    I've been keeping this under wraps for a while. I've largely kept this a secret because I wanted to rigorously test it on myself (every day for nearly 2 years) and on my friends and family before recommending it to anyone. The recipe consists of 3 components: core ingredients, rotational add-ins and toppings. You can customize it to suit your medical requirements, fitness and cognitive goals.

    Core dry ingredients (organic where possible):

    - Collagen types 1 and 3 are fine
    - Ground Flaxseed
    - Fiber blend or psyllium husk
    - Creatine
    - Turmeric

    - Substitute Kefir for plain yogurt
