Nice video and 3d printed parts. But how those wheels performs? That was the point and you missed it.
this was sopposed to demonstrate your idea and test it, but you instead built a whole rc car and didnt test it at all 😔
The idea isn't new but I like that you're DIY'ing it. The high quality ones I've seen have the shocks angled perpendicular to the ground on the forward spin so they bite and absorb into the surface better. I would also either go with narrow wheels or increase the number of "spokes" to support the wide wheel base since they're hinged and not a solid connection spoke.
The idea is very intriguing ❤! Also something i must say, the shock absorbers allow the mass of the wheel (centre of mass) itself to move anywhere on the plane of rotation this means at high speeds the wheel’s centre of mass would be flung away from the hub bearing. Meaning the car would start hopping instead of rolling if u getting it spinning fast enough 😅
This was exactly my first thought.
Hello its Nasa
And I spooted you are doing such things and you are under arrest 😂😂
😂😂🤣
9:29 What's background sound 😮😍😍😍
Very creative way of using suspension 😃
Loved it ❤️
Glad you liked it Sahil 😀
Super bro ❤
I love tyres very much in this Car.
you'll need better balance and maybe apply some camber. the centrifugal force around turns and downforce will tighten the suspension in the wheels, and offroading might just be backflips until you get over the obstacle. could try to make the wheels go faster with more downforce and pressure, but then you'll need serious differential set-ups fot curves.
잘만든다 잘 만들어, 군더더기 없이 깔끔하게~
Nice dedication and new experiment.. totally appreciated 🎉👍👍
Thank man 😃
Отличная красивая работа! Получил эстетическое удовольствие)
This is very interesting, l love watching this kinda stuff.
I found you today and subscribed immediately. You are awesome! Very fun build! Shukria.
I would love to see it made, thank you
nice idea..perhaps the design of the wheels can be improved to ensure its stability and rigidness..as per my observation ...first..the ball end of the shocks should be eliminated as it promotes variable axis movement..instead use cylindrical shims..these should hold the both end of the shocks more rigid to the rim flanges and center hub at the hex housing...2nd..maybe the wheels is better of with rubber tyres..with soft foam inserts to further enable stabilizing the rolling resistance and jolts from surfaces...only then once the wheels are near fully stable..u can start to play with the spring rates and shock oil viscocity...to get the exciting motion damping experience and uniqueness from the wheels in countering the unsprung weight it bares on the wheel hex and hub....hope my 2 cents sparks new idea for u...have a great days ahead..and keep up the great videos.
Thoroughly enjoyed your video. Very well done and inspirational
Awesome! Impeccable precision, Art at its finest. Love it. 👍
Thanks😀
si le pusieras alas plegables con servos y un motor pequeño con Helice eso podria volar como un hibrido de auto y avion
Está hecho con metal, no va a volar. Sería demasiado pesado
Very nice and elegant work! 😉👍
But wouldn't you want to separate the electric motors? Make two axles, two belts, one motor would drive the right wheel and the other motor would drive the left wheel. Then the whole car could make sharper turns much more easily.
This would be an easier solution for off-road than installing a differential, because the differential will spin without locking. And you could programmatically adjust the power to each wheel, e.g. put more power to the left wheel when turning right.
I like your all videos .❤❤❤❤
It's my pleasure 🙏😃
I've seen a similar concept used to a really good effect. In a 1 pound/454 gram combat robot/battle bot called cheesecake, the rims of the wheels are 3d printed (more than likely TPU, but I'm not sure) and have 3 spokes that are springy. they work incredibly well at preventing too much shock from traveling through the wheel and damaging the axles axels or the motor. Combat robotics, especially at the one pound (454 grams) deal with incredible forces, being hit with rotating weapons that store insane amounts of energy, have incredibly powerful weapon and drive motors (even weaker drive motors can spin their tires against the ground),and LiPo batteries can only be used a hand full of times before they are too burnt out. In this harsh field, where a full suspension assembly would be too complex, heavy, and prone to failure, the springy wheels are phenomenal.
Superb !!!
Fabulous work, brother! I admire every bit of effort you put into this project and video...
Your video quality and editing are on another level 🔥
Thank you so much, Max! Your support and feedback mean a lot, especially coming from a fellow creator. I'm really glad you enjoyed the project and the video. Looking forward to seeing more of your amazing work as well! 🔥

More projects coming from my way as well. Thank you!
Thank you🙏🙏
Dost, yah ek shandaar pahiye ki design hai
Not really. It’s been tested before many times and it makes zero sense. There’s tons of issues just looking at the design: much more rotational weight, much more unsprung weight, inconsistent suspension absorbing at certain wheel angles, weak lateral rigidity, lateral force shock shaft stiction, shock shafts being drug through dirt, buying extra shocks. There’s so many great reasons why this isn’t a useful design idea
What is the compression length of the shock absorbers u used?
Ini sangat keren kawan
Thanks😊
❤❤❤ kamu punya video.
Lanjutkan. !!
Wow Nice design brother ❤👌👌
Thank you so much
Nice project
Thanks😊
Miss you bro.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Appreciate 😊
super cool project
This is a very cool concept. I wonder if they will ever use something like this in the future. I like it a lot!
Best cinematics sir ❤, Bhaiya 😅
Thank you so much, Jai Shree Ram🙏!
nice idea, even better, you can but an electric hub motor in the middle, also. you could also try spiral leaf spring wheels.
Very high quality video production. Also very good idea implementation. Well done.
Thank you very much!😊
3d printed material turns out to be rigid and very well finished. Which 3d printing machine u are using?
this will be similar to a soil compactor i guess
the cost of the pcb is low but how much the shipping cost
Very Good
Thanks😊
This music goes hard
Good ❤ work
Thanks ✌️
softer spring rate would help alot ..... and some way to keep the rim centred above the hub ....... super cool idea anyway ..... thank you for sharing 😊
amazing bro
Thank you so much 😀
Wow this is amazing as a guy who ones rc cars and 3d printers im amazed you have inspired me and im going to make an rc car and this music reminded of me playing gta or something lol
How to make long range recever and transmitter
Ur thumbnail pic is lit🔥🔥🔥
good job bro
Thanks😊
That was a very cool video, man! I had a feeling right away that the wheels wouldn't work. Maybe with more shock absorbers and fastened in a much sturdier way.
Very innovative project what is the cost of this project brother?
The components of normal force of mg is always at an angle with the shockers so how would the spring get pressed only on three points on wheels it is usefulo
I want to know and your support how to program aurdino for making rc Bluetooth car
Those ae shocks/dampers that are only supposed to see loads in one axis. You need struts that can handle the side loads better.
bravoo
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!😊
Very nice! Except you never really shown or talked much (at all?) about how it worked. Might need to compare to a version with regular wheels. I was left hanging as to whether this ended up being a good idea or not.
Great stuff sir , please share a link of code and diagram.
It will available tomorrow!
Thank you for your patience.
bro u are a great engineer btw i have liked and subbsd
When you make rc boat
good
struts don't like side loads..
The wheels shouldnbe going the other direction so the suspension works better
you didnt even show how the suspension works in slowmo or at least stationary, and that was what I was most waiting for
❤
Use differential bro
The torque of the engine is going to screw with the functionality of the shocks
I wonder how gyroscopic procession will affect this. You might find that the forces are being applied at 90 degrees to the ground, and the wheels will just slide forward relative to the axle.
I think with the shock absorbers angled around the circle the way they are, you would probably want ones that are neutral in the center of their travel so that they can resist motion on extension and compression based on braking versus acceleration forces. Don't quote me on that but it feels like you don't want their natural position to be at full extension.
Check out Softwheel and GeoOrbital wheels. Torsional rigity wasn't there. As someone else had pointed out as well, without using the same words. Softwheel looks like the wheel side is directly attached to the rim of the wheel. That might be key.
plz bro make video on how to make brushed drone using node mcu esp8266 module 🧐
Ok, Noted.

Shock absorber can absorb socks?
How to rotate bldc motor clockwise and anti clockwise
Just exchange any two wires from the 3-phase connection between the BLDC motor and ESC.
If you're using a 3D printer, it would have been better to design compliant wheel hubs with multiple spokes that would absorb impacts. The biggest issue I see is axle pulling the shocks apart under heavy torque.
maybe the design could be modified to be more resistant to torsion. (adding an extra 3 coilovers, while keeping the number of hub mounting points at 3.)
by the way, I have considered the concept of replacing the coilovers with tensioned bungee cord.
90mm wheel se rc car banao
Please share the link of those wheels.
You didn't install differential drive that why facing turning problem
I am planning to use the differential in my upcoming car videos.
The cost
Terrible idea, awesome execution!
To bad it iuncreases roling resistance. There was a bike with a similar concept. It was several wears ago. Did'nt hear about it again.
Kya aap mere cycle ke liye Aisa setup kar sakte hain
I love the part where you test it out :/
Glad, you loved it.
Thank you
1st thought without watching anything yet: This can't work because the tire would never be on center with the hub and you'd never get a smooth ride at speed. That said, at very slow speeds doing something like rock crawling wheels like these could absolutely work well.
Good video, but the music kinda sux ;}
ooo

Oh my Goodness, Thank you very much, brother😀🙏
@@proknow Yes I can not say lies I love engineering
Its so funny, I kept expecting you to say you were from the IRS and I needed to get google gift cards to pay off back taxes.
The suspensions are at their max so they wont provide any travel on the bumps because is one trys to move down other two will stop it.
Although you have kept them at an angle but at such scale that wont provide any major benefit.
The suspension is not providing both up and down motion, its providing only down motion for the vertical and no up motion for the other two. So check the suspension travel.
Cant say anything about the stability though.
try using TPU filament for 3d printing your wheels. This is an advice from this 12 year old
I printed the tyre with TPU, and that transparent filament is TPU, Sorry I forgot to mention it in the video.
@@proknow if the wheel is made of TPU then there is no need of spring it is not required.
but you can try making it into 3 parts so that there will be some action from springs
Wheels were wrong way round.
The have wheelchair wheels like this
Yeah, I found those wheel pictures on the internet when I was doing preplanning and research for my video.
Review your laptop.. .. .. ..
Your idea??? sorry to say many youtuber has already made this kind of suspension.
I think the concept will doesn’t work because of the centrifuge forces implied on the rotational axis of the wheels, also it have several vector forces aiming in all directions on the same axis, so the shocks absorbers just tend to stiff and doesn’t absorb the impacts… and on top of that, if the rotation of the wheels are faster, the system becomes less effective because the centrifuge forces are more strong…
Man you really did it from scratch huh !! Impressive !!!!!!
Bro first complete your Ardiuno course
For real😂
On an RC Car, but not scalable.
The author invented a wheel with spokes. With elastic and shock-absorbing spokes.
Nice try.
