Thanks for watching along. I hope you're able to take these tips to make your LinkedIn page as amazing as you are! And let me know in the comments below- what other tutorials should I create?
Thank you so much, for sharing this useful information with us. After stumbling upon a lot of 'empty' videos, I finally came across yours with real helpful substance re linkedin
I have watched this a few times now. I love this video bc it is simple, but what about other sections in Linkedin profiles? Like the headline? My career path may look scattered and "all over the map", but it makes sense to me.
What if my past experience is just retail, food service, and two small internships?? How do you leverage and word these experiences to get a better job?
Thanks for the video. I've got a question. Imagine a person is open to 2 not very similar opportunities. Imagine they're 50/50 between teaching and writing, for example. How would they optimise their profile? Would they need to choose one or the other? Should they find common key words? How about for the "note to recruiters" section? What a person would want in a teaching job could be very different from what they want in a writing job.
This was very helpful! Question...is the note to recruiters feature still available? I found where to click on "Open to Opportunities" but I wasn't given the chance to write a note to recruiters. Thanks!
Depends on what settings the recruiter has set up on their end. Don't hesitate with just sending them a message directly in their LinkedIn inbox. ruclips.net/video/Wuy4Y8ppb4M/видео.html
Great video Emily, you have such a nice way of presenting :) I was looking for some guidance on how to start a new profile, your video helped me a lot. Have a wonderful day and stay safe, God Bless.

I love your presentation. Well understood.
Hi Emily, is there anything that you would add to this advice in light of how keywords are now being featured on LinkedIn? Thanks!
I would add relevant keywords to your LinkedIn description and the skills you add (if applicable to you). :)
I can't find the career interest section. Is that only available for pay subscriber?
This was a fun and interesting video. Thanks for sharing.
Good one, you clearly explain it to my understanding. I will be grateful if you take me as your student, so as to learn more from you
That "career interests" at 9:59 is not visible in my LinkedIn :-O have they moved it!?

@@CultivateYourCareer Another great video on LinkedIn there, Emily. Do you have any video on writing a summary when you have like say 2 jobs?
Thank you so much for this advice. Is the premium price worth it while searching for a employment?
I don't recommend it that much to my students because you can do a lot in Ll even without the premium features :)
