I dont know what the difference is between those it helps and those it messes up other than histamine intolerance which I dont seem to have, but maybe its because I didn't have SIBO or a bad bacteria overgrowth, being as how I cleared out those things, and probably had a lack of or a greatly reduced good bacteria population in my gut and so it took well to reseeding. Story is that certain microbiome strains produce metabolites that help the body with immunity or the ability to neutralize toxins. You did not say much about this probiotic function which to me looks intriguing with much beneficial potential.
Wonderful knowledge, especially about the probiotics being helpful even if the probiotic bacteria do not survive. I think the conventional line is that probiotics aren't that helpful and mostly money wasted because they do not survive the digestive tract. I always wondered about the accuracy of that position when I would actually feel the difference in my gut after taking probiotics.
Yes, although I had been eating alkaline for several years and eating about 95% raw foods but when I included the blood type diet, I (unexpectedly) dropped 10 pounds. It was like a missing link

Well I havent got much choice to be on a low dose anti-b, due to weak bladder function, most likely due to past work place exposure to toxins:-( So it might be inflammation that causing the problem?! For which is a bit of a vicious circle along with having a Compromised Immune System!
Unfortunately most supplements are tainted these days. Stick to healthy whole foods, regular exercise and sunlight exposure and your body is it's own healer
Magnesium can really lower your blood pressure. I took a small amount before bed and fell on the stairs the next morning without any warning. Never again!
If you're having a reaction this strong I believe it is sign of a vitamin B1 Deficiency. If you're low in vitamin B1 it can cause you to have negative reaction to magnisum. I suggest you look up a video by a man named Eliot who runs a RUclips channel called EONutrition. Specifically his video entitled "Magnesium intolerance? Consider Thiamine (vitamin B1)". I have a strong feeling you have a B1 Deficiency. That video will help ✌️ I'd also look at the quality Magnesium you're using. Look for magnisum glycine, orotate or citrate and avoid Magnesium oxide. Hope that helps ✌️
How can you mention things like magnesium and probiotics in process of gut healing but didnt say anything about zinc which is crucial for any growth and repair in our body or increasing protein intake in general and in my opinion most people dont need any probiotics, they just need to repair their diet especielly in context of protein intake and nutrients densitiy which will include foods like liver and eggs. Anyone talking about gut microbiom pretending that they have knowledge that can be used along with probiotics dont know anything about it, our understanding about microbiom in general is low looking from science perspective and one thing that we know for certain is that our microbioms adapts to our diet so if you have many vegetables in your diet you will have more bacteria that eats those kind of food so changing your diet in general changes your microbiom so how can you claim that taking any of those bacteria will do anything in long term to you if your microbiom is changing along with your diet and we see rapid changes in those bacterias in people that undergo adaptation to carnivore diet or keto diet and then their microbiom change again when they go back to normal diet so your microbiom is not static thing that you can add bacteria to it and it will stay that way for long time so in most cases its waste of money

What is a good food sensitivity diet?
How do you take L- glutamine and zinc supplement? I mean is it better to take it in the morning..... with food, ...on an empty stomach....? Thank you!
Empty stomach. Take duspatalin 135 mg after the meal. Do intermittent fasting for 2 weeks. Avoide everything except rice, fish and chicken.
What if you can’t eat rice?
Zinc, if taken on an empty stomac, makes me sick.

What do ppl with “G6PD deficiency “ do to heal 😢?
i have a serious question, can I take NAC and L-glutamine to help my digestive inflammation together? If yes: Are there any advice to do it? maybe one at lunch or one at dinner? for how long can I take it? 2 cycles of both per year? thank you so much for your kindness!
I’ve had an undiagnosed inflammatory condition for 11 years. I’ve just found out I have zero levels of intestinal alkaline phosphatase. I’m trying to understand what I can do about it.

Story is that certain microbiome strains produce metabolites that help the body with immunity or the ability to neutralize toxins. You did not say much about this probiotic function which to me looks intriguing with much beneficial potential.
❤❤❤this video covers hundreds videos in one.
So,people who is having immunosuppressant for autoimmune, should not use probiotic supplements?plz reply
NATURAL SOURCES OF L.RUTERI?

Take l glutamine on empty stomach. Also follow a course of duspatalin 135mg after meal for 2 months. Avoide all foods except rice fish and chicken. Do not even have tea. Use small portion of vegitables and do intermittent fasting between meals.
I run a hair analysis to sort out my food sensitivities.
Well I havent got much choice to be on a low dose anti-b, due to weak bladder function, most likely due to past work place exposure to toxins:-( So it might be inflammation that causing the problem?! For which is a bit of a vicious circle along with having a Compromised Immune System!

Eat pineapple before going to bed you will be amazed in the morning how good you feel .

In general, pineapple keeps me regular. I just eat canned, chunks or slices. Fresh also works. :- )
Can you please tell us why
Lots of fructose! You will probably have a hypoglycemic event at night and not feel very good…

Take your shoes off and walk on the earth, this builds a strong immune system. 😊
Magnesium can really lower your blood pressure. I took a small amount before bed and fell on the stairs the next morning without any warning. Never again!
Eat more salt
Sorry which kind of magnesium did u take and which dose?
If you're having a reaction this strong I believe it is sign of a vitamin B1 Deficiency. If you're low in vitamin B1 it can cause you to have negative reaction to magnisum. I suggest you look up a video by a man named Eliot who runs a RUclips channel called EONutrition. Specifically his video entitled "Magnesium intolerance? Consider Thiamine (vitamin B1)".
I have a strong feeling you have a B1 Deficiency. That video will help ✌️
I'd also look at the quality Magnesium you're using. Look for magnisum glycine, orotate or citrate and avoid Magnesium oxide.
Hope that helps ✌️

Now I am totally confused
He talks about zinc all the time and mentioned zinc in this video twice what are you so mad about
