- The steep streets of Valparaíso in Chile once again played host to Red Bull Valparaiso Cerro Abajo this past weekend. @TomasSlavikDotCom took the win, his third, Valparaíso victory, from Colombian Juanfer Vélez. Slavik's winning time was 2m 16.815s, which was just under 1,5s faster than Vélez, who'd gone last down the course during finals as the fastest qualifier. Rounding off the podium was Brazilian national champion Lucas Borba.

Just as a reminder, if I heard it correctly, Slavik was riding injured with a busted up foot. He won Cerro Abajo, one of the toughest mtb races, essentially on one and a half feet. Once again, absolute mad lad.

Wow, this race looks absolutely insane! The speed and skill of these riders as they navigate the narrow and steep streets are truly impressive. It's amazing to see them pushing themselves to the limit and taking risks that most of us would never even consider.
Can anyone tell me, what kind of training do these riders undergo to prepare for this race? How do they develop the physical and mental toughness to handle high speeds and challenging terrain? And what kind of safety precautions are in place to protect them from a serious injury?

eu no momento estou fazendo uns trabalhos numa das favelas do Guarujá , no litoral de São Paulo , e vou te dizer , estou deprimido só de pensar que tenho que ir amanhã naquele lugar ......Guarujá , tem mais de 50 favelas , e eu conheço algumas , a través de trabalhos de ensino da minha Igreja , e não é NADA comparado a Valparaíso ....

@@sr.raposinho Não estou zika de vc não mermão , tem gente que gosta muito e tem gente que não gosta , simples assim ....Valparaíso é uma cidade velha , está mal cuidada , e chegou a ser um dos principais portos à nível mundial , antes do Canal de Panamá ser construído e para ter uma ideia melhor , não só tem que estar lá , para ver realmente do que se trata ,senão tb tem que subir nos morros , e desde o alto , em dias limpos , preferencialmente em inverno , dá pra ver a cordilheira nevada , e bem na frente , está o monte Aconcágua ..... eu conheço .... e gosto muito de estar lá .
