"For releasing me," claims the genie, "I will grant you three wishes. However, your ex-wife will receive double your wish." The man ponders a small while, then is ready to wish. "First, I would like $10 million in jewels." "Done. You have two wishes remaining." At that moment, $20 million worth of precious jewels appeared before before his ex, and $10 million before he. The man replies with his second wish, stating "I want food to last a lifetime." Instantly, the man was surrounded with all sorts of confections. His ex, however, got 2 lifetimes worth. "What do you want for your final wish?" asked genie. "For my final wish," the man said with a smile, "scare me half to death."

Thank you. Snaga would be a relatively simple build. Double headed axe of an interesting shape. Silver inlaid runes. But the Swords of Night and Day are very ornate, with jewels and a single scabbard that has a locking mechanism. Would be interesting to see how short you'd have to make them so you could wear the scabbard on your back, while still being able to draw them both at the same time, like Skilgannon does in the books. Would probably be around Roman Gladius lengths.

Another joke like Ilya's that I heard: Medieval Polish farmer finds old lamp in field. Rubs lamp, genie pops out. "I grant you three wishes," says genie. Polish farmer thinks and says, "I want the Mongols to invade Poland." Mongols invade, pillage farmer's field. Genie says "Still have two wishes." If anyone can answer. Why have Matt and Ilya made their own separate channel from Man at Arms? Was there a falling out with Baltimore Knife and Sword? Or was it just time to move on? Just curious. Happy to see you have your own channel now and great work on the Kings Spear. I think you have done a better job i.m.o. compared to what Man at Arms just released.

So Matt decided to make a new channel while Kerry wanted to wait to see if anyone would pick up the show. I watch both videos and I have to say, Man At Arms is not the same without Matt and Ilya.

The Irish have a version of that joke too. A farmer in the field finds a magic lamp. The genie pops out and says you get 3 wishes but what ever I give you I'll give your neighbour double. The first wish is for a fortune, to which his neighbour gets double. The second is for a beautiful wife, to which the neighbour gets two wives. The genie then asks him what his last wish will be. The farmer replies, "Okay now beat me half to death" The neighbour then dies.

In my opinion, there isn't anyone better than Ilya and Matt on RUclips
This is much better than the latest episode of men at arms reforged
well Matt and Ilya were the heart of man at arms so i'm not surprised^^
what happen? are they not in good terms today?
sorry, idk the complete details.
I watched the latest episode of man at arms recently, & I was wondering where matt & Ilya were, & then, youtu.be recommendations led me here. 😁
@@j.vince.can28 wondering the same
@@j.vince.can28 awe me gave a boot to BK&S took over man at arms after they had made the series fan favorite, so BK&S decided to make their own channel and thats how that works was born... later on awe me brought BK&S back as everyone stopped watching man at arms after the team was gone however matt and illya decided to stay
@@dangelnut see my comment above
Finally found matt and ilya, i really love all your works, full of dedication and passion
This build was epic. May I give a request of Alexander Anderson’s holy blades from hellsing
Literally 3/4 of the replies are about hellsing ultimate abridged, I am truly proud of this community
Oh yeah, The Paladin's Bayonets!

The Kings are back! Best smithing channel out there.
Druss the Legend's axe Snaga or
Skilgannon the Damned's Swords of Night and Day.
Both are characters from David Gemmell's Drenai series of novels.
We are gearing up to do some pieces from novels soon. Good suggestion.
@@ThatWorks Have you guys thought of doing more Star Trek stuff? Thy'lek Shon's Ushaan-tor blades(Enterprise) comes to mind, but also the Terran Emperor's sword(Discovery) and the Tholian Crystal sword(Star Trek Online).
It's good to see you back in action! I missed those types of Videos!
Man do i love that 14in wheel, not sure how i lived without it
right ?!
Production is very much different but somehow it fits very well. It's a lot more soothing and and the more subtle editing contrasts what's being shown. I actually prefer this over the other plus the build looks a lot better!
I loved man at arm's but that works is so much better ❤️
Thank you!
Man at arms is posting now again
@@WardNightstone thanks I know I watched it 2 days ago
@@WardNightstone Matt and Ilya aren't on it though. Not sure what happened, but they were the best part of that show.
@@rebilacx Illya and Matt's brother had a disagreement about his hours so he left. Matt still works at BKS if I remember right
I am so glad to have found this team again. Thanks to Shadiversity for the shoutout to you guys, keep up the great work
Our pleasure!
How about the Ebony Blade from Skyrim?
The unique two handed ebony sword that's designed after an odachi.
Rennis Tora perhaps. We are actually trying to decide on a Skyrim or ESO build
@@ThatWorks here is a bigger challenge from skyrim, mace of molag bal
Dawnbreaker from skyrim would be an awesome build to see.
@@ThatWorks Then may I suggest the Chillrend? That sword is legend among the players and looks awesome.
@@DlaneVans they already did Dawnbreaker on Man at Arms
It's amazing to watch Ilya work... I know he makes everything look simple but the way he turned out two perfect circles from that round stock was so clean and fast. Can't teach that kinda stuff.
Joe Rogan right?!
Illya.... I thought the punchline was "How about you beat me half to death"
Perhaps that's not how it was told to him in his motherland
That's the version I've heard before. It probably doesn't work as having reminded him by using the bottom donut punch the hole though.
The version I heard was he got 3 wishes. The first wish was 10 beautiful women, the second one was a large penis, and the last wish he asked for his sex drive to be cut by half.
@@ThatWorks True, there are probably at least 1,001 variations of that joke the one I heard involved the guys wife getting double what he was granted :P
Regardless it's been awhile since I heard it and Wound up blowing really warm coffee through my nose as soon as he hit the punchline. Good times ^.^
Another joke like Ilya's that I heard:
Medieval Polish farmer finds old lamp in field. Rubs lamp, genie pops out. "I grant you three wishes," says genie.
Polish farmer thinks and says, "I want the Mongols to invade Poland."
Mongols invade, pillage farmer's field. Genie says "Still have two wishes."
Polish farmer says, "I want the Mongols to invade Poland."
Mongols come back, burn farmer's hut.
"Now what?" asks genie.
"I want the Mongols to invade Poland."
Mongols come back, kick over ruins of farmer's hut
"Why waste your wishes?" asks genie.
"Every time Mongols invade Poland," says farmer, "they go through Russia twice."
Yet another beautiful piece of steel. Loved the joke about the genie at the beginning too. Nice aside from the difficulty of the build.
Awesome build guys! I'm always happy to see you guys and learn a lot with every project.
How about you try and do Lu Bu's Halbeard, from the Dinasty Warriors series?
Anyway, awesome video!
Tessa's please
Gustavo rampazzo thanks and that could be fun
Or Lu Shu sword amd hook would be cool
Sorry Xu shu just realised what i had put
Mother of god I want that spear. That looked absolutely amazing guys! King's spear is badass.
Instructions unclear.:
Spear went through the table

Absolutely gorgeous spear! What exceptional craftsmanship!
J M thanks 🙏
If only Studio Deen worked this hard on animating the show...
Love that you two are still going strong.
Glad Kerry and the MAN AT ARMS: REFORGED crew finally uploaded a new build (hope it continues and not because it's sponsored). And you guys just made it better with this latest build. Keep it up guys!
How come Matt and Ilya aren't on the episode?
@@benlevitt5017 I can't answer for them but I think because they're already doing so much for this channel and doing more work for the other channel when they have other awesome blacksmiths as well, will be too much of a workload for the 2 of them.
@@roan5250 are they still working out of BKS? I noticed neither of them are present in the new intro
Yup, I guess so. The setup, tools etc. are still the same. They're just not present for the Reforged intro cause they're not part of the crew that will forge weapons for the AWE ME show.
Fyi also, if you didn't know. The company/MCN that owns AWE ME before actually went bankrupt that's why they've stopped making videos. I don't know if BNK runs it now or a different company.
They are no longer at bks
So glad you guys are back. Seeing this vid in my recommended feed made my day!
Awesome! be sure to check out a past builds too !
as always, i am hoping for: HeartsBane from GOT. The most beautiful sword ever made.
supertedogpriken that would be a ton of work for a show that left bad tastes in most watchers mouthes
This may come out as a bit strange.....but I absolutely love the close up shots and being able to see the little imperfections here and there. This a gorgeous piece (just like everything I've seen you guys build) and the little imperfections just make it that much better because you instantly know this was hand made/produced. Great work as always and keep it up.
Should do everyone of the seven deadly sins weapons and the Ten Commandments weapons as well.
Gallands weapon would be interesting.... well what is his weapon actually? I really don't know how to call it

Also, let's hear it for balmore', the Greatest City in the World! Aside from 1924 St. Petersburg.
It has it's Charm !
I love watching Ilya work. Y'all are awesome. I was thinking, maybe y'all can reach out to Shad from Shadiversity and make some of his "fantasy swords made functional" 3D models to bring those models to life. Those can be held side by side with their typical off the shelf super fantasy versions.
If anyone can answer.
I think Ilya wasn’t happy with the situation for various reasons, and Matt went with him.
I opened Man At Arms video today and saw that Matt and Ilya wasn’t there so I was confused.
So I dig around a little bit and found some information. So according to Matt in a podcast, basically the network that (previously) owned AWE Me when bankrupted and everything came to a sudden stop. So Matt decided to make a new channel while Kerry wanted to wait to see if anyone would pick up the show.
I watch both videos and I have to say, Man At Arms is not the same without Matt and Ilya.
Min Little Monster Thank you I’ve been curious about this but didn’t look into it. These foods were the heart of the forge for me. I’ll continue to watch both tho.
@@MinLittleMonster1003 Thank you! I've been trying to figure this out for a while!!
Finally, i found you guys again. No disrespect to man at arms but the reasons man at arms great are both of you.
Becario Christian thank you! Glad you found us.
And now... man at arms is stealing the idea. What happened between the brothers?
thats what i want to know?
@@2991Draag I know that some of what’s going on has to do with Ilya winning some competition(s). Apparently Ilya started to get some recognition outside of the man at arms show and that started a rift. I guess Matt went with him?
That's silly. Iilia was fired from Baltimore knife
I'm so glad you two didn't vanish, I was panicking after not seeing you at MAA anymore, so glad I found you here today
Recommendation: the emperors sword from Warhammer 40k
UppityPeasant ooo snazzy
That's a really insane one.
So this is where you guys have been! New favorite channel.
The farmer replies, "Okay now beat me half to death"
The neighbour then dies.

Super appreciate the spears you guys have been building!
MrMopbucket Spears deserve the spotlight !
Another beautiful and deadly build from master craftspeople. While it looks a little heavy the balance seems good and you know it's wicked sharp. I would have liked to see more the final fit an fitting stages, but what a great weapons and thanks for the build. It's weird not seeing you on AWE me, but they are doing great it looks like and I'm happy for all of you. Please keep up the great work.
Oh yeah this is the classic illya and Matt teamwork im used to. That spear looks amazing
Overall a beautiful piece. Brazing with a cutting torch is a rookie move.
