When Trump prefaces something with “Not a lot of people know this ….” It’s because he’s making it all up as he goes along.

he seems to pick up one "fact", and gets so excited that it doesn't occur to him to investigate any associated information. that "lincoln was a republican" bit is a good example.
That's a classic response from someone who has a condition that makes them think they are more intelligent than any one else. Just because they just found out something that most people already know. There is a name for this.
Or if hes anywhere close to the truth he was just told it and because he was just given some guidance on a subject its "Nobody knew" translation I didn't know until an hour a go. Usually though he wasn't listening fully and still gets a bit of the information wrong because he doesn't read but get told stuff.

My relatives faught in the battle to take the Baltimore Airport. His diaries said he was pinned down in the Starbucks for two days. Heroic man, i can only imagine
back in those days X was still called Twitter, and helped save millions !
I thought you made up the Baltimore Airport. It exists and we saved it!
I had a distant relative who was decorated in that bloody battle. Pinned down and outnumbered, they held firm in duty free for four days before being forced to surrender. Only after all the supplies of Toblerone bars and bottles of spirits were exhausted, did they finally surrender. So proud!
My ancestor marched all the way from Texas to fight in that battle, he said being pinned down in Starbucks was a lifesaver! His coffee cup is a treasured family heirloom.

I too served in 'nam (Vietnam) (70-71) Rich & was very proud to have served to maintain the freedoms, liberties, & justices all Americans enjoyed.
However, obviously, it will make me an unhappy camper if Agolf Twitler (Adolph Hitler spoof)(Trump) is elected president again with his authoritarian, autocracy, fascist status & ideology for America's future Rich. I feel my tour, in 'nam years later in 2023, was all in vain in '70-71, to come to this fascistic government for America's future. This, of course, is not what my forefathers fought & died for, to easily give away our freedom toard a fascist country for America.
It is obviously, our goal to beat Agolf Twitler in November 2024, to maintain tha freedom all Americans enjoy & to honor those who fought & died, to maintain our freedom that all Americans enjoys!

I love how Trump thinks ending tariffs caused the Great Depression. Literally every historian says that the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act (which expanded tariffs) helped make the depression worse.

It’s totally inconceivable that someone would voluntarily offer such blatantly erroneous information on his own…repeatedly. Trump has so often glommed on to some idea and won’t correct it. Lincoln didn't have a phobia he suffered from depression especially after his son died. After experiencing death on a personal level he felt a personal connection with young soldiers dying in battle and it wore on him

Trump said he had a great healthcare plan that he would release if elected. However, after being elected, he told Congress to come up with a plan to replace the ACA. When speaking about the allegedly great healthcare plan that would soon be released after a meeting w/several GOP congressmen, Trump informed the media that 'nobody knew that healthcare could be so complicated"! Of course he never released a plan although famously used the "in two weeks" when asked by the media when they'd see his new plan! The same was said about infrastructure. His idea regarding infrastructure was to privatize it and then tax consumers at tremendous rates to line the pockets of those who financed it. We dodged a bullet when he wasn't re-elected because in a 2nd term, there's nothing he wouldn't have attempted to do, especially when it came to filling the coffers of the Trump org. He lined his pockets to the tune of over $1.9B in his first 3 years and needed plenty more to pay off his debts that are coming due in the next few years. Voters cannot allow Trump or any of his sycophants to be in a position to steal the '24 election or they will put an end to democracy in America!
