Excellent installation and video. I am experimenting with an external diesel heater for a travel trailer. I installed a thimble to feed the warm air into the trailer under the bed. I cut a 5.5 inch hole in the floor so I can install a heater, with a heat shield under the bed. Like you, I ran 12 vdc directly from the battery with an in-line fuse. I definitely want to install a fuel tank, of at least 10 liters, on the outside, due to diesel odor from spills. I am not sure how far I can run the fuel line from the tank to the fuel pump and then to the heater. A sincere "Thank You'!!!!

i think having a kill switch in not good if it gets turned of accidently it will fry the heater , because it hasn't gone thru the shut down mode. also there seems to be a downward loop in the exhaust line for condensation to collect. just observation cheers.

Agree. I think the kill switch should not be accessible from the living space to prevent accidentally switching off which may cause a fire.

Will 4 little teck screws keep 10 litre diesel tank secure when travelling with it full?
