    Hey everyone, and welcome back to the Least Used Stations series! Today, I am at the Liberty Avenue Station on the (C) Line. Enjoy, and if you do, like and subscribe!

    Why I think this is the least used station
    1. Nearby Alternatives (L) at Atlantic Avenue, LIRR at East New York)
    2. This is not only a Local station. If every Local station had an Express platform, more people would use it.
    3. People might just be scared of the Lemon train that runs on the (C) train occasionally… lol

    • @QuarioQuario54321
      @QuarioQuario54321 3 года назад +5

      Last I checked Atlantic Ave was the least used on the L. This is actually busier than Atlantic Ave as well as Alabama Ave. Broadway junction might be the culprit.

      Maybe it is B Way Junction. Rethinking it, I did see a lot of people getting on there when I went to get the footage for Liberty. I took the (C) to the (J) at B Way Jnct. (Wanted to get the 75 Avenue footage earlier than usual, so I took the (J) to the (E)), but I saw a whole lotta people getting on there, from the Fulton St Line, and just regularly walking into the station. Maybe people would just rather walk to B Way Jnct. for all of the connections.

    I dont really have anything to say this time so im just gonna make a random guess and say that the least used stop on the g will be van alst-21 street since its so close to not only the last stop but also because that same last stop is a transfer point between the 7/e and m lines

    • @joshuajimenez6893
      @joshuajimenez6893 2 года назад

      No cap I agree. I’ve gotten off at that stop before and I was probably the only one that got off at that stop compared to everyone else. But there is more stations along the G that isn’t used like that either but that’s a good guess

    Fulton St local is kinda low on ridership overall. Guess they made the right decision of having the E terminate at WTC.

    • @MysticTransit
      @MysticTransit  3 года назад +1

      True. I don’t usually see the stations crowded on the line. Only when I went to get the footage for this station did I see come people at Liberty, Rockaway, etc.
      So ig it was a good idea to have the (E) Terminate at WTC, however, I kinda wish that some Rush Hour (E) trains went to Euclid or Lefferts via the Fulton St Lcl. (C) trains are just so infrequent.

    • @michel4rthur
      @michel4rthur 3 года назад

      What about Ralph Ave? When its rush hour a good amount of people come in and out of the train station. I know because I live near there

    • @MysticTransit
      @MysticTransit  3 года назад +3

      The C can’t be extended to Lefferts, it would cause heavy delays along the whole A/C Lines, which causes the E to be delayed as well, and a cascade occurs. This is due to there not being any bypass tracks for the A. The Line past Euclid can’t handle the capacity.
