Here's the first of three videos I've filmed to help you with different ways into and out of the Figurehead pole move. This first video focuses on entries into the figurehead.
The five different ways shown how to do a figurehead are as follows:
1 - Outside step - back hook - figurehead
2 - Outside leg hang - figurehead
3 - Side climb - figurehead
4 - Split drop - figurehead
5 - Front climb - figurehead

Quite cool, but I think you should try to order them beginner to advanced.

Ahhh there's only 5! And I find with this one what might be easy for you, won't be easy for another. I do tend to split up longer videos though
