Hi Frankie, thanks for the video. I have an unsolved problem about the audio playback. My audio does'nt work properly and always stopped in the middle of songs, it happend in every application such as winamp and windows media player. Can you please inform me how to solve this problem? I recently installed Rosetta Stone Headphones/Micphones. When I did this I can no longer hear sound coming out of my computer. I can only hear sound coming from the Rosetta Stone headphones/Micphone. I have tried your suggestions(great videos btw) but nothing has worked. I don't think I even see the computer sound on the defaults. Please help I think I need a driver because I have tried your other suggestions. Now I am stuck. I only want to use the Rosetta stone headphones when I am using Rosetta Stone.
Windows 7 does not recognize my plugged in speaker unless I reboot my computer several times. I am not connected to the internet. Is there any other way I can fix this? Thanks.
Ok Frankie i need your help! I just got the C01U pro microphone but i didnt get any sound on my headset because of it... what i did was press "Turn this audiodevice off" but now the microphone does not get any sound in... My microphone does not work on skype, mumble, teamspeak etc. So if you could help me i would appreciate that!
hi Frankieseshy.....I just downgraded my windows 10 to windows 7 64bit.....i managed to find all others driver but im having problems with the audio driver...i've tried many method but it still not working
i have minimal technical/computer skills. I have Realtek HD audio working for a long long time already, but for some reason no sound from my Altec Lansing computer speakers. I don't remember what I did for this to occur. It no longer recognizes my speaker. I updated the driver and made sure speakers are working. I am ready to buy a new sound card but I don't know for sureif it will solve my problem. What do you think?
my driver up date but i still can't hear some voice like i play aoe3 i can't hear music and taunt while i can hear all other sounds same at skype i can't hear skype moji taunts but can hear all other voice can some one help me?

My computer won't allow me to set my headphones as a default device and only as default communication device, so when I'm in skype talking with friends and than we go to play a game; the skype chat comes through my headphones but the game comes through my speakers. I want it all to come through my headphones and not through my speakers. Can you please make a video on how to fix it? I tried almost everything. Hey Swazi, I took a look at the forum link you sent me to. I saw that the user: CharlieChocho helped alot of people on there with his method. So, I have a question. Have you tried doing what he said? (Completely uninstalling the audio codec, + all drivers, and then restarting your PC)?
***** Yes, I have. It's almost about 6 months now. I think I may have another solution. Awhile back I, restored my computer to factory settings and ever since, I have been delaying all the updates it's recommended(which I'm going to update tonight)but I have updated the Codec driver. Idk, I'm about ready to give up. Plz let me know if you find a solution tho. I would be so great full! Thanks in advance!

How exactly did you obtain the update driver? Automatically through Windows? Or manually from the manufacturer's website?
