Beautiful project. Trough I was cringing looking at the 3D printed plastic gears... Trough the way you designed them to go onto metal gears was neat. How did you made the profiles match so well? Also idea for a video for you - a comparison of plastic printed gears, metal printed gears and standard metal ones for RC cars. Its not the cheapest option but I would really like to see how metal 3D printing holds on.
My only suggestion is to brace the shock towers, that’s one of you weakest points, all the pressure goes to the base of the small supports the shocks attach to. Also, the brace will help with lateral motion

Nice project... But learn a bit better soldering. Looks like crap!! More HEAT and a bit of rosin!! Solder needs to flow in to a nice blob... not be bubbly.Those solder joints will break after a while.

I HATE TO BRING IT UP BUT PVC IS BEING PHASED OUT IN THE USA AS IT LEECHES CARCINOGENIC GASSES WHEN HEATED. I advises just orgering .250 inch ABS sheet or use White acrylic both could be heat formed or thermoformed using a vacuum box or a vacuum former.
Hopefully he isn't heating it up that much, this happens depends on what additives are in pvc which will leach out but pvc itself won't start degrading until 250c. Pvc itself starts becoming flexible near 100c so it's alr ish if you got no other material to work with
