At 25:41 there was a translation error, instead of 2.5 times the force of the normal strike it's supposed to be to the 2.5 POWER of the normal strike.
For example: 100 times 2.5 is just 250, but 100 to the POWER of 2.5 is about 100,000

For Kamo, there's no special reason for why his eyes are "closed", that's just how he is, his eyes are really narrow so they appear closed but he can see just fine. That scene was just of him widening his eye, it doesn't really mean anything special.
Actually, him widening his eye indicates that he's getting more 'serious' in the fight.
Depicting a character with their eyes normally closed can be thought of as indicating they don't allow themselves to be easily distracted by their environment, which is why they limit and focus their vision to such an extreme extent. That's also why these characters are generally very talented/skilled.

When the event starts and the Kyoto squad jumps Itadori while he's fighting Todo, you see a cut to "somebody" clapping, and I won't explain anymore to avoid spoiling it lmao. I only noticed it after re-watching the season to show it to a friend awhile back.
I think he did it on purpose, so the rest that doesn't know his technique gets excited to know what's Todo's technique, like "This is something completely new"
