Ryan Sawyer's Potomac Valley Railroad. A 2-rail "O'" Scale Model Railroad.

Check out his channel: Al Pugliese Trains. The links for both Ryan and Al are presented below. I have known Ryan for many years. First meet him at M.B. Klein's and he became one of my customers. In recent years he has switched from HO Scale to 2-Rail "O" scale. He says the weight helps keep the trains from derailing and you can really see the detailing on the locos and cars. That and the sound has more bass so sounds more like the real thing.
