Interesting video , could I ask would thee 1500w monoblock amplifier be suitable for powering my JL audio 12 W7. I'm running it on a JL audio1000/1v2 (800w at 3ohms ) . Would like to give it a bit more power. What would the output be at 3ohms for the alpine monoblock amplifier. Many thanks.
Are you currently using the XD amp? If so, it is a great option for powering 1 -12 W7 at 3 ohm. You could always step up to the 1200/1 which is the same 1200 watts at 1.5 to 4 ohm. That 400 additional wattage will be noticeable for sure. The Alpine R2-A150M will give you approx 900-1000 watts at 3 ohm.

@@JayTR_10 I am at the moment mate ,but not enough output for me . Just bought a alpine MRP 2000 monoblock with 1500w at 3ohms.
