- Many people like Danish loaf bread, which is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, beautiful in color, and rich in layers. But the shortcoming is that there is a lot of butter, and the making process is time-consuming and laborious. This video introduced a very simple method to make laminated dough, and can also control the amount of butter used, which is very easy to operate.
Recipe for 1 loaf with 9x4x4" pan:
✤Dough Ingredients
Bread Flour 320 g
Caster Sugar 40 g
Instant Yeast 6 g
Salt 5 g
Whole Egg 30 g
Cold Water 100 g
Milk 55 g
Unsalted Butter 30 g
✤Laminating
Unsalted Butter 125 g
Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C, put the loaf pan on the bottom rack of the oven, and bake for about 5 minutes. When there is a little color on the surface, adjust the temperature to 350°C/180°C and continue to bake for 31 minutes. Total bake time is 36 minutes. When the color of the bread surface is obvious at about 12 minutes during the baking, you need to cover with tin foil to prevent the top from being burnt.
At the beginning of the baking, a small amount of butter may drip out of the loaf pan. You need to put the loaf pan in a slightly larger baking tray or tin foil to prevent the butter from dripping into the oven to produce oily smoke. Хобби

Unsalted butter, olive oil, sunflower seeds oil, avocado oil are all fine. Don't use strong flavour oil to make cakes

不得不说这个开酥法真的很菜鸟😅,成品效果不好,可见黄油断层,也没有拉丝(因为只揉面到粗膜)。下次还是要乖乖的法式开酥😮💨
