Will definitely be picking up an 18v version when released here in the states. It will be so nice not having to buy those cans of air duster any longer to quickly blow dust off of stuff.
This dude please Makitia make a 18v version please!
@Speed04GT .. I don’t know why Makita should put out a 18v version? Makes no sense … the 40V will be the future .. the 18V will run out sooner then later .. 18V is history in few years! Why should a company like Makita maintain two platforms? Makes no sense at all ..
@@wolfgangselle3272 they might keep LXT as a cheaper mid-range/homeowner range of tools.
@@wolfgangselle3272 probably because a lot of people are invested in that platform and don’t want to move on the the 40v stuff. Makita has a lot more tools in the 18v line up and are still releasing new stuff. Doesn’t seem to be dying anytime soon in my book lol.
@@wolfgangselle3272 lol
I've finally found my favorite RUclips tool channel. The one that embraces my mak addiction
Welcome aboard.
I love this tool so much and have had no idea WTF some of those attachments were for…thanks for the great info!
I was wondering whether this tool could clean Lego and you helpfully have answered my most pressing question. Thanks 🙏
"INSTANT DONUT" 🤣🤣🤣
But seriously love your channel! I've bought into the 40v system recently and it's great. I have one of these blowers and I absolutely love it!! Will be looking into some of these attachments for myself now. Cheers from the UK 👍
Thankyou for the 18v tip off...
On top of the 40v game! 💪🏻
I can't wait for the 18v to come out. If they don't release it in the states, I'm definitely importing one
Btw I think you can twist the attachments and it will come out without pulling the plastic spring-loaded sleeve, that's how I've been doing it all this time, not sure if it damages the plastic clips in the long run though.....
Literally considering this for my Lego collection, thanks for that!
I have been using it on Lego quite a bit recently. It's a good way to regularly clean them off.
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL I’m sure it saves you a fortune on canned air!
Thanks for the 18v tip off. :) keep up the good work ❤
The ones in the description may have sold out, so try this ruclips.net/video/G2XnZsYn194/видео.html
Ah yes THE blower, on first sight it might be seen as a novelty product, but once you actually use it.... You always find new ways to utilise it, this is a power tool from a reputable brand, based on a new and more efficient battery platform, but most of the time I find this as a household essential. Anyone agree?
Yeah I found this tool amusing and over pirced considering the normal 18v turbo looking one was much stronger on paper....until the wind speed strength made this tool considerable.
I picked it up as a kit for a extra charger and battery for my other tools. And I must say I love using this now.
I keep it at home more then on site. My latest home use I found is to cool roasted nuts quicker before they over cook. And blowing off chaff when roasting my coffee beans. Great to blow the kitchen bench down too after you clean it (gets all the little crumbs and salts off the bench and can vacuum the floor after
@@liiich6175 I wouldn't mix power tools with food... sounds gross... just saying.
Is there a model number for the accessory kit? I bought the blower after seeing your first vid, mine only came with 5 attachments though, I'm in Canada.
How’s this compare to a can of compressed air?
7:50 how many random holes has your house accumulated over the years?
I had no idea that there were so many ways to blow and suck........I will be getting an 18V model when they become available here in the UK. I have quite a few 18V batteries and I will not be investing in the 40V range, even for an interesting tool like this. This will be the third tool I've brought based solely on watching this channel.........I guess this is a good thing
The level of restraint demonstrated in this video is remarkable. To get through 9 minutes of video with only the slightest of innuendos is quite impressive (and perhaps a bit disappointing).
With that said, there was clearly an obligation to make a Spaceballs reference. "She's gone from suck to blow!"
There may have been more in the original video I did.
Cool 😎
I doubt the 18v version if it ever happens will be as powerful as this.
I use mine around the house all the time. Would love an L-shaped nozzle, so might have to make one. Tried to clean a canister water filter and couldn’t really reach the inside. For stubborn grime, nothing beats the air compressor though.
Do you guys ever use it on the lower settings? Mine is always on full blast.
Lowest setting is great for dogs
I can see myself blowing off steam with this one!
Are the 18V and 40V version accessories compatible???
ruclips.net/video/i1hzaNCks6g/видео.html
3:21 “This doesn’t blow, she sucks” 😏😂
Can this blower inflate a tyre?
No. ruclips.net/video/9UhcePBd3eE/видео.html
Ahhhhhh the suction cup...
MAKITA, where is the 18v version of the dust blower??????
That depends entirely on how many they sell.
@@heg9029 nah 18v is here to stay. If anything, they may bring out some graphene batteries or the lithium pouch cells like dewalt.
What happens if you suck water??
18 volt? say no more!
I've been told I already have a big, long ,blowy wand
Have you seen clones of this tool on aliexpress? They run on 18v makita packs and they look extremely similar, it is uncanny. They say 1500w lol but I doubt they come close to this. Oh and they sell with all of these attachments included
Yes I have. Did you read how quickly they break in the reviews?
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL no, I didn't lol :D but not a surprise tbh, considering how cheap they are.
Btw my as001g is working like a champ, such a great tool and I really don't need my compressor anymore so I am very happy with it.
I have reviewed the Hikoki version, video next week...
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL awesome, can't wait to see it! I have seen the tool, it looks a bit funny but I am interested in how it compares. I think makita has the big edge over other handheld blowers (Ryobi, kobalt, einhell/ozito, parkside etc)
fuzzy wuzzy was a bear
How do you know?
No stuffed animals suffered permanent damage. Psychological damage, well...... :)

Sorry, hit dislike by mistake!
Well undislike it then.
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL did that immediately. YT alerted that it would give feedback to you. Just wanted you to know it was accidental so you know, you could sleep tonight ;-)
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL Let's just give you an extra comment to compensate the algorythm for his accidental dislike. :-)
Sure, if you really think that will make a difference.
