As Rob Warner pointed out (many times), Red Bull Guanajuato Cerro Abajo just might have been one of the most insane Urban Downhill MTB races to date. Anyone with the intention to stand on the podium in Mexico had to put down an absolute heater of a run. And that is exactly what Camilo Sanchez, Jackson Goldstone & Felipe Agurto did.

@@Dinisoliveira19 i hate this arguement. Jackson has a santa cruz megatower, same travel full 29er enduro bike. If it was a race built for enduro bikes he couldve brought that and raced it. those 2 seconds arent purely because of the enduro bike, he was up by nearly 3 seconds on the most dh part of the course...

This is one of my favorite things. There aren't many sports that let you do what you "always wanted to do", and show people doing that skill at a pro level. Example would be street racing (Isle of Man TT being a kind of exception). Not sure if I'm conveying this well, it feels like a forbidden sport that we somehow get to have.

Enduro bike all the way sick run thats the thing enduro bikes just keep getting better I don't even own a dh bike anymore my nuckproof mega 170mm front 160mm Rear too good

same here but with a 180mm fork and i changed the shock to a 230x65mm so rear travel is 166. I dont think nukeproof would like that but it works haha

@@stevenkilleen8149 yeah its great. the 65mm stroke shock fits perfectly and doesnt hit the frame or come close to hitting when bottoming out. Ive hit some pretty big hucks to flat and It was all good

@@stevenkilleen8149 not noticeably, the whole nukeproofSram race team uses 180mm forks. the headtube angle only because 63.5. I mainly climb fireroads and normal roads, but on some short technical climbs its more than capable
