I work at home and I couldn't seem to get my 10K steps in as I was chained to my desk. What did I do? I bought the #1 selling walking pad/treadmill on Amazon to see if it would help. Here's my Sperax Walking Pad Under Desk Treadmill Review.
not only did you give a good thorough review, but actually took the time and effort to make a well-polished, enjoyable video lol
hugely appreciated 👍👍
I appreciate that!
@@FitnessFinance4u what was it's top speed?
I think this walking pad could be a good choice for those who need to achieve 10k steps goal per day who doesn't care about fat burning mode . Thanks for review
True
I bought one & put it in my den..next to my computer..
Great to walk while watching vs good movie..Time flies while the movie runs and I get a decent walk. Summer here so Ill start swimming in a few weeks as well
Can you this walking pad on carpet.?
I bought the same model and started using it in January. I'm 6'0", a bit north of 300 lbs., and not young. I bought it primarily to add a bit of movement to my days. I used to walk half marathons, but more recently 10Ks and 5Ks. Your sequence of unpackaging it was exactly what I saw. The first thing I did, per the included booklet was to check belt lubrication. It was dry between the belt and the frame underneath, so I added oil, squished it back and forth to get it across the width of the belt, and then ran it for a minute or two to get the oil spread the length of the belt and frame. I did not need to adjust the belt position. I use it for 10-15 minutes, 3 or 4 times a week. For quite a while I was doing 3.0 mph, and a couple of weeks ago increased to 3.2 mph (I know, whoo-hoo!). I wish it had a bar across the front to help me stay centered, but I have it near a bookcase and lightly holding onto a shelf works fine. I do have to focus a little to stay centered L-R and F-B. That's the nature of the beast, not a defect, IMO. Has it helped me? Well, it adds ~.5 mile a day to whatever else I would do on work-out-days. Also, I have been VERY pleased with improved finish times in two recent 5Ks (I'm walking, so nothing world-beating). Another way of looking at it, $$, gym membership is ~$30/month here. I've used it in 4 months so far, so $120 saved, plus ~.15 gallon and ~20 minutes' round-trip drive every day I use it. From a $$ POV, it will have paid for itself in 8-9 months. Sorry, brevity is not my gift.
Thanks for sharing your experience!
One of the very slightly annoying things to me in how I was using this was I didn't feel comfortable walking (at 3.0 and 3.2 mph) hands free. So I had been resting my hand on a nearby bookshelf, just to keep centered on the belt (not for balance). A week or so ago I changed to walking at 2.0 mph while reading, for about the same duration, and doing this hands-free. It worked, but I had to move the walking pad back and forth, because I was using a table which already had a purpose. Using a standing desk was not realistic, because $$ and space, but my wife thought of using an overbed table like what is used in hospitals and home care. It was just $70, assembled quickly, and is sturdy. It works a little better, because I can adjust the height, and get the walking pad to a slightly better position and angle.
Doing well there!
Have you tried putting a riser under the front to amp up the workout for a given speed?
Apart from the fitness side, how long can you mentally walk on it? Do you use it with a standing desk or TV?
I am moving into a new place and considering a sit/stand desk and great monitor. All the reason to be there, standing. and with the threadmill...perhaps I could get a few hours of walking a day, during work or even just casual browsing/RUclips/binge watching?
@@Cloxxki, I have thought of using something to elevate the front, but my weight suggests to me that support in the middle or a wedge would be prudent for durability. I usually have music or am reading. Between boredom and other factors my longest spell to date has been 20 minutes. Since writing the post above I have obtained an over-bed table (such as hospitals use) and use that for the tablet I'm using for reading. I don't have or have the space for a stand-up desk. The table - wheeled and adjustable height - was $70 on Amazon.
Has the treadmill broken down for you now? My biggest trepidation is that it will break down within a month or so of use. I would be more inclined to buy it if I know it lasts a bit longer than 2-3 months.
Thank you for these reviews. It's becoming tougher to gauge the quality of Amazon products through their descriptions and reviews alone. You never know how many of the 5 star reviews are authentic.
Glad to help!
I purchased one of these walking pads. I like having the ability to move it out of the way when not in use since I have limited space in the room I use it in. They do lack the incline function of a fuil-featured treadmill. I just take a piece of 1X2 or a 2X4 and stick it under the front of the unit to make the incline. when I want it. A low level hack for certain but it works.
Good idea!
Happy to hear that that is what you do! I haven’t bought my walking pad yet and I myself had the idea of putting something under the front legs to create the incline. Glad to hear your idea works because that was mine
I was thinking to do the same! Good to hear the confirmation.
This is great since I just need it to walk while I work/watch TV. So thank you VERY much for this review
Glad it was helpful!
Came to get reviews before purchasing so I can push myself to be active. Thank you for the amazing work!!! 👽♥️♥️♥️
Thanks for watching and glad I could help!
I got this and used it yesterday and it worked great! Walked a full hour and I felt good about moving my body while working. It's a solid walking pad. Mine came out of the box just perfect and just needed some oil before using. My heart rate at 2.2 was good and I was sweating a little. A++
Nice…thanks for sharing your experience with it!
How is it holding up?
Sorry if I'm telling you something you already know, but you can increase walking intensity by carrying weight. So if you had kettlebells, carrying a kettlebell makes it harder. Also you can fill a backback with sand and that'll get your heart rate right up.
For sure. I just don't want to carry kettle bells, etc. I'm going to look for a treadmill that will get my heart rate up by having a bigger incline and faster speeds.
@@FitnessFinance4u could you not place something underneath at the front end of the treadmill to elevate it ?
@@FitnessFinance4u Weighted vest?
Why do all of that extra nonsense, when you can buy one with everything included..
@@FitnessFinance4u Try wearing a book bag, or two bags one in front one in back.
I have been researching walking pads and definitely would want one with an incline. I’m really concerned of the length of the stride even tho I’m short but I’m a klutz 😄. So for me I need a bar in front like they have on gym treadmills. Thanks for this review and new subbie 🙃
thanks for watching and the sub!
Huge thanks for the video! Would love to see a long term follow up after some time.
My biggest worry with the cheaper treadmills is their longevity. I'd like to use this for a few hours each day, but I'm worried about the motor dying after 6 months.
I'm planning on doing a 6 month follow up revew!
@FitnessFinance4u did you do an update already? I don't see it
I have the Redliro walking pad and it has 2 triangular "wheels" on the front end. You turn them to go from flat to a little more incline. It adds 2 incline heights.
Nice...I'll have to look into that
How long have you had it & do you like it?
idk why your videos haven't been coming up for me lately, but I searched for a treadmill for under desks and your video popped up! Hope you've been well.
👍
I really enjoyed your review. I am torn with so many options. I am looking for something not too bulky and decent price tag. I work from home 100% and think this will allow me easy cardio (i broke my tibia and fibula) a little over 2 years ago and i cannot run due to the severity, well it is NOT recommended because i can easily roll my ankle and reinjure it. i am 51 bones are more fragile. so this seems like it could do me good in the comfort of my home all while still being active and working.
Thanks for watching. I think this one is a pretty good option. Not too expensive, quiet, and easy to store.
Increase your protein intake. Get raw milk, supplement vitamin D +k2, cod liver oil, and magnesium. Look into EAAs Essential Amino Acids. You can strengthen your bones big time.
I bought this model and have used it for 30+ hours a week for about 6 months. Doing some regular oiling and that kind of cleaning. The biggest grip about it is the constant need for adjustments. I do really have to adjust this thing like 4 or 5 times a day (with about 7 hours of daily usage). It is basically impossible to keep this belt from sliding to one side or the other. I keep it right at 2mph.
Wow, you are really using it to its capacity!
thanks
Good review! I'm thinking of buying this. But i think i want one with an incline
I think if you could get one with a 12% incline, you'd be happy. From what I've researched, that's about the minimum incline you need to get to burn fat.
Thanks for the reviwe, it was helpfull cause im on my way to buy one.
Glad I could help
Just got mine about a week ago and I love it so far. The only thing I am not crazy about is that it's a little too loud to consider bringing it to the office.
That's great. Maybe your office mates will get used to it?
This might be perfect for me. I work from home, and we're hitting the colder months in the UK, so I'll be doing even less walking than I normally would. I'm on the chunkier side, 131kg, and only 5ft8, so getting into fat burning mode should be easy enough with this
I hope it works out for you! Thanks for watching!
The updated model has a crossbar and will go up to 6 MPH, you can get your HR with it. Also, even in your home gym you didn't have it leveled. These lightweight units have to be level to ensure the belt runs true all the time. The newer model also has a much better display at your feet. It for sure isn't a true treadmill that can take the pounding real running would put on it but for what it is it seems to work for my wife.
I'm glad to hear they've updated the model.
Q about noise: if you are in a meeting and unmute to answer any question, will attendees feel you are doing something else too? What is noise level?
Yes, they would probably hear it. It's not loud, but loud enough.
Dude. I want this. As long as I can get moving that's all that matters! Lol. Awesome review BTW.
True. Moving, even a little bit, is better than standing around!
I bought it because my chiropractor and doctor told me I needed to move more. It should be here today
Cool. I hope it works out for you!
What standing desk do you have to use with the walking pad? I am limited on space but would like to try this set up.
I use a desk called Upliftdesk. Here's the model I got. tinyurl.com/2wmrhzfk
You buy them all with your own money, but sometimes you don’t buy them 😂. Got it. Had to mention that. Great video though 👍🏽. Definitely gets a like.
Yes! I guess what I was trying to say is that if they are given to me by a manufacture for free, I’ll let you know. I gotta work on how I say that! 🤣
I'm young recovering from a sport injury I can't do incline because of the nature of my injury so I'm going to get this just to keep myself.moving at home so I don't lose all aerobic fitness better this than just lazy around
Imo, it's always good to try to keep that body moving!
Soooo which one do you recommend? I’m looking for one but definitely need to reach fat burning mode asap
I saw that Sperax has another model with an incline up to 12%. That might be the one!
I’ve ordered 2 of these. One for home and one for the office. 😁👍🏻
Right on!
I don't think under-desk walking pads are meant to go fast enough to "Burn Fat". they are designed to keep you moving. I stand all day anyway so I want one so I can get some movement in other than walking to the bathroom and back.
I think you are right. I have to try one with an incline.
You don't have to go fast to burn fat surly
Correct, burning/ losing fat is about a calorie deficit eating less creates that by reducing calories in and exercising more also creates that by increasing calories burning (going out) @@naomii22xx
What? I think you got that wrong
💀🎩
@@naomii22xx it's all about calorie ins and outs so if you spend enough time on it to burn extra calories, you'd burn fat
Overall great review! I'm sure that other people have commented about this already, but this pad was specifically designed for walking while working. I don't believe that it was meant to be used to bring your heart rate up as much as a treadmill would. If getting to your "fat burning heart rate" was the case; you'd need to use your traditional treadmill. I think that the simple answer is that this is ONLY meant to walk and get your 10,000 steps in. Overall, seems like a great product and one that I will purchase. Thanks!
After purchasing this, I realized that. Still on the lookout for an under desk treadmill with incline steep enough to burn fat though.
@@FitnessFinance4u I believe that most people are looking for something similar, but just think about it... How would you or anyone be able to get any type of work done if you are on a "Pad" or "treadmill" that requires concentration? Simple answer is that someone will end up having an accident and that defeats the purpose of the PAD. The pad was simply designed to be slow enough so that you can actually get work done while not having to concentrate much on the fact that you're moving. Any other machine that would require a faster speed would make anyone lose their focus. Hope this helps.
Thank you for the excellent review. I’m 5 feet two, weigh about 115 pounds. I noticed the window display shows quantities that don’t make any sense. For example, for calories after 30 minutes on the walking pad, I’m getting 1.23 cal. And for distance I’m getting 63.3 miles. Time seemed correct at 30 minutes. Any thoughts on this would be helpful.
Hmmm...sounds like there might be an issue with your walking pad. Not sure what that issue is. I recommend getting in touch with customer service.
Thank you so much for this review! How has it held up during the past 5 months? Thats my biggest concern with purchasing one of these, not sure about the longevity. Any updates would be appreciated!
Thanks for watching! I actually gave it away after a few months as I had to clear it out of my house to do other treadmill reviews, so I'm not sure. Maybe someone else has done a long term review on it?
They call it a walking pad, but this one goes to 6 mph which is jogging/running. I never thought I could own a treadmill in my condo, and soon I will, it is so quiet!
Glad it's working out for you!
super helpful, you have a great voice, if you ever record Raymond Chandlers 'The Big Sleep' as an audiobook let me know.
ha ha...thanks!
Since you've had it for 8 months now, can u please do a follow-up review?
Unfortunately, I gave it away after 3 months as I've been walking outside instead.
@@FitnessFinance4u I walk outside too, but i live in a harsh climate with brutal -30 winters, so once the first snowfall hits, i'll stop walking outside. Would u recommend this walking pad or any other walking pad?
Thank you for the great reviews! NY thoughts on the Sperax walking pad vs the mini stepper for work from home exercising?
I like the walking pad better as the mini stepper I tried is only supposed to be used 15 min max. I could walk on the walking pad for an hour or more.
I just found you, but LOVE YOUR UNBIASED REVIEWS!! I have a question I hope you can answer. I’m about your age, female, & a metastatic breast cancer survivor who lives in a cold climate. I’m also TALL (5’11” & long legs/stride). I often trip over the front of treadmills at the gym if I walk at a very fast pace. Do you think I would have difficulty with this machine for days when I can’t get outside to walk d/t weather or sickness??? Thank you for your time & hard work. You have a new subscriber!!😉
Also, if you read this… Maybe try ankle weights to get your heart pumping?? I can’t run b/c of my mid 40yo tiny ankles & knees, but I have found adding 10lbs around my ankles (or wrists & pumping/lifting my arms) always increases my BPM!! (Just a suggestion!!💞;)
Are you able to add a couple of boards or padding under the front to create some elevation?? (Sorry for all the comments!! lol)
Thanks for watching and congratulations for being a cancer survivor! I'm 5'10" and it works fine. I imagine if you were 6'1" or over it could be an issue. You can always send it back. Best of luck!
Not a bad idea, but I don't wan't to put any extra strain on my joints with the ankle weights. 😃
i'm sure you could, but I need a pretty dramatic increase on the angle to get my hear rate up.
I use a backpack with about 20 lbs of books to elevate the hr.
That’s one way of doing it!👌
How do you lubricate it with the oil. And what would be a good oil replacement when it runs out. Thanks!
I gave it away after a few months, and never had to lubricate it, so I can't exactly tell you how. But, check out to see if anyone on RUclips has done a video on it. Good luck!
Great review and timely. I work remote sometimes and feel the same sluggishness you mentioned. Had not considered a product like this! Is it too noisy to have on during a phone call?
Thanks. It’s surprisingly quiet, actually.
Nice! I take the stairs and try to walk as much as I can but most days don't hit my walking goal. This may help.
Does it have the incline feature too ?
Unfortunately, no.
I have been wondering if you can even run on this treadmill?? I've been looking everywhere to see reviews for running on this and they are few and far between. Let me know if you have plz! Btw I am 5"7 & 145 lbs. so idk if I am too tall or not?? I really l love the idea of this lightweight, easy to use treadmill, hoping it meets my expectations!! TIA!
Brittany, I just answered your question on my other treadmill review here. I hope it helps! ruclips.net/video/_SGJjv1UTig/видео.html
SC rains so much this year....
True...it was needed
how do you juggle the walking under the desk treadmill vs as to walking out doors ? i know walking out doors is better for mental health and other health benefits according to google my only fear is i would start to get lazy and not going outside enough to walk in the fresh air and become to inside house accustomed thinking of getting one!
Good question. I always make time to walk outdoors. It's just a much more pleasant experience. However, if I'm short on my 10K steps for the day because of Zoom calls, etc, I then default to my treadmill.
I understand that if one is walking on a walking pad and their arms are not moving a Fitbit does not detect your steps. I thought in this video I saw you looking at something on your wrist that was telling you the steps. What are you using so that you can count walking path steps in your 10,000 steps?
Thank you for the review. I wonder what you mean under fat burning mode? What heart rate were you going to achieve?
It depends on your age, but you can use this calculator (link below) to determine what your personal "fat burning mode" is. When you are in "fat burning mode" your body uses "fat" as energy and burns it, thus helping you to lose weight. www.omnicalculator.com/sports/fat-burning-zone
How are the noise levels?
I also worry about the longevity, given I'm on the heavier/bigger side. Is there any recommended rating for that? Or consecutive use? (e.g. let it rest after 1 hour of usage)
It’s really quiet, which I was surprised about. It holds up to 320lbs. I’m not sure about its longevity, but if I get over 10k reviews on this video, I’ll do a 3 or 6 month follow up. I searched and did not see a limit on continuous use, which I’m surprised about. We’ll see how it does long term.
@@FitnessFinance4uplease do the follow up! I would be interested in knowing how it fares after a couple months.
I opted for the 2-year service agreement. If I get two worry-free years out of this thing it'll have been worth it. I just don't want a broken gadget to sit in the basement. All I want is to be able to walk gently when I'm working to keep my back from collapsing.
Did you try wearing a bookbag, and putting something under it so that you could increase its incline?
Good idea, but I want a treadmil/walking pad that I don't have to make any modifications to. Still looking!
I can’t find a place to buy parts tofix this thing? after my treadmill quit after a couple of months
Sounds like you might want to return it?
Thanks I am in the market for a walking (actually light jogging) pad and put this in the search bar here. I see this barely got you to a fast paced walk so won't work for me. Just wondering if you came across any that would get you to a decent jog pace?
I haven’t tried any others that are best for running yet. I will definitely do this one day.
@@FitnessFinance4u Thank you for the reply.
Still better then slipping on sidewalks because no one is taking care of them around here anymore.
🤣
What keeps you from dropping a piece of wood under the front to raise it? Would that make it NOT work anymore?
That would probably help, but I also think the pad doesn't go quite fast enough to get me into fat burning mode even if I did raise the front of it. Also, adding wood to the set up would make more cumbersome when wanted to remove it, or set it up, as I don't always want the walking pad under my stand up desk.
@@FitnessFinance4u IMO fat burning mode is overrated. And yes, avid walkers are often chubby, while race walkers are sticks in shoes.
The Airrunner Evilseed is an affordable curved treadmills with modest step on height. I'm going to try a used one. Seems a lot more pleasant than motorized and/or flat treadmills.
I’d love to know how it holds up after a few months of walking 45 min daily. That’s what I noticed in most of the reviews of all walking pads. After 6 months to a year, they didn’t work. The motor burned out or the remote stopped working.
I actually gave it away after 3 months so I don’t know how it’s holding up.
How easy was it for you to use the mouse and keyboard while walking on the pad?
It took a couple times to get used to. But after that, it felt pretty normal.
I was hoping you'd show where the oil goes
There are other creators who show this.
Nice review Curt!
Thanks Kurt!
Good review
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching!
I would just recommend if you’re older or don’t have great balance get one with a hand rail.
I'm no expert, but I figure if you don't have any trouble walking on the sidewalk with balance, you should be fine with this. If not, definitely stay away from this.
@@FitnessFinance4u lol I walk fine on the sidewalk but this was my experience as well as plenty of others 👍
@@FitnessFinance4u Question can you loose weight on this??
Watched this review 4 months later...is it holding up well? I saw a lot of 1 star reviews on Amazon saying they don't last
I actually gave it away. So I'm not sure how it held up. 1 star reviews is not good...argh.
Kurt, for your lower back pain, do about 1-2 minutes of crunches per day. Don't push it, if you feel *_any_* discomfort you're done for the day.
I do them in bed. It was the "magic bullet" for me.
Thanks. I've been working on my core a lot since this video and it's been helping.
My remote wont sync. Any advice?
Tia
Tia...that's never happened to me. You might just try new batteries in it or send it back to them for a new one. I hope that helps?
@FitnessFinance4u thanks ill send back. I can't open it either. Thank you
What speed did yours go up to? The one of theirs that I have goes up enough that you would have to run. Then you would definitely get your heart rate up.
It only goes up to 3mph. I found out I definitely need to buy one with an incline to get my heart rate up.
Does it come with a step counter?
I have given it away and I don’t remember seeing a step counter. I do remember it showing speed, distance, time, miles or km. You might want to check on Amazon.
What was the volume of the walk pad while you were using it? I know you had some clips where you were filming while walking and it didn't seem too loud but cameras can sometimes cut out continuous sounds like that. I just want to know, if I happen to be playing something, like music, out loud in the room rather than through headphones will I need to increase the volume to hear that better over the walking pad?
It's pretty quiet actually. Especially when I used it in my home gym, on the 1/4" padded floor, and on the carpet under my stand up desk.
How comfortable would it be walking for a guy who's a bit on the taller side, say 6'2? I notice that the runway is a bit on the shorter side. Thanks!
I think this walking pad, unfortunately, is too small for you. You might want to go through the other walking pads on Amazon and find one with more length.
I have chemical sensitivity. Does it have a new smell odor?
Not that I remember. But, it might smell a little bit of rubber from the treadmill track. I don't remember it being pungent.
@@FitnessFinance4u Thank you.
Noooo it never rains in southern california!
Unfortunately, not this year. It's been a horrible two weeks out here.
It's unfortunate that you chose not to film or summarize what exactly you did to fix that sound problem because that's exactly what I needed to know.
I did @3:35. I just needed to adjust the belt and that was it. The soft "ring" I heard was just the walking pads motor being on and I didn't notice it after a while.
@@FitnessFinance4u At 4:30 You said, "I'm going to work on this [noise problem] for a bit...not going to bore you with me going back and forth..." Then then next thing we see at 4:35 you state the problem was solved, obviously off camera. The gap between hearing the problem and the problem being solved are what I take issue with. You did not summarize exactly HOW you resolved the issue. What worked vs. what didn't work.
Can I ask where did you get large picture from behind you
I bought that over 10 years ago in Santa Monica. It's a photo of the Santa Monica Pier. I don't think the store is around anymore.
have you tried ankle weights to increase your heartrate?
No. And I would personally stay away from that. It puts added tension on your tendons ( achilles, ankle and knee) which could lead to injury. I think I'm just going to upgrade my treadmill to one that has a 12% incline to get my heart rate up.
vid starts at 3:00
👍
I think this will work for my office so I am not sedentary all day on calls. It will allow me to walk while working getting my 15k steps in.
15K steps a day. You are killing it!
@@FitnessFinance4u Thanks, type 2 with AFIB so I need to be active as I can. I usually walk 4-6 miles a day but that is hard to do in Houston heat and rain. Still want to do the outside walk as much as possible but if I can get a jump on the 15k while I am working then I will. 15k is the minimum goal daily. Dropped 50 lbs in the last 12 months.
Is it loud? Would the noise bother the downstair neighbours?
Not loud, but if you had think floors, the downstairs neighbor would definitley hear it.
would you use something like this while watching a movie or a show? I wanna get some steps in while watching TV. but idk if it makes it less enjoyable, cause maybe too loud or something?
That's a great idea. It's not that loud. Also, why not get some exercise while enjoying a show?
How often do you have to use the oil , what do you do when all the oil run out
I actually gave this away after about 3 months. I didn't have to oil it at all during that time though.
A weighted vest will help
true
Can you not adjust the speed on this walking pad?
Yes...you can do anything from a very slow walk to a nice jog. I think it goes between 1 and 6mph.
What parts will fit this?
Did you mean "fix" this?
How tall are you? I am just looking for something that will keep me moving but I am 6'3, so I am hesitant on buying these portable treadmills because they seem relatively small.
I'm 5' 10" and I fit ok. I don't think it's big enough for anyone over 6', so if I were you I would pass on this one. I'm sure there are ones that can handle your height out there. Good luck!
Did you try lifting the front up and resting it on some books to create an incline?
I didn't want to constantly have to move and remove something from under the treadmill to get an incline as I don't keep the walking pad under my desk at all times. Sometimes I put a chair in its place.
What is burn mode?
I’m referring to fat burning mode. This is the optimum heart rate one needs to be at in order to burn fat in your body. Fat burning mode is different depending on your age. Do a quick Google search and you can find some charts that can help you out.
I have it brand new, but tripping the breakers . Cannot use it with regular outlets
Bummer. Sounds like you might need to upgrade your electric panel.
Thank you so much. Cheers from Brazil.
Thanks for watching!
Just the steps alone would be good. Thanks for the review
True. It does get you moving!
I need to adjust pad
Help which hole does wrench use . There are 2 holes one on top of each other.
It should be in the manual, but check the video. I gave mine away but can't remember seeing two holes?
I have the pad and it makes that high pitched humming also. Did you ever get yours to stop making the humming sound?
Yes…it did stop after a while. It might be “muffled” by putting it on the carpet?
@@FitnessFinance4u Thanks! I'll try that. It's driving me crazy!😇
Can any of these pads be used on carpet?
Yes, I used mine on my carpet and it worked fine.
Was it long enough for long strides?
I’m 5’ 10” and I would say decent strides, but not long. I think if I was over 6’ it might be too small.
Do you know where I can get a copy of the manual and a replacement remote?
That's a good question Michael. I did some digging and couldn't even find a Sperax Website. I did find a Sperax Amazon page, but that was it. I also looked for Sperax remotes on Amazon and couldn't find one. Maybe go to the Amazon Sperax page and see if you find a "contact us" link? Mine keeps saying off I can’t turn it on when I first had it it was no problems and I lost the manual that came with it
😂😂😂I feel stupid I found the problem I had a brain fart but I love this pad walker it’s awsome
Whew good. Don't be embarrassed. I've done similar things but on video!!!
Does anyone have a pdf in english ? I only got it in every other language
Are you talking about the instructions? Strange...mine came in English.
I need to have it in english any chance of anyone helping me out ?
I just bought the one that inclined for convince sake. Nice machine and mine is really quiet . This will suit my needs very well . However,
I was disappointed to find out the entire outfit won't be any good without the remote.
Now should it accidentally be lost or damaged how are am I able to replace it? I'd like to get an extra just in case.
I cannot find one anywhere!
Bummer...I hope you can find an extra remote!
Just bought and was able to use once. The panel now says 888 across it and will not reset back to 000. I tried shutting off, unplugging etc. Wondering if you know how to reset?
Renee...I haven't had that happen. I think it might be best to get in touch with Amazon and possibly return it right away. It might just be a faulty display. I'm sure this happens from time to time. Best to nip it in the bud right away so you return it in time under the warranty.
Beautiful review ❤❤❤🎉 thank You very much !
Thanks for watching!
How do you fix a e-7
Sorry Kelly, but I don’t know. I have given my treadmill to a friend.
I recently bought a walking pad like this & I find a couple of times Ive lost my balance hurting myself, Does anyone have any tips/advice, Its starting to put me off using it , I have to look down at my feet the whole time Im on it and then literally leap off it when I want to finish 🤔
I think you definitely have to be careful. Some people may be able to work or browse the internet while walking, while others can't. Maybe it's best if you just walk for 30 minutes with some good music or a podcast? Either way, you're moving your body!
I haven’t bought one yet but I was thinking about that also. I want to be able to use it while standing at a desk so I can do computer work i.e. one thing for sure is catching up on all my emails. But I thought if I had an issue doing that I could position it looking out my window and simply watch what’s passing by while I’m walking on it
You can only walk on this one then?
yes, it only goes up to 3mph
Great video! That machine looks TOO SHORT! It seems like you'd be worried about not falling off while watching a movie LOL. Thank you so much for saving me $200!
Thanks for watching! It is pretty short. I'm 5'10" and it just fits me. I think if you were 6'
or, over it wouldn't work. It is compact and made more for "light" walking.
@FitnessFinance4u im 6'4 with long legs and dont have an issue with it 👍
There is a safety issue if you have more than one at home...the remote control is also controlling other treadmills and there is no adjustment for this.
Interesting. That's the first I've heard of that.
@@FitnessFinance4u Most people don't need/have more than one treadmill. We purchased 4 of them for the office and it is an issue. Their support confirmed it.
Does it make a sound on the floor? As i am living on an apartment
Yes it does, unless you put it on thicker carpet. Your downstairs neighbors might complain?
So it makes a sound right? I think not good for the apartment
I don’t think these walking board is for burning fat but for raising your heart rate and required steps especially for certain individuals who does not run walk on a regular basis outside.
I agree
