Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C, put the loaf pan on the bottom rack of the oven, and bake for about 5 minutes. When there is a little color on the surface, adjust the temperature to 350°C/180°C and continue to bake for 31 minutes. Total bake time is 36 minutes. When the color of the bread surface is obvious at about 12 minutes during the baking, you need to cover with tin foil to prevent the top from being burnt.
At the beginning of the baking, a small amount of butter may drip out of the loaf pan. You need to put the loaf pan in a slightly larger baking tray or tin foil to prevent the butter from dripping into the oven to produce oily smoke.
