  • This week, we're presenting part 1 of 2 videos, sharing our process in profiling our latest Kenyan coffee release.
We recently received the fresh crop of Kamwangi AA, beautifully packed in vacuum packs and ready to roast. In this video, we show our roast approach and explain our choice of burner settings, RoR targets for each stage of the roast, as well as exploring our taste preferences too.
We'll be following up part 1 with a second video showing our measurements of both the green and roasted coffee, as well as our sensorial evaluations and cupping procedures.
We're always interested in hearing what topics you're most curious to hear us discuss, and social media is a great way of reaching out to us if you would like to make a request.
We welcome your thoughts and feelings on the topics raised in this weeks video, as well as other ideas you would like to see us discuss in the future. We really appreciate your feedback and support.

It's interesting that you're still aware of when the actual first crack occurs from the Loring instead of just marking it on a certain temp.

Liking the content of the videos but is there a need for two different camera angles? Bit much? Cheesy?
