There is no logical integer limit that stops at exactly 1M AFAIK. It's probably just in game code that says if money is >= 1M, set it to 999K etc... Changing the data type wouldn't be reasonable. And besides, since its a shop menu, it probably has no item attached to it and at most will just take your money.

Man, I miss the Villa, I actually raised money to buy stuff for that place when I was younger because I can. I also bought most of these expensive ribbons. You forgot to mention that the place for the ribbons are only accessible IF you have a pokemon with at least 10 ribbons. That's like 10 contests or 5 contests plus the Pokemon League and some misc. ribbon guys. The irony of my story is this: I had a prize-winning Glaceon, that had at least *20 Ribbons* by the time I showed up. LOL
