Dude how do you not have more followers! I'd love to purchase Odin's Spear. If you could also do Thor's Hammer and StormBreaker. I'll glad pay you for each
Thank you ^^ I am working on it, 2020 was a slow crazy year and some changes and news are coming. Unfortunately at this point in time I cannot take commissions! ;(
Awesome work. I use Odins Spear like my life depends on it. I'd love to have this in my collection of viking weapons. ❤❤❤❤❤ I got my Orlog Set from Etsy I think this will be my next thing. Absolutely love it.
@@TheVikingWoodsmith really. I'd love to have one. Is there anyway you could be willing to make one exception. I draw it with pen and paper, scale it on the PC and print it on sticky paper. Then I stick it to the head, cut it out and sand blast it. On this one I also added some black paint afterwards for additional contrast. Hope that answers your question. :)
No sorry, I don't sell my designs since I reuse them for various projects and clothing designs, except if you commission one and I don't have any ready to use decals since I print and cut all myself. ;)
Did you drill the hole all the way through or just one hole half way? I have a spear I'm working on but it only has one hole in the spear head, should I drill through it to the other side or just hammer in a a nail and peen it?
I like it but I have some constructive criticism like with the spear head would have looked great if u ingraved the runes into the head instead of acid etching other ther that it's near dwarf level of craftsmanship before anyone starts hate me for saying the word dwarf u should rember dwarfs are the master craftsmans so to be compared to them says alot also ur missing some runes on ur gungnir replica

Amazing work. If only I could buy it, it would be my pride! Gungnir, the mythical spear itself would be proud of this representation
Thank you! :)
Great job.

How do you commission Gungnir spear from the USA?
I do not take commissions at the moment and I cannot ship spear handles outside Europe because of the length :(
1st!!! Great work again! And for the lucky one who will buy it: you´ll never have to be afraid of aggressive hogs any more ;)

Weird thing is i've heard this War song you have in your video for years in my head. How odd to hear it from an outside source.

Do the runes on the spear head mean anything
Yes, it says Gungnir ;)

This one had only one hole as well. I drilled trough so the nail touches the inside of the spear head and the resistence allowed me to flatten it.
Thanks that info helps me alot!!
How much? for the spear?
The spear is long gone :3 sorry.
How do you find your designs
I make all designs myself ;)
I must have it. How much?
Long gone sry ;(
hey mate! how do you put that pattern on the wood?/ I have axe handle I wanna do it on but I have no idea where to start
Hey, on handles I usually freestyle with a pencil.
It helps to come up with a style / theme and some patterns in advance. ;)
The Viking Woodsmith cool wanna do Viking style pattern got a boxing axe head with Odin spear and crows on it wanna add handle to match
