can’t be bothered! But I love a strong blush, lately I’ve been loving cloud paints in Storm and Dusk mixed together 🥰
Thank you for mentioning the Kosas concealer! Two babies = dark circles galore so will be sticking with my Revealer Concealer. Awesome and informative review as always.
I have dry under eyes and have real trouble using setting powder after concealer, even using very sparingly. But like a matte look under my eyes wout looking dry …. Maybe this will be a winner for me?!?!?
Hey, have you ever tried the technic to use primer, than powder and concealer on top? Gamechanger for me! Only thin thin layers - and i use my finger for blending the concealer. 🌺❤️
@@Sine761 haven’t tried will for sure give it a shot… only other thing is I’m on the older side … 41 so I also have to be careful with settling in lines and ceases. Do u have fav products you use?
Hi there!! I have seen your vids on your skin care routine and adult acne. So it sure if you would be able to take this request. Have you done a vid on the Typology skin care? I am going back and forth between trying purology or typology?!? I am currently using farmacy.
I think I’m actually one of the rare people who doesn’t seem to have a good shade match in the Thrive concealer (😭) but shade 1 in Typology might be right on the nose!
Thank you for this review! Will not be getting the concealer after this :/ But on another note, glas is not always more ecological than plastic because it is much heavier and uses more CO2 on tranport. (Sorry, bad english)
No joke, I started watching this video shortly after dropping off a package, in which is my BK 101 that I'm gifting to a family member after feeling it was too large for me for foundation and now I'm kicking myself for not thinking to use it for cream blush
Oh man, I saw these reviews by you yesterday and I wanted to take advantage of getting a second foundation or concealer for 50% off to get the right shade, but they are no longer offering those discounts. Bummer. AND their price is currently $40.70 each for foundation. I'm on a budget, unfortunately, and I'm worried about getting the wrong shades.
Pretty sure the euro was worth about the same when you originally reviewed the skin tint. Maybe even a little less. It's been worth a bit under a $1.20 for the past few months at least so as far as I can tell there's no reason for the price shooting up. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. If they just upped the price bc it got more popular I'm going to skip it. Was planning on trying it after I used up one of my current tints

Never apologize for your chaos OR being so thorough. It's what makes you Kackie. 🥰
If Typology added a few more shades in both the concealer and the skin tint at both the very light and very dark ends it would be great.

Such a helpful video! Been mulling both of these over. Thank you! ❤️
Those BK brushes are 🔥.
How did you know I wanted this comparison?! 😂
I just got my typology concealer curious what you think
Love your earrings. Where are those from? Thanks!
Earplugs (or tunnels/ expanders) in rosequartz i think 🤷🏻♀️❤️
Ok off topic but I’m super intrigued about the wet n wild tinted hydrator product dup for Fenty Eaze Drop?!?! Love I video on that
The BK beauty 101 is so awesome. I love it. They are having a sale right now.
They are doing the special “ buy one at full price get the second at 50% off” for the concealers
Is the "juicy-ness" of Typology greater than that of the Glossier concealer?
Please compare the two - I'm very curious!
Great question!!

This review is such a relief because now my summer no buy is not at risk 😂
Can we all agree that the blush collage was the star of the show here?

Well I think I have you beat...I might be the only one who doesn't like Thrives concealer!!! 🙃
Can you please review the new Haley’s beauty rewind concealer? :)
I second this 🙂
Oh So Ready!!!
Never tried this brand let me get your thoughts 👀👀👀
Thank you for this review! Will not be getting the concealer after this :/

But plastic isn’t always recyclable or actually recycled so surely it’s offset by the fact that glass is always recyclable
Don’t apologize, the longer the video the better!

Mmmmm I'm just going to get a second shade in Thrive!
The serum tint is now $40 and they no longer offer the buy one get one half off.
I watch everything at 2x speed.
You’re brave
I do this too and let me say there’s nothing weirder than going to a live podcast and listening to them at normal speed after 1+ years of 2x 😂

That shade range 💔
