there’s also a great free plugin called dBlue Tape Stop, a lot easier and more convenient for people like me who don’t own gross beat, just automate the trigger and you have a really nice tape stop effect :)
@@hen618I have the signature edition and it has gross beat. I can recommend signature since it has enough plugins that you can make a song with the built in plugins. Beware though since it will put a dent in your wallet even on sale.
I’m trying to use this in my song right now at the end of my track on some piano chords, but I’m having a tough time trying to get the sound to stop after turning gross beat off with automation when it’s done. I have it on the last bar of my song, and the piano chords keep making an abrupt sound after the effect. Is there a way to fix this without having to tinker with volume automation to stop it?
Try making the piano pattern into an audio right-clicking it on the patterns section and click "quick render into audio clip", then apply it the effect and it MAY work (it worked for me)

Just click on empty 10 and drag it to the right side and then create an automation clip
On the left side in the 'Time' place there are lots of presets choose empty 10 preset from them
