I love how Moxxie's dream sequence is a beautiful Phantom Of The Opera like musical scene while Blitzo's is slimes and people haunting and traumatizing him
I feel like people don't talk about a certain line Blitz says in Moxxie's trip when Moxxie is asking Blitz why he keeps pushing people away. "I don't know, eventually everyone goes." Ouch. That line made me really feel for Blitz. The feeling that you can't get too close to anyone because they're going to leave and you don't want to get too attached and get hurt. This is my favorite episode, and DAMN that line. Blitz's whole trip is saying similar things, but having Blitz even say it in Moxxie's trip for some reason makes it hit harder for me.
A one correction at time 1:45, your subtitles say: I'm simply speaking satan's painting, but this phrase of Moxxie is: I'm simply speaking satan's plain english
I believe the scream represents how he refused to listen to Moxxie and pushed him alway thus leading to Moxxie asking why Blitzo hurts him. And when he says “stop fucking talking” Moxxie leaves.
quick correction: at 3:08 moxxie says "i believe your subconscious is trying to tell you that you simply cannot fathom proper intimacy" whereas you wrote "i believe yourself conscious" aside from that, this is pretty accurate.
I've listened to it at least couple dozen times, and I swear to god, she says, "Selfish, shitty, shit fuck". I can't get my brain to hear anything else...
i love how the breakdown parts sound like "Dazed and Confused" by Led zeppelin(aka the band that created "Immigrant Song" that most youngsters know as the Thor: Ragnarok theme). I also get the connection that Blitz is also dazed and confused about how to deal with his demons that haunting cuz he's been avoiding them since forever. Also, Dazed and Confused is more about being a toxic relationship
I JUST NOTICED THIS BUT THE CONNECTIONS THAT EACH OF THE SONGS HAVE Like the guitar fades out into the Moxie part, but it’s the same chord progression, with different instruments. It’s not completely new song, different song, back to old song. The undertone is the same
0:50 I have been replaying this scene over and over again because it is so good. I like the art style the background and how it looks so majestic the color choice moxxies lyrics combined with blitz amazing organ or whatever instrument it is just makes such a great scene EDIT: also his tone of voice

considering the fact that Richard Horvitz has pretty much always voiced his characters with such a shrill tone, I think it is on the mark. honestly though, his performance in this entire number was quite impressive
