    After years as a caregiver and not taking care of myself, I had a very unhealthy abdomen and started doing cleanses to eliminate biofilms. I did everything I could think of and I was expelling them, but it was difficult and they are stubborn. I also had a thick coating on my tongue that wouldn’t clear. During that time period, I was diagnosed with lymphoma.

    I opened up all the biofilms I had for 30 years over the span of 4 years. I had massive reactions, including a huge eczema-like rush that lasted for weeks. I have done it on my own because of the lack of resources to consult an up-to-date doctor like yourself. I have to say that it's pretty dangerous to embark in a biofilm war without proper knowledge and assistance. I am really happy today and after I won this biofilm war I can say that for the first time in my life I stopped getting ear infections, bronchitis and other forms of respiratory illnesses. It feels wonderful but the biofilms keep reforming so it is an on-going lifestyle change and cleansing should be common practice to keep the body healthy. I noticed that biofilms overtime can actually develop resistance to certain anti-biofilm agents and so I had to switch around. Lately I tried taking senna teas and I noticed that somehow even if it's just a laxative it did break some biofilms. anyways thanks for the video, I believe biofilms are the root-cause of many diseases.

      If you seek out a naturopath doctor, you might have a lot better results at treating your infections because when I was going to regular allopathic doctors, they were giving me the same sort of dismissive diagnosis of anxiety or depression or some more other ghost. If you seek out an alternative practitioner of healing, they will likely acknowledge what you’re going through and think beyond the narrow confines of what allopathic doctors are programmed to seek out in a sick person.

    There can be an immuno efficiency and bio flora disruption and replacement by pathogenic flora leading to lack of harmony could be going on.
    In different people the inhabitants van vary.
    Even so called natural things cause a disruption as everything is a chemical in the end, used to achieve balance. So too much use can be leading to resistance and killing good natural inhabitants, causing disharmony and new bad guys coming in and settling.

      Xyllitol is hydrophillic, so it pulls water from the intestinal system, hence the squirts. More likely if taken on an empty stomach. Best to take with or after some food, start with a smaller dose and increase gradually. Has many benefits, so can be helpful if you can overcome this main detractant. Chewing gum is not a good idea as it starts the enzyme release process jn anticipation of receiving food, which doesnt happen as nothing gets to the gut, this can lead to decreases in enzyme production over the long term, not recommended.@DO-hc3le

    I have CFS/ME, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's, and several other chronic illnesses. I also get drug resistant sinus infections that turn into bronchitis and pneumonia, and only Cipro will work. I hate having to take heavy duty antibiotics, because I know it screws up everything else. I'd love to get on a biofilm protocol, but I'm really worried about cytokine storms. I live in Israel, and I can't find a doctor to take me because they all say that I am "too medically complex". Nobody seems to know what to do with me.

    • @solgoode1
      @solgoode1 3 месяца назад +1

      @@keyshi6257 It's been a few years since I was sick and using this mixture so I can't say for sure exactly. I believe it was 2-3 tablespoons of colloidal silver and 1 tablespoon of pharma grade DMSO. You mix it and let it sit for 20 mins. The DMSO bonds to the silver. Then drink. Wait 30 more mins and you can take whatever medication you need. The DMSO will be in your bloodstream and pull and medication deeper into the tissues the blood is in contact with. Sovereign Silver is the brand I used because it is so well refined there's no risk of silver poisoning. Heiltropfen (this is the company that makes it) 99.9% pure pharma grade DMSO is the only kind I could handle taking regularly. It's nasty but tolerable. The other brands are absolutely disgusting tasting. Good luck : )

    Chronically ill also needs definition for me. I feel fine. I had IBS for over 14 years and possibly SIBO and nothing could touch it. I got used to it. It was not fun having a bloated stomach and problems with constipation or diarrhea all the time but no one would know I had a problem. So there's that. Does that count as chronic?
    I understood biofilms in the mouth so have oregano oil and xylitol to care for my mouth. I have taken oregano oil in capsules in small amounts rather than antibiotics when I had active infections which also worked to heal them. I don't take antibiotics unless it is very necessary.
    I want to learn more about how biofilms can be detected by symptoms. For instance I take vitamin D3 2000-10,000 units a day. I still have levels under 50ngl.I can't figure out any reason why but I once heard a lecture that vitamin D can not be absorbed if you have an infection. How can you know you have and infection if you don't feel sick?
    The video was a good one to start but I'm still pretty much without answers. Hopefully now that I've interacted with this video more information will be revealed about this topic. I'm doing everything I can by going low/no carb and eating plenty of healthy fats and protein from meat. Thanks, I just dropped in for this video but I'm sure I'll be back.

      @@sweetpeace5 That's why I can't rely on sun exposure to get enough vitamin D. I live in an urban space in a tiny apartment with no where to get sunlight with any privacy. Living at my longitude means I only get 2-3 hours a day of sunshine that has vitamin D in it in sufficient amounts. San Francisco is a cool and windy city so it's unusual to lay out on the beach because it is usually cold and windy. I know how to get vitamin D from the sun but my geographic location and my living situation makes it much harder to use the sun.

    • @elizabethlondon7754
      @elizabethlondon7754 3 месяца назад +10

      I have hEDS and some autoimmune issues that match up with Sjogren's, Raynaud, etc. I have experienced this as has my family. That film, if you look carefully, is the outmost layer of skin inside your cheeks (oral mucosa layer). Not only does fluoride get placed instead of calcium in the teeth and bones such as to increase fracture risk, it also gets incorporated into connective tissue in collagen. This creates weak points so that the collagen breaks. If you already have connective tissue issues-- and Sjogren's does so by drying it out in mucosa, your tissues will slough off from where the fluoride penetrated and weakened. It took me some hunting to find this, but there is published research on fluoride and collagen integrity, as there is on bone integrity with fluoride. Hypothyroidism also impacts this as your thyroid hormone impacts how much collagen and connective tissue is repaired and turned over-- fluoride gets in the way of that. If you're like me, joint pain and injury, skin itching and pain, and even gut pain are worse with fluoride ingestion and use. Make sure your water is fluoride free for drinking, bathing, and clothes washing if you can!
