    Thanks so much, Cassie!! I just got my new Baby Lock Soprano 2 days ago and your videos have all been so helpful. As part of a bonus package, I received a dozen beautiful metallic threads that look to be the same brand you used in this tutorial! I’ve never sewn with metallic threads, so coming across your video was so helpful and perfect timing! Thank you for all you put into these videos and for your thoughtfulness in sharing your wonderful knowledge and experience! 🎉🪡🧵

      Heidi thank you for your comment. I suggest you get a stanf for your holographic thread it will make your life do much easier. I love sewing with holographic. I used to put it on my bag straps to add some cute detail.

    Thank you so much for this video. I have been trying to work with holographic thread using thread stand, but the one tip you gave about using the netting was the one that made it so that FINALLY I was able to embroider an entire design without breakage. You're a luv!

    Great video! What do you use for the bobbin thread?

  • @ampuleglass5724
    @ampuleglass5724 5 лет назад +1

    The Needle Threader Insertion Tool has a small hook on top which is used to catch the loop of thread, no tweezer tool required.

    • @FaodailCreation
      @FaodailCreation  11 месяцев назад +1

      I would use either regular polyester or bobbin thread. Most of the time I just use bobbin thread I get it from Amazon.

    how do you tie off these special threads so they don't unravel from your project?

    • @FaodailCreation
      @FaodailCreation  6 лет назад +1

      tess stieben I don't tie them off, what I usually do is a reverse stitch to lock them in 🙂 that should be more than sufficient.

    • @tessstieben2627

      Thank you, I though maybe they needed to be left long and hand tied, glad to know reverse stitch is good to use.

    Have you put that thread in the bobbin?

    • @FaodailCreation
      @FaodailCreation  5 лет назад +2

      No, don't use it in the bobbin. It would be a mess. Just use a regular polyester.

    • @towinbuddy

      I just got off the site for superior threads with the Bob the thread specialist and was told that you can put metallic thread in the bobbin and it work great
