I had Full front PPF installed on my 23’ model Y and I’m having to take it back a 2nd time for them to fix it. It’s a local shop that had great reviews, but I guess I just been unlucky with it lifting off the bumper and them not applying the correct cut. What do you think is an appropriate response for the inconvenience? Do I ask for a partial refund?
I wanna be fair, considering they are busy, but I also don’t wanna be a Karen. Not having the car for a few days for the 3rd time is a major inconvenience
We had two similar issues like that and it ended up being that the film we used did not have proper adhesive so we decided to use a different brand and no more issues
