I got three pops in my mid. The stretching helped so I could losen the muscles. I was then able to pop my hips and my pain is gone for now. I've been watching your videos thanks for the free chiropractic care!
Wow did you really ease your sciatica pain? I am suffering since early April of this year with sciatic pain. I had Chiro adjustments but did not have much relief. I was in bed for 7 weeks, then felt some relief started to do my normal routine and boom here I am in bed again. I did not go back to the Chiro because. I have no more money for it, and my insurance does not cover it. From what I am seeing this doctor is really good. But I am still afraid to start any excercise on my own.
Tried this for just 2 sec. just to see how hard it would be and my pain went away. i tell people to check it out but no one believes me except one person who tried it and it worked for them also. thank you!

I herniated my disc back in 2006, 9 months of agony. Physio, acupuncture, deep tissue massage, etc were to no avail. Eventually I healed up to around maybe 70/80% of full mobility, but I've had pain ever since, right leg sciatica and now left side piriformis area recently started sudden sharp pains. However I came across your channel, and I can on most days centralise the symptoms to only central Lower back and sometimes very little pain at all. I'll decompress and stretch daily, thanks for these videos, I feel like a corner has been turned in my pain management. Thanks so much
I’ve got one every year, or year and half. One started yesterday morning, i wanted to die, had to call in sick and knew i wont be ok for the next 2 weeks and ive just started my new job. Had painful sciatica in my left leg (front and back) for a month. Went to urgent care and was given steroids, shots and 800 mgs ibuprofen which didn't help. Couldn't walk, sit or sleep at night no matter where I positioned myself from the pain. Finally went to a chiropractor and in 2 weeks of therapy and the traction machine my pain is gone. The chiro urged me to do this exercise everyday like 10 pushups when i get up. Everyday I did this until I could extend all the way up without pain. He slowly aligned my spine by cracking it in various areas until the pain was just where the back bends. Then it just went away gradually. No more pain meds and will continue this exercise as a ritual. I have a very physical job and this was a game changer. Props to you for sharing this. The funny thing is I do a lot of lifting at my job and now when I lift, I bend my knees more and kinda twerk to keep my spine curved inward. lol.

I had two spine surgeries I had a fatty tumor removed L4 and L5 is where it effect the most.its been 4 years and yoga stretches help me alot. I'm going to try this is in morning Thank you so much
Thank you. My chiro prescribed me doing Cobra and it gave a great increase in sciatic pain, I was scared to continue. When I told the doctor about this, he told me to continue, which I was very surprised. After some time, doing this exercise became easier. After about 2 months sciatic pain decreased by 2 times. I still feel discomfort doing Cobra but not too much. This is a long process, but effective.
@@simonbitsch8299Hi, I could not move just laid on the floor. I would alternate tylenol and ibuprofen for pain and I would lay on a heat pad. I also used a cane to help me up and walk. And it was baby steps. I probably should of gone to a Dr. but I'm stubborn. To this day I still take easy and continue to do this mans stretches. The meds only helped a little bit, but each day was better than the day before. Hope this helps. 💪

So I did these and added an extra factor. Instead of a sheet I used a physio band with resistance. I drove my hips up a little and it made a great lower ab contraction to help strengthen those muscles on the opposite side of my spine. Felt “interior “ vs exterior abs. Relief.
I have been having worsening sciatica since my second son was born, he's 4 months now and it suddenly got worse. I tried doing this updog pose and it really helps! I tried using a long scarf in place of a sheet, but just doing updog itself was what really helped! I want to help others feel relief too, so what I did after updog was a short series of basic yoga poses that furthered my relief. I did downward dog, while gently pedaling out my legs, paying close attention to really stretching out my affected side (left). Then I did cobra into updog again, child's pose, down dog, pedaled legs again, then forward fold, then stood up straight, reached up, swan dive down into forward fold, and really tried to focus on stretching my hamstrings. I did this series 3 times in a row and it made a WORLD of a difference. I hope this helps anyone else out there suffering from sciatica! 💗
When I am in cevier pain I couldn't even standup I watch it video for the first time I did this exercise and I could standup. The pain is still there but I can move. So thank you .

My wife is having her hip replaced soon and her sciatica has been terrible. She drinks a lot of water and loves to stretch but her sciatica has her doubled over in pain. Her other sciatica flared up after afull knee replacement and took months for relief. 12 years ago her second back surgery was to remove a screw that was in the sciatica on her left side. Problems ever since. She subscribed to you immediately after trying a couple of your suggestions.
Thanks to the doctor for tsharing this video so everyone suffering from sciatic pain can find some relief! I have been experiencing pain with a bulged disc for the last 6 weeks, so definitely will be trying this move. The position of standing seems a little more doable at this point. Will send another review later with my experience.

I had a neck problem that familiarized me with centralization. I have not felt any centralization on my sciatic pain from anything I’ve tried until I found this video. Sometimes hip flexor stretches will make the pain go away but with the sheet I actually felt the pain move upwards out of my glute and into my spine. Thank you. Going to try to include this and see how it feels after some more days 😊
You have helped me so many times with my upper back pain so I trust that this will work for my husband’s sciatica. You may well be able to. Picking the right exercises helps. Improve posture. Strenghten abs and lower back. Stretch. Spend time in the swimming pool,. Dont over do it and dont under do it. Learn your limits. Stand for short periods of time and walk to strenthen core.
I had an incident 12 years ago that became a chronic back problem. I did tons of chiropractic work and physical therapy for 10 years. Did yoga as suggested by a doctor. Lots of stretches and excercises and corticosteroid injections. It only got worse. One day while in the sauna at my local gym a guy told me to check out Stewart McGill and read his book "The Back Mechanic". 6 months later I was having whole days that were pain free. After a year I was able to work a normal job again. It's not a quick fix, but his technique and advice will allow you to regain some sense of normalcy. The surgeons were only wanting to cut on me with no guarantee of the outcome. If you really want to get better, Stewart McGill is the doctors doctor.
I appreciate your channel. Sciatic has been bothering me since August 2021. They gave me muscle relaxer. Steroids and Diclofenac and pt. Pt hasn't helped. I found your videos first. They do help. But I really need it to go away for good

I can’t thank you enough for this!!!! I’ve tried so many other videos and techniques but this sheet method is the first one that has actually gotten me any relief 🥲
My wife is having her hip replaced soon and her sciatica has been terrible. She drinks a lot of water and loves to stretch but her sciatica has her doubled over in pain. Her other sciatica flared up after afull knee replacement and took months for relief. 12 years ago her second back surgery was to remove a screw that was in the sciatica on her left side. Problems ever since.

Thanks to the doctor for tsharing this video so everyone suffering from sciatic pain can find some relief! I have been experiencing pain with a bulged disc for the last 6 weeks, so definitely will be trying this move. The position of standing seems a little more doable at this point. Will send another review later with my experience.

SpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic Center i before went there but they charge a lot of money n even after 2 weeks pain didnt stop so i started doing at home as a doctor can u tell will these be helpful to’ completely stop the pain n cure it

I had a neck problem that familiarized me with centralization. I have not felt any centralization on my sciatic pain from anything I’ve tried until I found this video. Sometimes hip flexor stretches will make the pain go away but with the sheet I actually felt the pain move upwards out of my glute and into my spine. Thank you. Going to try to include this and see how it feels after some more days 😊

Years of agony...read his books and the pain went away. Gave it to my brother in law and his pain went away. He gave it to his dad and his pain went away. Dr. Sarno is the truth.
You may well be able to. Picking the right exercises helps. Improve posture. Strenghten abs and lower back. Stretch. Spend time in the swimming pool,. Dont over do it and dont under do it. Learn your limits. Stand for short periods of time and walk to strenthen core.
I had an incident 12 years ago that became a chronic back problem. I did tons of chiropractic work and physical therapy for 10 years. Did yoga as suggested by a doctor. Lots of stretches and excercises and corticosteroid injections. It only got worse. One day while in the sauna at my local gym a guy told me to check out Stewart McGill and read his book "The Back Mechanic". 6 months later I was having whole days that were pain free. After a year I was able to work a normal job again. It's not a quick fix, but his technique and advice will allow you to regain some sense of normalcy. The surgeons were only wanting to cut on me with no guarantee of the outcome. If you really want to get better, Stewart McGill is the doctors doctor.
