Maren should review anything above economy. She is quite small and really does not give a true representation of how comfortable economy is for taller people. She will most likely be comfortable in any economy seat so, in my opinion, she should do more Premium, Business or First class reviews.
They did something similar a couple years ago across the Atlantic from New York to London. I think they did United, American, Norwegian, Virgin and may be British Airways all in Economy.

Yes, the four of you are correct that regardless of which class you ' collected' in this segment, an A 380 is a treat. My next flight on Emirates in September seems simply too far. PS how were the ground staff for each of you.? Stand out for me was an offer by ground staff at CDG ( Qatar) to tag all 7 suitcases of my family group and I with 1st class tags to ensure that all 7 suitcases would stay together in Doha and arrive together in Melbourne. Quality indeed!
I only took Emirates once, & was fortunate to be on their business class. Lounge was super busy, but service was never compromised on land & in air. Would definitely make it my choice, aside from Singapore Air.

Great review team. Lucky enough to have just tried the new A380 in Business and old 777 in Business and 4 hours in First; on Skywards points. All were great and First was simply bonkers good. The one consistent point was fantastic service from everyone at Emirates, in airports and on all flights. I think the friendly FA interaction actually makes Emirates better than Qsuite perhaps?
Have flown Emirates since 2011, in both economy and business class, I just wish they would bring back their A380 direct flights between Brisbane and Auckland!!!
I love these videos - such a brilliant concept. First there's the anticipation of who is going to get which class (which is more fun when you knoew the guys/gals) and then we get to see each class. The staff giving the camera salute is everything 😀 just booked a long emirates flight for next year so looking at all the vids, this video is one of the best! ❤🎉
The Emirates FC experience starts in Dubai from the limo pick up to swift check in. The lounge there has an amazing restaurant for the food and wine selection. Try the Black Angus steak and triple cooked chips! Onboard suite experience is relaxing with the option of going to the rear of BC for pre dinner cocktails. A shower spa and Emirates sleep suit, nice digestif the from private FC bar to watch a movie and sleep. Arrive and another limo waiting to whisk you home from the airport. Simply The Best!
Another great video, my only complaint it that its hard to judge leg room when Maron is in economy or even Ben in premium. (Sorry...) but as someone who is 6'6 it would be nice to see a legroom judge by someone taller even for a short while, or just a number of inches or something. Otherwise amazing content as always
Yeah. But obviously these 4 are doing this just for their own fun and the guys in business and first to show-off. A very uninformative waste of time watching it. When I saw the kind of BS they were doing I just fastviewed the rest.
If she fits i dont think you will fit. You have to do some thinking to understand how much space it is. If she is like 164cm then you wont fit in this airline
Came to post the same and I feel like I've seen other reviews of theirs where she is in the economy seat. She's 5ft nothing, and probably 100 lbs wringing wet. Economy isn't going to be to harsh. As you say, a 6ft + with long legs is probably going to have a vastly more uncomfortable experience. I'm 6ft 3 and find long haul economy to be basically torture. Sitting on a short squab and in a position that feels like it's beyond upright makes it Impossible to sleep or even get comfortable.
@@TheArmouredArmadillo double edged sword though isn't it with bulk head or exit row. You get the leg room, but then you get boxed in with the seats because they have to stow the monitor and table down the side. I'm only a 32 waist so fitting in width ways isn't a problem. but they do feel more restrictive somehow. The problem for me these days is the wife is similarly tall and we have a little one to tag along. So suddenly premium econ upgrades can add a huge cost! We're flying Virgin Atlantic in December and upgrade from basic is basically like paying again for the flights!
I flew Qantas A380 from LA to Perth, in 2015, in economy,it was awesome, more room then the smaller planes, and everything went so well, food service, able to sleep,so good.
Have you ever realised that ships in the Economy areas are probably the ones who are the luckiest, if you decide to put your shop in an airport imagine it was like a promotion thing, from first class to economy, since you get more sales having your shops in the economy area.
I remember the time when they flew in this the first time nick is still in first class and the premium economy guy on economy last time and Jean in business class last time 1

We only live once & one day i'm going to travel 1st class with a carrier would love to sample that luxury for a few hours with Emirates we all arrive at the same time on a plane but it's how you travel...Wow what a experience..
Great video! Enjoy living vicariously through your experiences. The airport here on Hilton Head Island (HHH) is the size of a bus station with a first class lounge consisting of vending machines behind the car rental area (but it is a nice beach airport, so no complaints). Continue to provide us with great videos!
Fantastic review, however try flying at midnight (their peak time) and the terminal will be packed, and so will the lounge...still the best of the best, we always use them from australia to europe
Great video! I’m curious what cameras you use. I’m getting ready to take a trip to South East Asia and trying to find small but good quality equipment.
Why does it not have the updated first class seats? Seems odd. The first class on the planes with premium economy have cream seats not grey. Maybe not in the same plane?
Im pleased to have read that the new classes product will be on the daily Emirates flight out of Christchurch when it resumes in March, super excited to test out the new business class product to Amsterdam.
Was looking forward to watching this video, but there were far too many cuts! It's very hard to take in the cabin etc when your eyes can't settle on an image.
Emirates is my favourite carrier when going from the UK to new Zealand albeit on my last return trip the service was a bit off. You are lucky that the Dubai lounge was so empty in my experience the business lounge is so full you struggle to get a seat. My only other gripe is that I use Gatwick and has confirmed by the crew on that route they tend to use their older tattler 380's for example I have never seen an aircraft with the new bar layout. The other thing to remember is that there is a huge difference between their 777 and 380 business hard products. The 777 should be avoided at all costs
Agree. I flew Business from AKL-MAN in September and the 777 to DXB was seriously dated. The crew were fine though. On the other hand the A380 hard product and service from DXB to MAN was excellent. Good to see the A380 is coming back to AKL in December
I am in the process of planning a trip to NZ for next year. I found this video very informative, thank you. I am struggling with which airline to use for super longhaul. I just wish you had mentioned the prices of each cabin (although, to be fair, I have absolutely no inclination to travel all that way in economy!)
I really enjoy your Videos. You always do that with a twinkle in the eye and it’s so nice to see how much you enjoy everything. Please keep it going. Thank you. ❤
You said chauffeur service for cash only ticket. Does that mean we will not get that service if we use credit card points or miles to redeem on a ticket?
Peasant question here with the first class stuff what can you take and what should you leave? Like headphones obviously leave. But what's a "freebie" and what's there's. Also what's the etiquette...of taking things...thanks
Love the video. Emirates know the way to look after you properly in the sky. I'd love for Emirates to start flights to Barbados. That would be really cool. Emirates know the way to look after you properly before the flight too. Can you guys please do a London to Barbados one soon.
looks nice on camera but in my personal opinion I prefer softer or darker colours, e.g dark blue on Finnair new business class, or lots of newer BA cabins. less overwhelming. N.B I went on Emirates in 2015 and it seemed too flashy. can't comment though on emirates premium products (in terms of service and food)... if flashy is what you want, this looks great
That A380 is wicked .... I would love to see on the next run is , each of you use a phone , a gopro , a pocket camera and a DSR camera to vlog your experience .... I would like to join you.

Agree. I flew Business from AKL-MAN in September and the 777 to DXB was seriously dated. The crew were fine though. On the other hand the A380 hard product and service from DXB to MAN was excellent. Good to see the A380 is coming back to AKL in December
I think next up should be Qantas but let Maran (Apologies if it's spelt wrong) In First, Ben in Business and either Liam or Nicky in economy
Should review a zero gravity flight next
I am in the process of planning a trip to NZ for next year. I found this video very informative, thank you. I am struggling with which airline to use for super longhaul. I just wish you had mentioned the prices of each cabin (although, to be fair, I have absolutely no inclination to travel all that way in economy!)
SamChui took an entire tour of EmirTes. Fascinating!
This was a out of the box flight review i have ever watched on RUclips. Truly enjoyed it, love from India.
A380 simple the best ! Emirates has amazing products, crew and food! I have tried premium economy and it is the best out there:)
This reviews and comparison videos are incredible! Please keep it up!!!
Nikki looks like he’s enjoying himself too much with the luxury
Love the video. Emirates know the way to look after you properly in the sky. I'd love for Emirates to start flights to Barbados. That would be really cool. Emirates know the way to look after you properly before the flight too. Can you guys please do a London to Barbados one soon.
It’s been my dream to be a emirates a380 pilot maybe once I finish high school I can!
looks nice on camera but in my personal opinion I prefer softer or darker colours, e.g dark blue on Finnair new business class, or lots of newer BA cabins. less overwhelming. N.B I went on Emirates in 2015 and it seemed too flashy. can't comment though on emirates premium products (in terms of service and food)... if flashy is what you want, this looks great
The review was great as always. Great work! Ben pulling out his Google Pixel was my highlight of the video.
Best camera phone I have ever had. I now take all my photos for my written reviews for TPG on my Pixel 6 rather than using a separate camera.
That A380 is wicked .... I would love to see on the next run is , each of you use a phone , a gopro , a pocket camera and a DSR camera to vlog your experience .... I would like to join you.
Love it guys
Btw for Maren is economy for Emirates economy passengers can enter the business class lounge
Hey there! Absolutely love your channel and thank you for the quality reviews. I know that I'm just one person here but I was hoping you guys would be able to try and get taller people to review the economy and premium economy seats? It's one of the most stressful things being a giraffe sitting in economy and it seems like Maren typically reviews them. Thank you though!
I'm 6"0!
great Vlogs guys - I'm travelling with emirates in January - can I ask you - do you not have to wear face masks now on their flights?
Honestly Emirates is just a dream ❤… I can’t wait to try it out one day 😊
Headed to the Maldives in Nov on the 380 Business class. Can not wait.
How did you get a ticket in first class for £1,200?!
Quick question - how do you think the Emirates first class compares with the Singapore suite class, both in luxury and value for money?
Do you know EK copied from Singapore airlines and hired a lot of Singapore aircrews during the early years of their business since Singapore airlines invested a lot in training. Also, SQ is the first to introduce the hot towel etc.
Wow! Ok.....am off to enjoy my Ryan Air flight.....
They don't use the a380 to south africa 😔
