@@connieramos it does help to hold in the smoke. Your lungs reach max absorption at around 6 seconds if i remember correctly. It also gives the smoke time to get deeper into your lungs and works even better if you breathe in a tiny bit longer when you mouth to lung inhale. Same reason people with inhalers are supposed to hold it in for a certain amount of time

Something that works for me: Take several hits without normal breathing. Just inhale the smoke, exhale and take another hit.
I need to do this 3 or 4 times to get a high.
it works cuz when u hold in smoke, lung absorbs more nicotine from one hit. more nicotine = more buzz.

The only interesting thing is that your lungs take less than a second to absorb nicotine. There should be no "longer hold in thing" but as you said it works.
You can’t prove that though. The contrary proof is, when you blow out weed smoke, someone can still get high from the 2nd hand, even if you held it for a while. Lots of ppl use the same argument for absorption of thc, it’s simply not true

I want to express gratitude for the thinga that i have but i cant enjoy them because of the thoughts you know i just miss being alone and in touch with myself you know i want to enjoy life but i cant i just miss my personal space when i could watch a anime or draw and this was still one of the worse times in my life but they were better than now but whatever you know i feel jealous of you for being able to enjoy these stuff a beautifull day smoking and chilling with a family that is not broken and sad being care free i feel jealous of you this is what i was thinking from the start of the video when you talked about smoking weed it reminded me of me when i was smoking with my friends not lou man best time in my life i miss being so carefree the fantasies i was making watching fairy tail you know it was so fun i cant even think im enjoying it because i cant because i talk with other people nobody understands its torture
Im almost sure that buzz in general is just deep breathing, most non smokers just don't go out for 5-10min to deep breath like smokers do. People might think that im depressed or sad if i leave out to just breath once in a while, but If I have cigarette no one would ever bother me.
Of course dopamine rush is next level and boost that breathing.

I still think the law of attraction worked! When you put it into practise, it made you do unconsciously what you had to do (hold your breath) in order to get that bigger buzz you wanted to manifest😍✨

I smoked from 2006-2022. When I started at age 31 in the USA cigarettes had ample nicotine. Even cheap rolling tobacco had this. I got a buzz almost every cigarette I had per day for the first year. Then afterwards I only got a good buzz off the first cigarette of each day. But when Barrack Obama became president he passed a bill into law restricting nicotine while increasing the price of tobacco products by like 30%. Then occasionally I would try to chew dip tobacco which I didn't like, the way hillbillies and baseball players do and tried smoking a cigarette at the same time to achieve the nicotine buzz but that never worked.

Yea, i am able to do it but i did it only once and never again..... I usually smoke in my bathroom if I'm at home and every few months i see a yellow-ish residue near/all over exaust and on ceeling, it comes off when you rub it with fingers and I can't imagine that all in my lungs. We are damaging our lungs enough already. So holding your breath when smoking for more than 1-2 seconds just gives me an ick....

I used to do this with hookah, smoke it like a cigarette , take huge hits and hold it in, so a cigarette doesn't work for me as I used to barely feel anything with the hookah.

Just vape man, I smoke and vape at the same time so take it from a dude who knows. Anyway vapes have a wide array of endless flavors like fruit, dessert, and even tobacco etc. Try Marlboro Red E Juice, make sure it's saltnic so it's less harsh on your throat. If you don't want a vape use a TarGuard, they filter out most of the tar and they make ciggies a lot more smoother I always make sure to use TarGuards when I smoke the usual 1 ciggy a day.
