People who say it is hard to assemble this grill probably did not try to disassemble it and put back to box for return. I spent about 3 hours assembling it ruclips.net/user/postUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . Can't say that instructions were bad - they were totally understandable for me, not harder than assembling IKEA bed, but the whole process is just a little time consuming. When I assembled that I connected it to a new U-Haul tank and there was a huge leak in connection between gas tank and grill. I was able not only feel or hear gas leak, but I was literally able to see this leak because it was huge. I closed gas tank immediately and contacted Amazon for help and they offered either refund or 30% discount. I chose refund and then spent another 3 hours disassembling this grill and then figuring out how to put it back, but it was fun, like some sort of puzzle. UPS picked up grill next day right fromy front door. Next thing I went to Lowe's (I also wanted to make some BBQ on Christmas, so did not had time to wait for replacement from Amazon) to find another grill, but smallest they had was exactly the same model as this one. A guy from Lowe's assured me that thing like this happens rarely so I decided to try again - spent another 3 hours to assemble that (so it totals to 9 hours now) and it worked! Tried to cook some chicken - it was delicious. And because I assembled this grill twice it was easier to clean it since I knew which parts are easy to clean.
If anyone of you RUclips Heathens out there who smoke all sorts of different cuts and meats on your smoker haven't tried Lamb because you are afraid, donate your grill/smoker to the weird quiet neighbor and tell your wife she's cooking for you the rest of your life. Well seasoned med-rare Lamb cooked over open fire is tough to beat. Grow a set and grill some Lamb boys.
I do prefer domestic lamb over Australian. I'm surprised you mentioned Costco. As their lamb is Australian, at least at my Costco. I'd definitely take New Zealand over that, but my first two choices would be Welsh & British Lamb. I'll be grilling 3 lollipop & loin lamb chops on Sunday, also using my Weber. Btw me not sharing my Lamb Chops 😜😋
Can confirm - Lamb 🐑 is a staple down here. We have many ads about how much we love our lamb 😂. Also my wife hates beef, but will eat lamb 🤷🏻♂️. Salt, pepper and lamb herbs 👌.
lamb is elite! once a year our family friends buy a whole lamb and rub it with garlic salt and rosemary. they put it on a spit over a fire and coals and just leave it to cook. over the course of the day we just go up and cut slices off. great shack tradition
Great video Brad. If you want to really push the boat out - try a pulled lamb shoulder with flat breads, tzatziki, hummus, onions, cheese, and tabouleh. It’s my favourite way to smoke lamb. And yes I’m an Aussie. 🇦🇺
Being from England, lamb is always one of my favorites. My favorite is a smoked leg of lamb with a garlic herb seasoning and butter. Smoke till medium rare and slice thin!
Looks good, I'll need to try some. When I was younger, we raised a few, came home one day from school and they were gone. That night my father asked to have Mary Lamb passed to him at the dinner table.. we cried. My reason, maybe the reason for lots of people to shun it, nursery ryme's and children's books just don't show them on the table much.
Greetings from Down Under Australia folks. Do yourselves a favour and try the lamb chops. Missus favourite cut of meat. Keep up the excellent work Bradley. Never miss a video.
You're not bloody wrong about us Aussies loving lamb, I'd recommend trying it with mint sauce...... oooffff, lamb and mint sauce go together (like the Americans say) like peanut butter and jelly👍👍
Outstanding! Can't wait to try these. I agree with you, most people don't know what they're missing when they pass up a good Lamb Chop. Kudos on your cook!
I looovee lamb chops too! This is my preferred lamb cut for grilling... even more than rack of lamb. The bang for buck you get is unbeatable. More lamb vids please! Lamb shoulder, leg of lamb, etc.
Never heard what the main difference between New Zealand and domestic lamb but I've always preferred NZ. Adding to this, lamb chops are also one of my favorites and I love busting them out at NFL tailgates. Total game changer people never see coming!
I totally agree! We've been keeping our freezer stocked with these delicious morsels for about 8 years now. Everyone that has tried them at our house loved them.
As a Australian we pretty well all grow up eating leg of lamb roast for the go to sunday dinner with family. I was honestly very surprised to hear you say it's not at all popular in the US because of how good it is and how well it goes on a bbq. Leg of lamb on a spit roast is another hood one
I'm 1st gen Greek and grew up w/ lamb meals my entire childhood. Now that I'm in my 60's, it's the one meal that takes me back to my childhood faster than any other. Wife's not a big fan though, but I've got a marinade recipe that gives a lamb roast such an authentic, old school flavor that my wife and friends really enjoy. BTW, my kids love it all... and if we ever want to see my kids, all I do is text them that Dad's smokin' a meat this weekend and they'll text me back, "what day/time?"
I'm English, so I can't wait for your leg of lamb and shoulder of lamb videos. Typically, we'll embed garlic cloves and rosemary into the leg of lamb, then roast it in a pot sat on leeks with some stock or red wine in the bottom of the pan. But, as the mrs has got a job occupying my computer on Saturdays, I'm keen to get back to grilling/smoking, as there's only so much shooting I can do. Have a good evening, I'm really enjoying your channel.
This episode is not missed by those who like your channel. This is the first time I've commented after finally finding your channel quite awhile ago. I've found lamb in both costco and heb, and it's delicious. But I challenge you to make something with pork. Peameal bacon. As a Canadian who earned USA citizenship after 13 years, I've never tried this on a bbq, smoker or pellet grill. Please try this, because I love peameal.
Lamb fan/American here. Thank you for continuing to do the lamb videos, despite views/traffic. I love boneless leg of lamb in the crockpot (done pot roast style with carrots/onions/garlic/potatoes), and I can’t wait try it smoked. Besides SPG, what do you recommend as a Mediterranean-style rub?
Aussie here, cooking lamb chops tonight and came here for inspiration. Found it! Doing a marinade with Dijon, soy, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and white pepper. Yum!
I'm from NZ and did some lamb chops on the webber just lastnight, along with a couple different types of sausage and some hot wings. you have actually taught me most of what I know and now I'm teaching my mates and doing BBQs at their places. a couple of them are even keen to buy a webber for themselves, cheers chud
I have made those. They turned out fantastic. Just like Brad stated, zero gaminess. From this clip, I have learned to start looking for lamb cuts that are not gamey. I will start eating lamb again! Thank you Brad!
This recipe looks very good. I’ll have to give it a try. We love lamb in this household! We make 4 racks of lamb every thanksgiving for the extended family. We’ve converted many family members that claimed they didn’t like lamb into converts.
I get that package every time it is available at Costco, and am never disappointed. It's money. Traeger actually has an oddly good Sweet Chili / Mint Sauce mixture that is money to go on it.
I'm from Texas and I absolutely love lamb especially with capers fresh minced garlic rosemary thyme and mint of course lots of salt and pepper smoked in mesquite wood till 145 to 150 perfect
Thank You so much for showcasing Lamb Loin chops. They are definitely the "last meal" star for me and many of my family members. Except for the ones who think Lambs are too cute to eat....
Lamb is an Easter time staple here in the UK. Lamb is eaten all year but Easter is next level.
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice on the lamb as soon as it comes of the grill transforms it! 🇦🇺
So true 👌
Grilled lemon to take it up another notch
KnOath!
Trying that in a cpl hours thanks!
Lamb is amazing down here 🇦🇺🇦🇺
Love lamb
And the lamb here is definitely not gamey
Love lamb chops on charcoal!
Hahah I love the Gordon Ramsay reference 🤣

I like the lamb vids. My family loves lamb up here in Southern Colorado. Domestic 👍
No bodies going to know.......YES AWESOME
Im a kiwi, I eat lamb all the time cooked on the bbq, cant beat it!!
Aussie lamb lover here. Try tenderising them with a meat hammer, opens up a whole other level
Yep ready for another brisket video haha

Perfect timing for Easter as if you knew

Love lamb here in Australia 🇦🇺👊👍😎
Shut up and take my money
Don’t care for lamb, but watch for entertainment!
From South East Asia and the Middle East, Lamb and Goat are pretty staple in the diet. beef is more of a on occasion type deal comparatively.
Lamb ribs, lamb shoulder, mutton I love it all. Helps I'm from New Zealand and we grew up on this stuff for Sunday Roasts
South African lamb is incredible too. I prefer it to AUS / NZ lamb.
We cook Lamb loin at least once a week 🇦🇺 if you want your tzatziki chunkier strain your Greek yogurt as well
I’m trying it.
An Aussie Favourite
Lol. You are correct. This American does not eat lamb but I still watched the video 😂

Seasoned like a steak, taste like a steak, but I think it's more tender. It's good, u have to try it.
Great video Brad. If you want to really push the boat out - try a pulled lamb shoulder with flat breads, tzatziki, hummus, onions, cheese, and tabouleh.

Chudley, sir - do you reuse your charcoal or just let it burn out?

My reason, maybe the reason for lots of people to shun it, nursery ryme's and children's books just don't show them on the table much.
I've had lamb in a fast food gyro, but I've never cooked it myself. Florida Man lol
I LOVE LAMB!!! GIMME GIMME GIMME! 😁👍
I’ve also been smoking lamb too. Such an underrated protein and a lot more sustainable than beef. Awesome video and the cucumber moment! 😂
In Australia they leave the little tail or skirt on the bottom of the sirloin. That’s the best but IMO
That sauce is the bomb, key ...
Lamb is trash lol 😆 your channel rocks though
I love lamb chops. I'll take 3 please haha. Cheers bro 🍻
Up here in NH I love lamb but it's hard to find people to enjoy it with
Greetings from Down Under Australia folks. Do yourselves a favour and try the lamb chops. Missus favourite cut of meat. Keep up the excellent work Bradley. Never miss a video.
Lamb masala and biryani! Those are my favorites
Hey Bradley have you ever cooked in a barrel smoker? Would be nice to get some videos on a barrel smoker
You're not bloody wrong about us Aussies loving lamb, I'd recommend trying it with mint sauce...... oooffff, lamb and mint sauce go together (like the Americans say) like peanut butter and jelly👍👍

The lamb chop lollipops at Fogo de Chao are the best!!!
There's A Snake in your Croc! Lol. Killing it Bradley!
I looovee lamb chops too! This is my preferred lamb cut for grilling... even more than rack of lamb. The bang for buck you get is unbeatable. More lamb vids please! Lamb shoulder, leg of lamb, etc.
I don’t necessarily like lamb, but this makes me want to try out some chops
I didn't know Americans didn't like lamb, it's so good! The fat is delicious, bit of mint jelly, the best! Our new Zealand lamb is the bees knees.
Nailed it mate! 🇳🇿
Lamb is amazing 🇳🇿
Slow roasted lamb shoulder is so good
Never heard what the main difference between New Zealand and domestic lamb but I've always preferred NZ. Adding to this, lamb chops are also one of my favorites and I love busting them out at NFL tailgates. Total game changer people never see coming!
People that don’t like lamb, are the same people that go to a seafood restaurant, or a upscale steakhouse and order chicken fingers
I see you have met my daughter! 🤣
My wife orders some form of Tex-Mex no matter what type of restaurant we go to.
😅😂😂
I think Lamb is the closest you'll get to venison from a store. I eat a lot of deer.
@@brandonbullins There's a small grocer in my neighborhood that sells a lot of venison and buffalo sausage.
Looks so good. +1 on the fresh lemon juice addition
You should de-bone and grill a leg James. Awesome with some Mint sauce, not jelly!

As an Englishman I can confidently say Lamb is very underrated. So good! This looks amazing by the way!
Made these last night, outstanding flavor

I'd love to know that marinade if you'd care to share it to a fellow lamb lover over here in Australia haha
I wish I could hit the like button multiple times. This is exactly how I do lamb chops.
Lamb is a staple in my household, at least once a week grilled exactly like this! 🇦🇺 Great video Brad!
Try adding a lot of dried Oregano, then grill it. S/P and a lot of Oregano will change your life on grilled Lamb
NZ lamb fan right here. Looks fantastic!
This is by far, THE BEST COOKING CHANNEL EVER!!!
I was eye balling those chops at Costco today, they are amazing! My wife “hates” lamb but I’ve fooled her in to tasting these before 😂
I’m from the USA but I love lamb and appreciate the videos !

Grilling it is the only way to do it. Cut them 3/8", you'll never go back to pan frying them. (Fellow Canadian)

Add some oregano with the SPG. Smoked them like this just the other week. best thing I've smoked this year.
Aussie here, cooking lamb chops tonight and came here for inspiration. Found it!
Doing a marinade with Dijon, soy, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and white pepper. Yum!
Great Cook man! Those loin chops looked amazing and that sear from the Slow N Sear was awesome!
PA here. I love lamb. Cook a leg every Easter. Rack of lamb slow smoked cut into chops and seared is my favorite. These look awesome!

Lamb is phenomenal! It needs to make it mainstream!
I dont know why Lamb is slept on. So freakin delicious!!!!!!!!!
Love it! This American loves lamb and just bought one from a Texas farmer and had it butchered. This video was perfectly timed
I would like more lamb videos please! I enjoy trying new cuts of meat that aren't traditionally cooked here in the states.
I have made those. They turned out fantastic. Just like Brad stated, zero gaminess. From this clip, I have learned to start looking for
lamb cuts that are not gamey. I will start eating lamb again! Thank you Brad!
Lamb is my absolute favorite meat to grill. It’s so easy and quick.

Fixing to grill a bunch of lamb chops. Can’t wait! Thanks for the tips and the sauce look awesome.
Made these today for our Sunday family dinner, they were a huge hit.
Lamb is great -- so much flavor! Keep pushing it, brother! Folks who think they don't like lamb are missing a bet.
Doing some of these up tonight on the weber. My wife is from Turkey so we are all in broski !
Did all this for dinner this evening, was 🔥…thanks BR
we need to make lamb great again. it's so good. you can really taste the innocence.
Fun to watch, Fun when you’re talk! The Best video
Love the Weber Kettle series!
Love lamb Chud! Thank you for all your lamb videos 👊🏽
