Ultra-Sonic cavitation is a great way to smooth and contour your body. In this video I will demonstrate two ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency skin tightening machines. The first one is about two years old and the second it a new updated version, it smaller and light weight. Both machines work great for body contouring and anti-aging.
I will also go over the order of operation. This 8 in 1 ultrasonic cavitation slimming machine is an affordable at home alternative to expensive spa treatments. Radio frequency therapy at home, is a safe and effective way to tone and tighten the skin. I love this machine for body sculpting. I discovered it when I was searching for ways to get rid of the prednisone weight. I was on prednisone for two years and gain over 30 pounds, one of the prednisone side effects. I am saving thousands of dollars doing my body sculpting at home. I am over 50 and it works wonderfully.

Research:
Ultrasonic or ultrasound cavitation is the use of ultrasound technology to break down fat cells below the skin. It is a non-surgical method of reducing cellulite and localized fat.
This procedure involves applying pressure on fat cells through ultrasonic vibrations. The pressure is high enough to make the fat cells break down into a liquid form. The body can then get rid of it as waste through your urine.
The broken-down fat cells go from the body to the liver where they are excreted as waste. This method of treatment is used along with other weight loss programs to help with getting rid of excessive fat. It is a preferred method to other invasive procedures of eliminating body fat. It is important to note that your weight could return if you consume a high- calorie diet.

Can I RF and Ultherapy my psuedogynocomastia pecs without fear of heart valve damage/complications. My Mychway 5 in 1 RF Ultrasound cavitation machine manual cautions against application to the chest area and one youtuber who used it for his same issues said that he'd never use it (the ultrasound cavitation) above the nipple line. My left pec is the disproportionate one. My ultrasonic cavitation machine is 40k with rotating (heads revolve) RF heads.

Hi dear! I just discovered your channel and congratulations on all the great research you were doing and the progress you have made. You look just beautiful! I am 63 years old and pretty thin all over. I have a loose skin on my thighs in a little bit of cellulite on the back in my tummy is loose to in terms of the skin. I don’t really want to lose fat but I would like to tighten up those areas. I guess on my arms I could stand to lose a little bit but mostly it is tightening I’m looking for. With me being so slender, I don’t want to lose too much fat. With the cavitation not be for me? If you were me what technology would you use? Thanks for any information you can provide.

I have the bigger machine but I've been scared to try it after buying it. I've been watching your videos to learn as much as i can and get the courage to try it out. What setting do you recommend for facial skin tightening and stomach skin tightening? I got the smaller machine you have from mychway and The instructions with mine say energy level 3-7 once a week. I tried it twice on energy setting 4 and it felt fine, but I’m nervous about facial fat loss 😬

Hi, I appreciate all your help. If the vacuum does not stay stuck to my arm like it does with yours and the gray knob is turned to max does this mean it is not working? I hear it come on and I see the light but it does not stay stuck to my arm at all. Is there a way to fix it if in fact it is not working? Also do you hear the high pitched noise the entire time or just intermittently? Thanks for your help
Hello, so if the vacuum is not completely covered it can't get good suction, sometimes I have to move mine around to get it to latch on. The high pitch can be intermittently depending on the conductivity and mode. Mode A is a constant and Mode B is a pulse. I hope that made sense. Thanks for watching. :)

Hi love your videos just one question. I watched a few different videos and they all give various times for having fat cavitation treatments from 48 hours apart 72 hours apart and in research study trials they were 1 week apart and then the above webmd recommends them being 2 weeks apart and not before. Why would that be if its not dangerous? It's very confusing but I guess if there is no possibility of harm then I would imagine 72 hours to be sufficient to allow everything to settle and eliminate. Could you give a bit more clarity in this area please.

I just bought the 8 in one machine but the radio-frequency doesn't warm up I wrote to the company and they said it should not but since you said it would warm up wrigh of way I'm wondering if is working
Hello, try turning your energy up, your energy might be to low. Then when the light comes on hold it in one place, you should feel the heat from the RF. make sure you have ultrasound gel on when doing this. :)

I so wish I had found this channel before I ordered the smaller version of the one that was used by the spa I went to, the girl I was going to actually sent me the link for the one I have now. It's a 40K and after seeing your machine Im wondering if I should sell mine or just suck it up and buy the one you love so much. I ordered a gel to use with the cavitation and the RF handle but didn't know you use oil for the vacuum. I used that gel and now Im going to have some serious bruises. Not a fan of the vacuum, it really hurt quite a bit and I don't remember it feeling that way at the spa. Time to use Arnica gel for the next 3 days. Do you have a gel and and oil you recommend?? I want the very best results I can get by the end of July. I also work out and try to eat clean but sometimes when Im up till 4 am with my autistic adult child the craving for something salty starts yelling at me.
Oh NO!! Your vacuum pressure is turned up to high, it's the silver knob on the side of the machine, turn it down.
I actually had it turned the lowest setting and even had the suction low as well. Maybe oil instead of gel. If this does show any improvement with in 6 uses In sending it back. I am more interested in the radio frequency part. After 4 babies and losing 120lbs i have lose skin. I know this isnt a miracle but im hoping RF ,microneedling andred light can make some progress. Ive already been practicing fasting for autophagy for a few years now. I absolutely cant afford surgery and my insurance doesnt cover anything let alone skin removal since it isnt causing serious chronic issues. The cavitation may help bust and shrink the stubborn fat layer in the hanging skin so it still has its place. Im not expecting miracles just alittle progress

Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) You should only work on one body part at a time and wait three days before repeating that area. If you over treat you could overload your lymph system and make yourself sick. One area at a time for 7-10 treatments should take about a month. Them move to the next area.

Hi Jessica, thanks for watching my video. :) Continuous is for larger/thicker areas of fat. pulsating is for smaller areas and maintenance. :)

I was reading that 30k is stronger than 40 k because it gets to the adipose fat? Wondering why she has 40 k instead ? Is there a difference? Does anyone know?
Hello, thank you for watching my video. :) Yes, you are correct, 30k is stronger and goes deeper into the adipose fat. However those machines are very expensive. The 40k will do a great job as-well. The reason I choose the 40k is because I was just starting my journey in body sculpting and had no experience with these machines so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Now that I have some experience, I will be doing a video soon that will feature a 30k machine. Thanks for your question. :)

Hi Megan, some people are very sensitive to cavitation. You could try to turn the power down. Some people have talked about using a grounding mat. Also make sure to remove any metal jewelry. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching. :)

When you set the energy for the Cavitation handle what does that mean, does that mean it goes from say 20K to 40K?

I have an S shape machine that’s a 40k but with cavitation I have the option to change the frequency level. From around 30k-39kish. But if I put it on 30 or 39 I don’t get the buzz only if it’s in the kiddos that something I should be concerned about? What do you suggest I leave the frequency at?

If it were me and I had a lot of body fat that I wanted to treat I would leave it in 30k, if I only had a little I would turn it up to 39-40k. I hope that helps. Best wishes. :)
I don't understand why then the stores that do this in Texas charged for 7 sessions and your goods to go with great results but it seems like your doing way more sessions. Is that cause it doesn't work that well?

Unfortunately, I bought one from mychway, and it didn’t pass the water test. It only did a bunch of ringing that I heard in my ears and it was turning on my mirror lamp. Did yours pass the water test and does it have very loud ringing, turning on items around it?
Hi Gwen, the water test can be tricky. Your machine is working by the sounds of it. If you are hearing the loud squeal and your mirror is turning on, then your getting energy through it. Sometimes you need to add a pinch of salt to the water to make it conductive. I hope that helps. Thanks for sharing. :)
@@Beautyover50onabudget my thing is the ringing in the machine is so loud when it’s not touching the body. And most estheticians say they don’t hear the machine but their client does when they put the probe on them. The machine I have is so loud on the very first setting and it bothers my pets. It’s actually scary. I had a few machines before this one and the water test worked without adding salt and the sound can only be heard when I used it on my sis. I didn’t hear it but she could. Then when the machine is on my body in one spot, there is no pain or sensation. On my other machines when I do this, I have to hurry and move the probe because it hurts. Can you give me more insight on this please? I appreciate it.

I bought this machine and I use the vacuum and it kind of burn me what am I doing wrong
OH NO!! The vacuum handle is dual purpose. So, if you used oil with the RF turned on that could be why it burned. RF can get extremely hot and mix that with oil it can burn the skin. If using vacuum and RF I recommend a vegetable glycerin. amzn.to/49vhgon

Used my machine for the first time yesterday & the vacuum was working, now it's not. I checked the filter & nothing is in the tank at all, the O-rings aren't damaged & the seals are tight. Could it be clogged since there is no residue in the filter?

@@Beautyover50onabudget I actually figured it out. Inside the vacuum is a plastic rubber filter. I removed it & there’s a filter that was completely clogged. Rinsed well & it works great now!

I have that machine too & I tum it on the screen looks fine, but when I touch it the screen goes blank & no hand pieces work. What if you took a super hot bath after the treatment? Would that make you sweat more?
You have to drink a lot of water. 3 days before and 3 days after your treatments. The reasoning behind this is so you can urinate and poo the fat out of your system. Also, no drinking alcohol during the treatment times. You will be making your liver work to hard.
A vibration plate is useful as it promotes lymph drainage. And also a sauna. Or even use of a sauna suit to promote sweating
The key is lymph drainage, and sweating will do that. Water is your best friend when doing these treatments. Thanks for watching. :)
