Is it possible to check the condition of the mount without actually removing it?
Isn't the 2nd gear issue on these caused by a bad detent in the transaxle which can be replaced/upgraded?
That’s on my list to try. I ordered a ball bearing that people say if you put it in with the detent spring that it can help fix the issue. I was hearing it helps more with 2nd gear pop out than 2nd gear grind though.
Thats a 550 special edition, like mine.
Yep! Which number do you have?
