- Starting to figure this fight out. I save the thunder beetle for after the 2nd ko to get the 3rd one quickly but got the 2nd ko way too late sadly, so there was no point in using it. Will keep practicing. I think with 3rd ko and better play I can do sub 5

I apologize for the bad quality. Pc was old and stopped working. Will be uploading runs from my phone until I can afford a new one, which might be a while because my city keeps going into lockdown, making it hard to get hours at work. Hope you enjoy regardless! Going to practice this some more and hopefully get the sub 5
Don't worry, using a phone actually gives the run some "character" imo.
For example mine records things with more contrast and makes it look more tense and atmospheric Hahaha.

There’s a certain charm to the phone quality. And it’s much better than no runs at all.

Also was able to recreate your build with Whisperer 3 cause I got a lucky Whisperer 2 2 Slot and the 20% reduction has been making a world of difference
Wirebug whisperer is awesome for hammer! Lvl 1 is necessary imo for speedruns. 3 is nice too, I’ve been messing around with it but wanted a point in slugger here to get the 3rd ko, which I don’t think I actually got lol! No god charms here yet but I’m hoping soon I’ll be able to have a charm with whisperer and another skill in it that’s the dream
what are your thoughts on the charge switch switch skill for hammer, i was super excited for valor hammer to be returning but was let down by how nerfed it is in comparison to MHGU
It feels pretty bad. Can still get a sorta decent time cause when the monster is KO’d you’ll just be using impact crater and Big Bang anyways, but I don’t think it can beat regular hammer at anything sadly
supprised no wirebug wisper 2, doesn't it extend how long you get to keep the third one?
You just need lvl 1 for that. Lvl 1 is very good. I think lvl 2 increases wire fall recovery rate or something, doesn’t seem all that useful. And level 3 increases wirebug recovery rate for everything, which seems pretty good but I don’t think I have a good enough talisman for it

I mean yes you kinda do need sharp+
but you can get attack 7, crit eye 5, sharp 2, we 3, cb3 now quit easily
@@DESMal To be honest I have no idea lol! I just see everyone using Tigrex hammer so I use it too! Silkbind boost probably still puts it over Mizu but with TA rules being an actual thing soon Mizu should be better for that

is slugger effective for hammer user? i have lvl 3 wirebug whisperer , part breaker lvl 1 and 1 lvl 2 slot. 1 lvl 1 slot. but i have also lvl 2 slugger with 2 lvl 2 slot. is it better i take wirebug whispere lvl 3, or lvl 1 only enough and the rest is slugger?
I would rather have wirebug whisperer. Slugger is only good IF it gets you an extra KO but wirebug whisperer is always useful. Just eating for slugger and maybe 1 level of slugger if you think you need it should be enough. I’m very jealous of that first charm, i don’t have anything that good yet
