Also, Punk said in his interview with Helwani that he's well ahead of recovery time and expects to beat the 7-month timeline. Waller and Theory are both incredibly young and have obvious potential. They'll be fine. Not everything in wrestling has to be a plan for the future. And if they are gonna get taken out of the match like has been reported as a possibility, showing some love to Philly and ECW wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. Dudley's don't need to win, they can get a nice pop and put the other teams over.

I also don't see how the Dudleys losing a 6 man Ladder Match would be burying the other teams. As far as Waller and Theory, I'm just going off the reports that they might not be used in the match. That's where the idea stemmed from. Again, they're both young with YEARS ahead of them. Missing a 6 team ladder match isn't gonna kill their careers. Again, I'm just going off what Punk said. Like that last promo on Smackdown when Bailey attacks her after is what they should've been doing. The language barrier did hurt Iyo's title reign since her english promo skills isn't really there.

For Becky: There is just no build up or heat to that match. All they really had was a few stink eye glances last year as they passed in the backstage area... then Becky being "I'm going to win the Rumble to face Rhea!" and when that didn't work out "I'm going to win Elimination Chamber to face Rhea!" and then finally that bit on RAW where Rhea said Becky's kid will call her Mami - and that was basically a repeat of two very similar spots recently of the "don't mention my kid/family" There is more of a build to Rhea vs Nia or Rhea vs Liv...
Two hot-takes: 1. Iyo retains against Bayley because it hasn’t been a great feud that warrants a title change like you guys have pointed out. Maybe Bayley gets the title at Backlash after a better buildup. Plus, you don’t want Damage CTRL as a whole to get completely obliterated. 2. Priest cashes in on Gunther. I know it’s dumb to waste a cash in on anything besides the main titles but for this instance, it makes sense for Priest go after the IC title. Yeah, it’s not a bigger title but he still ends in the longest IC title reign in history which is worth something. This also keeps Gunther looking strong as he presumably goes on to bigger and better things
I like your first take. I think Iyo benefits from a win like this on a big stage, and they can clearly extend the feud with interferences to keep Damage CTRL strong However, that second take is a whole different story. While this makes more sense than Theory trying to win the US title with the briefcase, Priest HAS to do better than that. Go after a top belt (there’s 2 now). It doesn’t have to be at Mania (Though I could see this happening, but personally I think him failing on Drew would be better than beating Gunther)

An IC title run could prove his worth overtime I think than hoping for the best with the world title.
I think a Priest cash in could be a massive benefit for both Priest and Gunther, since Gunther remains strong in defeat and Priest finally emerges as a title holder. Those two could have a brutal physical feud, or Gunther could move into any title picture while Priest gets a real push with a lot of TV time. Judgement Day is on the rise.

WrestleMania Predictions Night one 1 Rhea Rhipley will be beat Becky Lynch while I’d be happy with a Becky Lynch win Rhea on fire & I think a feud with Liv Morgan is the way to go. In fact with how loud Rhea reactions are you can do a double turn have Rhea go face & Liv go heel. Becky Lynch did a great job last year of elevating talent & I think her feuding with Candice LeRae could be a great way to elevate LeRae who is doing great heel work right now. 2 I think Regeneration X is leaving with all the gold in relation to the tag title match. Personally if I was booking the match it would be DIY with the RAW tag titles & New Catch Republic with the SmackDown tag titles. But it’s clear R Truth is getting his WrestleMania moment so considering the fact DIY & Awesome have been feuding with Judgement Day since January & they formed a faction together then holding the tag titles together makes sense I can already picture the image. Awesome Truth win the SmackDown tag titles that how you move them away from the Judgement day & they can drop the title after mania to the Wolf Dogs. Meanwhile DIY has been very successful on the main roster since there reunion last year they have great matches every week they get good crowd reactions they feel like the right team to lead the RAW tag division & carry those tag titles. Plus it’s a good way to reward them for getting over with the main roster audience. 3 Sami Zayn is 💯 winning the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania l. They’ve been telling the rocky story with him for the last few months & Gunther has gotten the better of him every week. I know some expect Chad to turn on Sami & that will happen after WrestleMania. Sami Zayn ended the longest reigning tag team title reign in WWE history in the WrestleMania main event & now he is going the end the longest reigning Intercontinental Championship reign in history at WrestleMania just not in the main event. Sami will have reign as Champ & likely lose the title to Chad at the next PLE. 4 WrestleMania will see a lot of happy endings this year Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee will beat Dom & Santos. I think the whole point of the LWO storyline was to get Escobar over as a top Lucjador heel & to get Dragon Led over as a top Luchador babyface. I think they’ve done a good job with Santos & I think after WrestleMania Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee can have a good tag run that will help get Dragon Lee over with the main roster audience as I can see Rey endorsing him & passing him the torch of been the next big Luchador babyface in WWE when Rey retires. 5 Jade Cargill team will win over Damage CTRL. This match is about establishing Jade Cargill. You hide her weaknesses & show the positives she has. 6 When The USOs split last year to me it made sense Jey Uso was over & ready to break out as a big singles star in WWE why not elevate Jimmy as top heel The USOs have dove everything they can do as a tag team. But while Jey been elevated from this split as a top babyface Jimmy hasn’t been elevated as a heel he just feels like a goofball. Jey wins the match 7 Rock & Roman should & will win this match setting up Bloodline rules. I think you do the WrestleMania 39 finish with Solo interfering hitting a Samoan Spike on Cody behind the ref back with Roman spearing Cody for the pin & the win. Reigns can say he’s pinned Cody in the WrestleMania main event twice. Night one main event is your Averages Infinity War to tomorrow’s Avengers Endgame Night 2 1 Bayley should beat Io Shirai. While an argument could be made for Io winning & Bayley is a very selfless performer. I think with how given Bayley has been given her a big moment at WrestleMania as a reward would be nice. Fine with either woman winning but I think it should be Bayley. 2 Logan Paul will retain the US Title. I actually think KO & Randy cost each other allowing Logan to weasel a win setting up a feud with those two after WrestleMania 3 I think The Final Testament need the win at WrestleMania more than Lashley group does. Bobby & The Street Profits are already over with the main roster audience. Triple H has tried to push Kross & get him over it just hasn’t clicked yet plus AOP only returned recently to WWE. If Kross has any chance of getting over he needs to win now because he feels like he’s in a sink or swim situation right now in his career. 4 I actually think La Knight will lose to AJ Styles thanks to a debuting Tama Tonga. While AJ Styles has had a great career in WWE & has literally done it all in the company & could afford the loss to Knight who is on the rise I don’t see who Knight feuds with post WrestleMania. LA Knight will be US Champion this year I think he takes it from Logan Paul but him having to build himself up & get past Styles & Tanga is a good way to keep him busy until SummerSlam 5 Drew McIntyre will get his moment in front of fans & win the World Heavyweight Championship. It’s clear that Drew is staying with WWE they had him beat Cody recently in on RAW they have a PLE in his country & a feud with Punk set up in the summer. I’d actually do an injury angle with Seth on night one & then on night two have Drew squash Seth by going after the injury. 6 Cody Rhodes will finish the story as night 2 will have Avengers Endgame vibes to it. We will get Bloodline Rules but the Ghosts on Roman will be Reigns & the Bloodlines undoing. With Cody signing a new contract with WWE this year & committing his long term future to the company. It very much seems like he’s going to win the big one & officially be the face of the company going forward

I think whoever wins the world title match, Damian Priest cashed in and wins the world title. Drew has stopped him from cashing in twice on Seth, so it has been teased a few times.
They need to end this in a way similar to Lesnar v Eddie. Yes there’s outside interference, but then Cody then just reverses Roman’s spear, hits a crossroads clean and pins him cleanly in the middle of the ring.
If you look at history, Owen beat Bret at WM 10, 15 years later, Matt went over Jeff, now 15 years later again it stands to reason that, Jimmy will go over on Jey! Just because they are "better" than their brothers doesn't necessarily mean they're going to win. I'm not saying, I'm just saying.
I feel like Iyo's lackluster reign is due to the fact that SD's women's division is bad/non-existent. They're just now somewhat building it up but for the entirety of her reign there was no one credible there besides DC and Bianca
There's also Charlotte Flair but she injured at the moment. I feel RAW's women division is worse than Smackdown's. There's Rhea, Becky and everybody else. SD got stronger by recruiting Tiffany Stratton and Jade Cargil who both will be future WWE superstars. IYO's reign is lackluster reign due to having her anchored to Damage Ctrl than building her into a credible champion. Rhea who haven't faced better competition than IYO but was given a better push by WWE being a dominant champion.
My opinion is the opposite. Cody has to be even more of an underdog going into night 2. I do think Seth loses as long as Drew has signed his new contract since his character is on fire and they’re clearly setting up a feud with Punk when he comes back.

If they gave Iyo those promos that Shinsuke had been doing with those vignettes in Japanese it may have added to the feud. Like that last promo on Smackdown when Bailey attacks her after is what they should've been doing. The language barrier did hurt Iyo's title reign since her english promo skills isn't really there.

For Becky: There is just no build up or heat to that match. All they really had was a few stink eye glances last year as they passed in the backstage area... then Becky being "I'm going to win the Rumble to face Rhea!" and when that didn't work out "I'm going to win Elimination Chamber to face Rhea!" and then finally that bit on RAW where Rhea said Becky's kid will call her Mami - and that was basically a repeat of two very similar spots recently of the "don't mention my kid/family"

Two hot-takes:
1. Iyo retains against Bayley because it hasn’t been a great feud that warrants a title change like you guys have pointed out. Maybe Bayley gets the title at Backlash after a better buildup. Plus, you don’t want Damage CTRL as a whole to get completely obliterated.
2. Priest cashes in on Gunther. I know it’s dumb to waste a cash in on anything besides the main titles but for this instance, it makes sense for Priest go after the IC title. Yeah, it’s not a bigger title but he still ends in the longest IC title reign in history which is worth something. This also keeps Gunther looking strong as he presumably goes on to bigger and better things
I like your first take. I think Iyo benefits from a win like this on a big stage, and they can clearly extend the feud with interferences to keep Damage CTRL strong
However, that second take is a whole different story. While this makes more sense than Theory trying to win the US title with the briefcase, Priest HAS to do better than that. Go after a top belt (there’s 2 now). It doesn’t have to be at Mania (Though I could see this happening, but personally I think him failing on Drew would be better than beating Gunther)

Unless he goes through some major changes over the next month or so, I don’t see where he fits in. An IC title run could prove his worth overtime I think than hoping for the best with the world title.

I think a Priest cash in could be a massive benefit for both Priest and Gunther, since Gunther remains strong in defeat and Priest finally emerges as a title holder. Those two could have a brutal physical feud, or Gunther could move into any title picture while Priest gets a real push with a lot of TV time. Judgement Day is on the rise.

Night one
1 Rhea Rhipley will be beat Becky Lynch while I’d be happy with a Becky Lynch win Rhea on fire & I think a feud with Liv Morgan is the way to go. In fact with how loud Rhea reactions are you can do a double turn have Rhea go face & Liv go heel. Becky Lynch did a great job last year of elevating talent & I think her feuding with Candice LeRae could be a great way to elevate LeRae who is doing great heel work right now.
2 I think Regeneration X is leaving with all the gold in relation to the tag title match. Personally if I was booking the match it would be DIY with the RAW tag titles & New Catch Republic with the SmackDown tag titles. But it’s clear R Truth is getting his WrestleMania moment so considering the fact DIY & Awesome have been feuding with Judgement Day since January & they formed a faction together then holding the tag titles together makes sense I can already picture the image. Awesome Truth win the SmackDown tag titles that how you move them away from the Judgement day & they can drop the title after mania to the Wolf Dogs. Meanwhile DIY has been very successful on the main roster since there reunion last year they have great matches every week they get good crowd reactions they feel like the right team to lead the RAW tag division & carry those tag titles. Plus it’s a good way to reward them for getting over with the main roster audience.
3 Sami Zayn is 💯 winning the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania l. They’ve been telling the rocky story with him for the last few months & Gunther has gotten the better of him every week. I know some expect Chad to turn on Sami & that will happen after WrestleMania. Sami Zayn ended the longest reigning tag team title reign in WWE history in the WrestleMania main event & now he is going the end the longest reigning Intercontinental Championship reign in history at WrestleMania just not in the main event. Sami will have reign as Champ & likely lose the title to Chad at the next PLE.
4 WrestleMania will see a lot of happy endings this year Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee will beat Dom & Santos. I think the whole point of the LWO storyline was to get Escobar over as a top Lucjador heel & to get Dragon Led over as a top Luchador babyface. I think they’ve done a good job with Santos & I think after WrestleMania Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee can have a good tag run that will help get Dragon Lee over with the main roster audience as I can see Rey endorsing him & passing him the torch of been the next big Luchador babyface in WWE when Rey retires.
5 Jade Cargill team will win over Damage CTRL. This match is about establishing Jade Cargill. You hide her weaknesses & show the positives she has.
6 When The USOs split last year to me it made sense Jey Uso was over & ready to break out as a big singles star in WWE why not elevate Jimmy as top heel The USOs have dove everything they can do as a tag team. But while Jey been elevated from this split as a top babyface Jimmy hasn’t been elevated as a heel he just feels like a goofball. Jey wins the match
7 Rock & Roman should & will win this match setting up Bloodline rules. I think you do the WrestleMania 39 finish with Solo interfering hitting a Samoan Spike on Cody behind the ref back with Roman spearing Cody for the pin & the win. Reigns can say he’s pinned Cody in the WrestleMania main event twice. Night one main event is your Averages Infinity War to tomorrow’s Avengers Endgame
Night 2
1 Bayley should beat Io Shirai. While an argument could be made for Io winning & Bayley is a very selfless performer. I think with how given Bayley has been given her a big moment at WrestleMania as a reward would be nice. Fine with either woman winning but I think it should be Bayley.
2 Logan Paul will retain the US Title. I actually think KO & Randy cost each other allowing Logan to weasel a win setting up a feud with those two after WrestleMania
3 I think The Final Testament need the win at WrestleMania more than Lashley group does. Bobby & The Street Profits are already over with the main roster audience. Triple H has tried to push Kross & get him over it just hasn’t clicked yet plus AOP only returned recently to WWE. If Kross has any chance of getting over he needs to win now because he feels like he’s in a sink or swim situation right now in his career.
4 I actually think La Knight will lose to AJ Styles thanks to a debuting Tama Tonga. While AJ Styles has had a great career in WWE & has literally done it all in the company & could afford the loss to Knight who is on the rise I don’t see who Knight feuds with post WrestleMania. LA Knight will be US Champion this year I think he takes it from Logan Paul but him having to build himself up & get past Styles & Tanga is a good way to keep him busy until SummerSlam
5 Drew McIntyre will get his moment in front of fans & win the World Heavyweight Championship. It’s clear that Drew is staying with WWE they had him beat Cody recently in on RAW they have a PLE in his country & a feud with Punk set up in the summer. I’d actually do an injury angle with Seth on night one & then on night two have Drew squash Seth by going after the injury.
6 Cody Rhodes will finish the story as night 2 will have Avengers Endgame vibes to it. We will get Bloodline Rules but the Ghosts on Roman will be Reigns & the Bloodlines undoing. With Cody signing a new contract with WWE this year & committing his long term future to the company. It very much seems like he’s going to win the big one & officially be the face of the company going forward

They need to end this in a way similar to Lesnar v Eddie. Yes there’s outside interference, but then Cody then just reverses Roman’s spear, hits a crossroads clean and pins him cleanly in the middle of the ring.
If you look at history, Owen beat Bret at WM 10, 15 years later, Matt went over Jeff, now 15 years later again it stands to reason that, Jimmy will go over on Jey! Just because they are "better" than their brothers doesn't necessarily mean they're going to win. I'm not saying, I'm just saying.

I feel like Iyo's lackluster reign is due to the fact that SD's women's division is bad/non-existent. They're just now somewhat building it up but for the entirety of her reign there was no one credible there besides DC and Bianca
There's also Charlotte Flair but she injured at the moment. I feel RAW's women division is worse than Smackdown's. There's Rhea, Becky and everybody else. SD got stronger by recruiting Tiffany Stratton and Jade Cargil who both will be future WWE superstars.
IYO's reign is lackluster reign due to having her anchored to Damage Ctrl than building her into a credible champion. Rhea who haven't faced better competition than IYO but was given a better push by WWE being a dominant champion.
In my Predictions comp with some mates i predicted that Jey wins after Jimmy accidentally superkicks Rikishi.
I think Seth and Cody will win on night one and then drew beats Seth and Seth screws Cody 😅
My opinion is the opposite. Cody has to be even more of an underdog going into night 2. I do think Seth loses as long as Drew has signed his new contract since his character is on fire and they’re clearly setting up a feud with Punk when he comes back.

I think DJ has an amazing opportunity to redefine the arch-heel corporate boss character. With Vince's influence firmly gone, this is the moment when The Rock can blur reality and Kayfabe with a power grab at the top of the company. He doesn't need your belt. He doesn't need you for anything except ticket sales. But you better bend over for him, acknowledge him, or he will throw the whole company at you, and then he will make you bleed.
The best storylines are always built on the concept of respect. The Rock commands respect at the highest level of wrestling. Let's see him use that to help us love to hate him ❤
